Of all the service people I have had in my home over the years to repair or install, no one comes close to Sam [redacted] at Pronto He is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and last but certainly not least, nice He has been to my house several times in the past year to do some repairs on my furnace and install a new water heater On every visit he seems to go above and beyond what he came to do This time I mentioned that my thermostat was giving me trouble, explaining that the buttons to change from air to heat or even the off button did not function easily He looked at it and said that he knew he had a newer model in the truck and he would replace it under my warranty I know he had an extremely busy day ahead of him, and he did not plan to put in a new thermostat, but he took the time to replace the it, make sure it was running properly and then showed me how to work itIn an age when service is almost extinct Sam is a shining star I hope Pronto appreciates him as much as I do!! they did a good job installing furnace, water heater, humidifier and a/c
They did an estimate on a Friday and were able to perform the work the following TuesdayI had them replace my yr old furnace and A/CThey arrived on time and did a super job on the install
Our tech was friendly and efficient He slipped booties on over his shoes when he came into the house He was stung by a bee during his work and wasn't upset in the least about it He chatted with us afterward I will definitely call on Pronto again
I listen to Cities and hear the Pronto ad frequently The commercials always made me smile and gave me a good feeling about the brothers who own the company The March special motivated me to get an estimate on my year old furnace I checked the Revdex.com and saw the A+ rating I decided to replace my furnace and it has been a great decision The estimate and installation went very well Courteous and professional They treated my house better than I do

My furnace was red tagged on 12/ I called several companies Many were willing to send out a rep, but none could install before the holidayTony came out the same day to explain the different furnaces and their benefits They installed the new furnace on Christmas eve The installer arrived at 7:AM and finished around 2: He explained everything about the operation of the furnace and thermostat I had just installed new carpeting and Pronto made sure it was protected The team filled out all the paperwork for rebates from the energy companies All I had to do is sign it and mail it They even provided a stamped envelope I more than highly recommend Pronto

Everything about our experience was positive - from making the appointment, to keeping us informed about timing our tech would arrive, to our actual appointmentOur tech, Keith was excellent He told us everything we needed to know about our furnace and what we might do proactively to keep it running smooth through our long wintersWould recommend and use Pronto again
Pronto was hired by on 7/7/by [redacted] and [redacted] to address the issues noted in the attached Inspection Report at [redacted] Shakopee MN The items that concerned Pronto were highlighted in Yellow by the Home InspectorPronto arrived on 7/7/and made the requested modifications/repairs requested by the [redacted] home inspector as noted on our attached work order.While at the home Pronto also performed basic maintenance on the existing equipment per the sellers requestWhen Pronto left the home on 7/7/the Air Conditioner was cooling the home and draining properly As you will see in the Home Inspector's report, the buyer was informed of the following "The compressor is an old unit that is well beyond its expected service lifeExpect/budget to replace this unit in the near future." This was not a secret to the buyer Pronto would LOVE to sell new equipment at every home we visitIn this case, the seller did not want to purchase new equipmentWhen we left the home on 7/7/the AC was working fineUnfortunately, nobody can predict when old equipment will failIt's like being old & out of shape and going in for your annual physicalThe doctor may say, well your old & out of shape but you still seem to be doing OKThen you have a heart attack a month laterWe'll the doctor couldn't predict if & when you would have a heart attackAnd you certainly wouldn't ask your doctor to pay your medical bills because you were old and pout of shape!! We feel we performed exactly as we should have at 7th Ave SWe were honest & ethicalWe did not side with the seller or buyerWe felt the inspector was pretty clear in his report that the AC would need to be replaced soon The timing of the AC failure was unlucky for the buyer because of the timing of the failure but not unexpected due to the age of the AC We feel the anger toward Pronto (the messenger in this case) is misdirectedIf anyone is at fault, it is the buyers Real Estate agent who did not insist on a new AC installation prior to the closingContractors such as Pronto have nothing to do with the negotiations of which party (buyer or seller) covers expenses that are sure to occur during the sale of the home Call me if you would like to discuss this matter further Sincerely, Wade [redacted] Owner Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning [redacted] Edina, MN ###-###-#### [email protected]
Pronto did a great job They arrived in a timely manner and showed and explained exactly what needed repair Also, made suggestions on how to avoid similar problems in the future I would recommend and use them again
Pronto was extremely courteous, knowledgable and quickThey quickly assessed our non functioning AC unit (over the weekend) and eventually replaced both our AC and aging furnace
Our hot water heater went out I did my homework and checked around with 6-different companies I hired Pronto to come out and do an assessment on whether to repair or replace They arrived next day as promised Given the fact the unit was years old and the old part was out of stock and expensive; we agreed a replacement was the best course of action Following a brief negotiation, we agreed on a price for a new unit The next day it was installed perfectly I was so impressed with Pronto's expertise and professionalism I signed up for the twice yearly annual maintenance on all of the major HVAC equipment By the next day, the furnace had been fully maintained along with the air exchanger Pronto is a first-class sales, service, and repair operation I would recommend Pronto You get what you pay for
