I tried canceling my order before it shipped and was told that I was not able to. I would like my shipping fees given back to me. Total cost was 13.90
I ordered two bottles from Pure Dietary 9-9-20 and tried canceling first thing the next morning. I was told that I was not able to until I had received the product and then I could refuse the product. I had not received a shipping confirmation. I feel that this company needs to be reported as the people on the phone were not professional at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 5 five minutes and finally hung up. My order number is ***. I used my debit card to pay for the shipping total cost was 13.90.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and would like to see this business shut down. I do feel they are scamming people out of money

The terms and conditions are fully explained on the ordering site that shipping charges are non refundable. YOU ALSO Received the product and we STILL issued a 100% refund.

Upon our review of her account with us, we can affirm that Ms. started her trial with us on April 14, 2019 for the shipping cost of $4.95. After her trial ended on April 29, 2019, she was charged for the product that was shipped to her and entered into our subscription. Our data indicates that Ms. called us to cancel her account on June 13, 2019 and we have no record of her calling prior to that date unfortunately. Due to customer satisfaction being essential to us, we have issued a refund for the requested charge, making a total reimbursement of $84.92. This will be processed back into Ms. account within the next 7-10 business days and we can verify that her account with us is indeed cancelled therefore she will not receive any more shipments or charges. I asked for full refund and thanks to Revdex.com I'm getting it.

11/28/18 I ordered Prime Slim Garcia and Forskolin because of an ad on my phone. They were advertised as free. I paid 9.93 for P&H. A week of so later I received the product. On Dec. 5, 2018 I happened to check my credit card online and found that I was charged 79.97 by Golden Fitness Health, NY. It was late at night and they were closed. I called Dec. 6 and was told this was a recurring charge for the products. I cancelled that but the person I spoke to (maybe Joann) told me I could not be credited until my credit card company called them on a conference call along with myself, to let them know I had not opened a dispute. I got ahold of my credit card company and talked them into calling although they do not normally do this. There was no answer! I tried calling 3 or 4 other times and talked to people but got no where with them. They were supposed to have a Supervisor call me but that did not happen either. I only received the original order (which did not work). They barely gave me a week before charging me the 79.97. This is such a rip-off. Since I placed the order, I have not seen the ad on my phone again! I want my 79.97 back!

After her trial ended on December 6, 2018, she was charged $79.97 for the products that were shipped to her and entered into our subscription. Our data indicates that Ms. gave us a call on December 6, 2018, and informed us that she filed a dispute with her bank on the charge and was advised that we could help out with a refund after she could confirm with her bank on the line that the dispute had been dropped. Unfortunately she did not call us back until March 29, 2019 and never included her bank in on a call with us to confirm that the dispute was dropped. However, due to customer satisfaction being essential to us, we have sent a refund in the form of a money order for the first shipment previously mentioned, making a total reimbursement of $79.97. This will be received to her address on file within the next 7-10 business days and we can verify that her account with us is indeed cancelled therefore she will not receive any more shipments or charges. We regret the customer service Ms. initially experienced with our company and dearly hope that this resolves the matter.

Ordered a $5 trial; was then shipped and charged two months of product; tried to return without success
In December 2018, I ordered what I thought was a $5 trial of two products as a gag gift for my girtfriend. The day I got my credit card bill (2/5/19)showing they billed me $149.91, I called to complain and cancel. They agreed to refund me $89.87. Then they sent out and charged me for an additional month (another $159.84. I filed a compaint with my credit card company who said they'd resolve it and get my full refund. they wasted over a month, then said they were dropping refund efforts. When I learned that, I called Primeslim 4/4/19 to demand my refund, offering to return both months shipments unopened. They refused, saying that my bank might also demand refund if they refunded to me now. They said (one of their supervisors; Laurie S. Agent *** that they'd make the refund if I called back on a 3-way call with my credit card bankrep on the line who would confirm that the bank had dropped collection efforts. Within a 1/2 hour, I called back on a 3-way call with the bank rep who confirmed they had stopped collection efforts. Primeslim refused, and said a "member of upper management" would call me within 48 hours to resolve the issue. I got no such call and called back on 4/8. That rep said there would be no call from upper management and they refused refund.I sent them a two-page letter on 4/8 detailing their deceptive business practices and notifying them that my bank rep was retaining a recorded record of the 3-way call. They haven't replied to my letter. I want my $194.87 (or at least a good percentage of it) returned. As stated above, I still have all product unopened ready to return. I would like to be part of a class-action suit against this fraudulent company as I can tell from their lying and deception on their phone lines that they do this to people all the time.

