I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it’s a shame that it has to come to this in order to get a response from the company. I emailed them several times on my own and they couldn’t answer me. It was not due to the holiday. There were MANY of the same complaints on their comment board.

Hi [redacted],It looks like your package has been delivered. Based on when we shipped your item it should have arrived before Christmas. If you look at your shipping label, it says 2-Day Priority Mail, then if you track it, you can see it was in the hands (and showing movement) in the postal system by December 21st. (Tracking number [redacted]). It should have been delivered on December 23rd. From this, you can certainly see we held up our end of the deal and shipped it early enough to arrive on time. Since you ordered your item from a reseller, they are the ones that collected your payment and have your credit card information.
