On 11//2018 I went into this store and purchased a pair of boots. When I got home I assumed that the shoes were what was advertised. However, when I put the shoes on I realized that they were two rights shoes (instead of a left and right shoe). On 11//2018, I went back to the store and explained to the sales rep Sonjee exactly what occurred. Instead of assisting me, she was dismissive and rude. After insulting me (she literally cursed me out) and refused to exchange the one of the right shoes for a left shoe. I even provided her with a bank statement as proof. In addition, the shoes were UNWORN and had the store sticker which included the store code. The police were contacted and encouraged me to file a complaint.

their layaway is wrong I put some clothing on layaway on the on the 14 of June I put 20.00down I picked up my layaway on the 14 of July and return it on the 17 of July I could not get cash back I was told cause you held it from other customers you can only store credit. the same are still in the store she gives me a paper with my 66.05 credit on I say want cash back like I spent.I could see charging a restocking fee. even if I respent that credit and brought the items back the recipe is coded I like my cash back. the recipe starts to fade in 30 days I had the cashier put it on a gift card but still don't get cash back. what kind of is this .

I place some items on layaway and after purchasing them and taking them home the next day. I was told could only receive store credit although their policy or sheet they have posted does not specifically say in there no refund nor does not say store credit only .

I place an order 03..18. Order#***. Fed Ex somehow lost package and Rainbow refused to reship item while still in stock. Very poor customer service.

This business has the worst return policy possible and the employees they hire are even worse. I am through with this company. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but I've dealt with one too many rude behind sales associates in several different locations. They'll never get another dollar from me. Wish I could give them no stars
