Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will call them today I've tried several times calling this week, last week, and the week before and no one will cooperate I need a firm answer on closing out my account because the rims and tires are no longer in my possession and I'm still being held responsible I sent tracking numbers proving that I no longer have the merchandise Progressive continued to make me still responsible and will not resolve this issue with [redacted] All I want is my account to be closed and refunded Sincerely, [redacted] ***
