I ordered a trial supply of Garcinia Cambogia and Colon Cleanse for $4.95 each. I was then billed $79.95 and $69.95 For them.
I ordered trial supply of Garcinia Cambogia and Colon Cleanse for $4.95 each. Today I noticed on my bank statement for 10/21 $79.60 deducted for one and $69.94 deducted for another. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX today 10/26, talked with Rachael who told me she cancelled my auto ship but would not refund my monies. I Would like the money returned to my account. I feel this is fraud. They are taking advantage of people. She told me I agreed to this arrangement but I specifically watch for this kind of trap as I have been dupped before. There was no mention of these charges. If so I would not have ordered these products. Please help me get my money back.

I just looked at my bank account and noticed that $69.94 was withdrawn from my checking account. I ordered two bottles of this product (PurePrime Garcinia Cambogia & Colon Cleanse) without realizing that there was some type of subscription(') and that more money would be take from my account without warning. On the main websites? page, it says there is a 30 day money back guarantee. However, when I called customer service, the woman told me there was only 14 days and that those days were up, so they charged me. I told her my concerns and that I wanted my money back, but she only offered me a 25% refund. That is $17 out of the $69 they took from my account. It is ridiculous that they wouldn't even email me to give me a warning about taking that large sum from my account. I just happened to check my bank account and see that it was withdrawn.
I went on google afterwards and searched his company and product, when doing that I noticed that there were many different people who had this same issue and said it was a scam.
I would appreciate any help I can receive from you.
