I am rejecting this response because: I thought your company would take the higher ground and say...because we could not fulfill our Christmas Holiday delivery time, your shipping is free and you should see the S/H charges reimbursed to your card within the next billing cycle or...In order to show our sincere apologies, one of the hats will be free as well as the S/H charges will be reimbursedHowever, just an apology has been receivedWhere is the customer service? I will not be ordering from your company ever again and if any of my friends or family mention your name, I will not have a good word to sayI am usually pretty tolerant, but I have read all the other complaints, not unlike mine and I don't understand how one runs a business like this?I do not want to close this until the products are received and I might add the CORRECT products are received as the company mentioned stockingsI did not order stockings; I ordered custom embroidered hats for my daughter and granddaughterIn addition, I want to make sure the embroidering is correct before I close out the complaint.Thank for your attention
