It saddens me to see that [redacted] Polite states this is not
satisfactory. [redacted] emailed me directly on August 11th in which I reiterated why
our Corporate Office is not able to provide a refund however wanted to work to appease
the customer to the best of my ability. At that point, I offered to send the
[redacted] a $100 coupon code for our website [redacted].
To date, [redacted] has received from the Corporate office: 2 coupons codes that
total $125.00 plus her original order that was placed (order information is in
original response). I also advised that
[redacted] please send me documentation of her discussion with her Consultant for
review. At this time, I am still waiting to receive that documentation. I also
have our email correspondence in which [redacted] states she had received her
package however she states in her response she has not received. I will be
happy to supply those email correspondences if needed.