I want my $194.87 back. I'd also like to see the company put out of business; I fell like I've been robbed by someone with a mask and gun. They shouldn't be allowed to do this to people.

Due to customer satisfaction being essential to us, we have issued refunds for his first shipment previously mentioned as well as the remainder of his January refund, making a total reimbursement of $189.87. This will be processed back into Mr. account within the next 7-10 business days and we can verify that his account with us is indeed cancelled therefore he will not receive any more shipments or charges. I accept the company's resolution because a refund of all but $5 (which I thought was the original total cost) has been promised and made. I greatly appreciate the Revdex.com's action to bring about this resolution, as my repeated contacts with this company caused me tremendous stress as I felt (and still feel) that the company employs deceptive business practices and greatly mistreats customers who have been deceived. Thanks again to Revdex.com for helping to bring about this outcome.

My cc company alerted me to unauthorized charge from this co. on Mar 9th. Called them immediately and told that my free trial was over and now I was being charged the whole amount, I could not use this product due to allergy issues, informed them I would send it back and then was told they could reduce charge to 39.99. I said no. Then was told they could reduce charge to 19.99. I again said no and my credit card co. had already blocked the co. The agent Josephine finally relented and agreed to no charge. Very poor way of doing business. I understand I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this company.

I signed up for what I believed was a "Free" Trial. of Forskolin @ $4.95 I was charged $69.95 and 79.95 and sent 2 different products.
I signed up for what I believed was a "Free" Trial of Forskolin for $4.95 in or around January 1, 2019 When clicking on their "Rush My Free Trial" Instead of receiving just the Forskolin, I received it AND a bottle of Garcina Gambogia which I did not order AND I was charged two charges. One for $79.94 and one for $69.94. I refuted these charges as unauthorized to my credit card company to which they informed me to contact the company directly. I finally found their website and have sent a request for a refund and to cancel any and all future shipments. It wasn't until I received a second round of charges and received a second shipment of unwanted product that on or around February 1, 2019 I asked for a full refund. I was told I could not receive the refund because I agreeds to the recurring charge and the additional product. Both those claims are false. I purchased a $4.95 free trial NOTHING MORE. Their business practices are extremely deceptive leave a lot to be desired.

I would like a full and total refund from the company save, the $4.95 I agreed to. I will gladly return their unopened and unwanted products. But as a senior citizen on disability I can not afford to lose almost $300 to these con artists.

Product trial is not a trial at all!
I ordered a trial of a product that states to just pay shipping and handling. Then 2 weeks later I get charged $150 and get enrolled in a automatic renewal. I call and am told I agreed to this which I never would have. I am given a refund of 45% but am told I can not return product for a full refund. The manager was rude and patronizing and hung up on me.

After reaching out to us, she agreed to a partial refund and to keep the product. The company failed to tell you that I requested a full refund and was told I could not have one. I was told I could not have a refund on opened product even though their return policy states that if I am not satisfied for any reason I may return the product for any reason for a full refund. They refused to give me a return authorization number. I spent 5 hours total arguing with these people. I talked to seven different employees who refused to give me a manager. They hung up on me 5 times. Then when I called back they lied to me saying they were having problems with the phones. They were rude. I also emailed them and got no response. I told them I would be filing complaints with all the different agencies and that's when they increased the amount of my refund. Initially they said 30% then 45% and finally 75%. I was never satisfied but tired of arguing being lied to and treated rudely for more than 5 hours. They must have gotten the notification from you and decided to give me the full refund I had asked hot in the first place. They never told me this was happening. This whole operation is confused uninformed unprofessional and lacks even the slightest knowledge of customer service. Yes I finally got my refund but I am not even satisfied a little.

Upon looking further into Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial on October 17, 2018 for the shipping cost of $4.95. After her trial ended, she was charged for the retail price of the product she was sent and enrolled into our monthly program. We are very sorry if Ms. was unable to reach us, it is possible that she obtained an incorrect contact number for us; our documentation shows that we never actually received a call from her unfortunately, so it was assumed she was enjoying our products and receiving them monthly. Therefore, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding here and have effectively cancelled out Ms. account with us. Her last shipment from us was delivered on February 22, 2019 - and we can verify that she will receive no further shipments or charges. A confirmation email of this cancellation was sent to [email protected].

