recent vacation stop request. The manager in charge of delivery in his area has been notified of the issue, and Mr*** account has been credited for two weeks We have also offered Mr*** a discounted rate for the next six months. This letter is in response to your letter concerning MrSheldon S***, Complaint #***. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences and frustrations that MrS*** experiencedMary Y***, Circulation Support Specialist, reviewed the history of MrS***’s account as he
had not received a refund he was promised as of 3/31/2016. The History on the account showed that MrS*** had initially called the circulation department and was credited in the amount of $which was the entire amount of money he paid without receiving a paper. MsY*** was able to speak with MrS*** and explained to MrS*** that a refund of $54.65(tax included) was requested on 3/7/and mailed out on 3/15/2016. As of 4/7/the refund check remains outstanding and the accounting department has reissued the check. Mary Y*** verified MrS***’s address and informed him that the check comes from *** and that it may take up to two weeks to arriveEvery request by MrS*** has been addressed by Mary Y*** to refund his disputed amount of $50.00 plus tax for a total of $refunded Mary Y*** has given her direct phone number 602-*** and email *** to MrS*** if there are any further questions or concerns

Mary refunded $per requested by the subscriber; credited their account through March 31, and then cancelled the subscription effective 4/01/2016. has also sent a confirmation letter to Mr*** so they would have record of this matter as well as a direct phone number and email in the event Mr*** has any further question or concerns.
