I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that a resolution has not taken placeI was told by a supervisor that they would only refund half of what they've over-charged meI was also told that I'd receive a document stating the account was paid in full and still have not received it yetI have called back twice since then and seem to keep getting the run aroundNeedless to say this matter has even been handled poorly by their upper management.

I am rejecting this response because: I haven't talk to anybody from progressive to understand their position on taking people information and not following through on promiseProgressive Leasing provides a unique NO CREDIT NEEDED lease purchase option tailor-made for both stores and customers.” http://progfinance.com/ as posted on their web page which I came across on http://www.biglots.com/page/progressive-leasing/?zcp=WEB_TOWER_APPLYNOW_PROGRESS... claim “No credit? Bad credit? It doesn't matter when you apply with Progressive. Our approval is based on income and employment, no need to worry about your credit.” which they ran a credit check and I was denied, that ok but I felt it was misleading after they got my credit card number, checking account number and social security number to be deniednow I’m very uncomfortable with them having all my personal information to be denied and unreachable by phoneAll I get is a pre recorded message telling me I’m deniedI just want to prevent identity thief from a scamIf there was no credit needed then why?