I have not received a refund nor have I ever received an email from them , I did not contact them by email I called them on 2/4/19 called again on 2/5/19 and was told I would get a refund but did not ,on 2/11/19 called and was told refund would be issued again did not receive called 2/13/19 was told refund would be credited 3-5 days on 2/20/19 called was told refund would be in my account by 2/25/19 called on 2/28/19 was told someone from management would call me ,never heard from anyonre

money order arrived and appears to be legit but they said on 3/22 that they had sent it but they didn't purchase until 3/25 also return address is in Denver Co but money order purchased in San Francisco Ca . This company def shady

I ordered Retro Slim (forskolin) from an advertisement I saw online on 12/29/18, I ordered what I thought was only Retroslim. Well I hit cancel for the Garcnia they tried to offer with it. But somehow how it added on automatically. Since it was a trial, I went ahead with the order that charged me $9.93 on 12/29 @ 4:50 am. I sent a email automatically @3:54 am, after that to tell them I don't want the Garcinia and didn't know how to off check it. but I never got a response. I didn't receive these pills until about 12/5/18. So 1/12/2019 I noticed after trying to get gas my funds were insufficient. Then I saw where this company Retroslim, took $79.97 on Saturday 1/12/2019. Then on 1/14/2019, Monday, they took another $69.94 for the Garcinia, I asked them to take off or don't send in an email I can forward to you. They were never up front with the prices and it's false advertisement. I spoke with Sylvia *** and she told me my 2 week trial was up. I asked her how, when I didn't get my pills a little over a week ago. They start the 2 week trial when you 1st order. So I told her I never opened the bottles and they should have given me time to get the pckg 1st. Then I told her I'm about to talk to my Bank and file a claim and also report them to Revdex.com. She claimed she understood my concern but I told her she didn't because I was the one who's debit card was declined because of insurance funds and it spoiled my weekend. I asked for a Supervisor there and she told me that she was helping other customers. So I told her to have the Supervisor call me back. I ended the phone call. So Sylvia did call me back stating that she could refund me 75% of the charges. I said No because they were not upfront about the prices. They show no where on the site & I wanted my 100% refund. I also have copies of my bank statement of pics taken & the email sent to cancel the 2nd item. Then after I mentioned the Revdex.com she offered to give me a full 100% back. But said it's gone take 4-10 business days. I need my $ soon.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment You all need to contact them and audit them. They need to show the prices and not bill so fast from day one. Maybe even do some tracking shipping to see when you get the product, then start the trial. I saw many of the same complaints about them and other companies are being called accidentally as well instead of the contact number on the order confirmation. They shipped this package of the 2 bottles from another address (Fullfillment Center, 11551 East 45th Ave, ste C, Denver,Co 80239.

Before I mentioned the Revdex.com to them , they were not up front with the full price of the product, even on their website. Then it wasn't an overnight shipment so it wasn't fair if I got the shipment 3-4/5 days later. The trial should start when you receive it. Then hit me up with almost $150 all of a sudden. I got a call almost directly back saying they would only issue me 40% or partial refund. Then they did the full return after I mentioned Revdex.com & other complaints I saw online about them. *They are covering up not being truthful and disclosing all this info up front

Mislead on the purchase of trial and later billed two overpriced amounts and did not even receive the product that I should have before I cancelled.
On about October 1, 2018 I purchase a trial from PurePrime for Prime Slim Garcinia ($4.95) and Prime Slim Forskolin ($4.98). Without my knowing or my permission PurePrime charged my card again on 10/16 for $79.97 and then again on 10/17 for $69.94 on November 2. 2018 I received my credit card statement and noticed the charges and called the company to be advised that I could cancel and that the information telling me about auto-billing was in fine print. I have since gone back to the website and found that the information is on a secondary page that you are not required to view before purchasing. On top of being charged I did not even get the next 30 day supply that I was billed for.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded for the two secondary purchases applied to my card. $79.97 and $69.94 since I did not even get the next months supply of the product and was mislead on their advertising.

Purchased a 4.95 sample of Forskolin. Sent me 60 pills and charged me 79.97. CS said they were located in Orlando Florida.
Distributed by Pureprime Dietary Supplements Tampa Fl 33626. I spoke to CS who said they were not affiliated with Revdex.com. The 79.97 charge I did not agree to and I requested a refund at once and I would return the bottle to Tampa Fl. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple answer. They said when I paid for the 4.95 sample they set up an account for the full bottle of 60 pills for 79.97 which I did not order. A sample is not 60 pills. I couldn't figure out where the charge came from on my bank account until I researched. The actual product comes from Spain. I told the CS I was reporting the company to the Attny. General. The phone number I called was 844-242-3001 CS rep Rochael *** I told her I was recently widowed and my mortgage payment was going to bounce if they didn't give me a refund. She tried to give me 75% back I said NO. I told her the company was a scam and they stole my money. She closed my account and agreed to give me a refund. Conf. *** Supposed to receive an email confirmation.

