So now that the intro is out of the way onto the issue with Radius Media Group (Radius Holdings, LLC). Apparently they have my mailing address under my dead mothers name for some reason. They just got this information recently, but won't tell me who it came from. They are denying ever having my mailing address to begin with. They tried to blame this on several things, including an Change of Address with the USPS or the third party companies obtained the address themselves some how.
Now I know this is a outright lie. How do you know you ask? I called all five companies that the mail came from yesterday and all five (without me prompting them to) gave me this company as the source of the name and mailing address. Also I called the Postal Inspection Office (the law enforcement of the USPS) to confirm if any address changes had been done to my address with my mothers name (and variations of the name). The Postal Inspection agent confirmed for me what I already knew. There were no change of addresses performed for my dead mother anytime since 2018 and the one originally done in 2018 had already been addressed/resolved.
So that makes six different companies/agencies that confirmed where my mailing address came from (Radius Media Group) and confirmed that there has been no change of address done for my dead mothers name at all, let alone one done to my address.
At this point all I want is not ever again receive mail in my dead mothers name. I suffer from several mental health issues, just one being PTSD. Unfortunately constantly seeing my dead mothers name on mail to my address does severely bother me and make my PTSD symptoms worse. An apology for selling my mailing address would also be nice but is not expected. I don't want them to argue with me, deny anymore that they were the ones that gave my address to those five other companies or try to blame the Post Office as they did not do it either.

weeks ago I accepted an offer by this advertising business to receive magazines on a trial basisThey told me I would pay $handling fee and I would receive a [redacted] gift card as a promotional giftI acceptedOn my 30th day, I called to make the required cancellation requestThey thanked me and I asked when my gift card was going to be mailedThey said I need to email a formI told them I will email the form right away which I didFour days later I reviewed my bank account online and discovered they billed my debit card of $that is the amount to be billed if I continue after daysI called them to let them know they had no right to bill meThey said I will be getting credited to my debit cardI did not get creditedThey say I was past the free day trialI said, why did the first representative acknowledge the error? I deserve at the very least to honor the $gift card and I wont be upset that $was charged to meI feel its the right way to settle

aggressive form of cancer which affected her thinking. She had a lot of stress about finances because cancer treatment is expensive and medicare does not cover everything. I think she fell for the fifty dollar carrot that this company dangled in front of her. They then charged my mother a month for *** magazine. I really wish I had seen this sooner on her charge card, because this was an expense she could not afford. My mother really did not use a charge card, and I'm sure she was talked into this while in her altered state.
