PSEG has been on our block, Florida Ave in Commack installing very large poles, high tension lines, butchering trees and making the block look like they absolutely don't care - especially in front of the homes of senior citizens. They originally sent a letter saying they were going to put the lines underground but now we can't get an answer as to why they are doing this to a residential block. There are safety concerns - electrical emissions in a residential area. Whenever the men are working on the block they say there are no supervisors and they don't know who they work for. This is the worst company EVER!
PSEG LI contacted her and attempted to explain the situation but we were not able to satisfy her. If she wishes she can contact the Department of Public Service to file a complaint with them

I spoke to [redacted]arlier today regarding her complaint of billing higher than normal. I advised her that her meter was tested on 5/*/at 99.5% accuracy, within the parameters prescribed by the NYS Deptof Public Service. She had previously requested a high bill investigation, which was unable to be scheduled due to no contact with the customer. Therefore, I sent the request over again today to have someone contact her and schedule the high bill investigation, which at a minimum, will help her understand the appliances and consumption she's seeing in her home She was satisfied with this plan
Update - [redacted] has been contacted and the high bill investigation is scheduled for Monday, July [redacted]

We have a resolution offer but have not been able to reach [redacted].[redacted] has left voicemail messages on 9/**, 9/** and 9/** with his direct number for a return call. This complaint is regarding a comparison of Rate 184 to Rate 180. This account was either placed on or...
inherited Rate 184 at turn-on. As a courtesy and in an effort to promote good customer relations, we have done a rate comparison from Rate 184 to 180 back to the turn-on date of 2/*/13. These bill comparisons result in a difference of $708.65 which we have credited to [redacted]’s account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I want, in writing, an explanation and proof, justifying pseg calling my home and subsequently 1) telling me my electric is being shut off because I terminated an agreement and 2) a letter I received Friday, February *, 2016 stating the same and demanding the balance paid in full immediately.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The corporation is a monopoly electric provider. I cannot cancel service with them and pay a competitor, therefore I am demanding a credit to my account, as a customer has no other recourse for poor service, poor customer service or rude inconsiderate employees. Apologies which are offered by the corporation are not worth anything in terms of the currency it takes to satisfy bills, therefore unless [redacted] is willing to accept an apology instead of a check, I do not accept an apology in lieu of a credit. I therefore demand a credit be placed on my account post haste.

After numerous tries trying to reach the customer a no contact letter has been mailed to him giving him a direct line line to call if he wants to discuss his issue with [redacted].