A full refund for 79.97 that was deducted from my bank account which I did not authorize.

Dispute RESOLVED

Misleading sales and cancellation policy. I cancelled my order as specified on their website, however, they claimed I didn't.
I signed up on-line for a free trial of Pure prime Forskolin on Jan 3 2018. Upon checkout, they automatically added another product I did not want. I received both items in the mail on Jan 9,2018. The products made me ill. I checked their website to find out how to cancel all future orders. It indicated to call or email. I emailed their company to cancel all orders immediately. This email was sent at 1936 hours on Jan 10 2018. This was well within their 14 day cancellation period. Today they took $79.97 out of my checking account! I called the company to get that charge reversed. They refused. They said I did not cancel within the 14 day period, even though they admitted to receiving my email on Jan 10 2018 advising them to cancel it. Their business practice is extremely misleading and highly questionable.

I would like my $79.97 refunded and to NEVER receive anymore of their product!

Company offered free trial for a 30 day supply of Foreskolin. Company said only cost is shipping of $4.98. Credit card charged additional 69.84.
Advertisement unclear that there was a trail period of 14 days from the date of order and not the date product was received. Proxy was received on 1/5/2017. Credit card Was charged an addition amount of 69.84 on 1/11/2018. Called my credit card company and was told needed to try to contact company to contest charge. Tried contacting company onstarting on 1/13/2018 numerous times. Final got through today 1/17/2018 and was told I was outside the 14 day trial period and therefore could not get a refund. This company is shady and should be banned from selling product using this sham method of advertising.

Full refund is the only part of an acceptable solution. Company should also be forced to revise its sales approach to be clear exactly when 14 day trial period begins and that when "free trial" ends, additional charges will apply along with subscription at a monthly cost. Others have been duped into paying an outrageous price without any recourse.

I received a shipment that I wish to return for a credit.
I received a cancelation for two products on 12/7. A few days later a new shipment arrived. I did not open it. On 12/14, I emailed them to ask how to return it for credit. I chose email because I have trouble hearing. I emailed numerous times but got no response. Today I tried calling. Was told that it can not be returned because it is beyond 30 days. If they had responded to any of my emails, I would have had it returned long before the time had expired.

We received an email from Mr. on December 13, 2017 and December 28, 2017 and he was advised to contact our customer service center for further assistance on both occasions. On January 8, 2017 he did contact our customer service center and was provided with a full refund in the amount of $159.84 for the second shipment of products. time they said that there would be no refund. I said I was going to contact the Revdex.com. Which I did immediately. I thank you for assistance.

I ordered a supplement called Forskolin from the company's advertisement that said we could try the product for the cost of shipment only $4.95 on 12/11/17. The company took $64.94 out of my account on 12/26/17. I called and agent *** told me that because I didn't cancel within 30 days I was "subscribed" and they would continue to take money out of my account. I told her to cancel immediately and reimburse me the money and she refused.

Supossed to get a trial offer.
Sales rep #. I saw a withdrawal from my checking account for 79 dollars from above company. I called and explained I did not want another bottle or to be on a recurring monthly delivery. I wanted a refund and would refuse delivery when the bottle came. She said no way. kept trying to sell me more.

Fraudulent advertising and fraudulent use of my credit card.
On 9/29/17 I placed an online order for a trial sample for a free trial offer for Garcinia Cambogia. It shipped out on 10/2/17. The advertisement said pay only $4.95 for shipping. On 10/14/17, I was checking my bank account and noticed there was a $79 charge. I couldn't figure it out but saw their name and went on line to their website. No where did it say anything about paying $79. I sent two emails from their website. When they didn't respond, I sent an email on October 17, 2017(attached). They responded that day saying "If the product isn't right for you, you may return your Bioleans products ONLY if the product is unopened in original packaging and was sent to you within 30 days." How can one try this product with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with that statement. On 10/20/17, I sent another email informing them if my money wasn't returned, I would be taking action against them. I did not give them permission to charge my account plus, the advertisement I used to buy this product did not state any $79 charge. I am very upset because I would never spend that amount of money for a product that I have no clue it would work. Plus, they used my credit card without my knowledge and still have my information.
