As Ms. [redacted] has stated, she willingly signed into contract on July 20th, 2015. Before signing the contract and before any monies were transferred, Ms. [redacted] was required to read the 3 business day cancellation policy and check a box and initial next to it, verifying that she has read and...
understood the policy. Ms. [redacted] did not contact us via telephone until August 6th, after she had several conversations and logged into the program a minimum of 8 times, as tracked by her IP address. At this time, we re-explained the cancellation policy to Ms. [redacted] and offered for her to allow a family member or friend to take over or assist her with the remainder of the program but she refused. We also offer to build her an affiliate website, taking the workload and assignments off her shoulders but she refused. Ms. [redacted] has had access to her contract from the day that she signed into services and this is the first time she has mentioned any issues with her contract. If Ms. [redacted] is having issues viewing the signed contract, we are more then willing to email her a PDF copy or we can physically mail her a copy via [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] has done a great job of being coherent, receptive, and understanding while going through the program and documenting her progress.

I am rejecting this response because:They are misrepresenting my "semi-cordial" frustration. It was not "positive and fruitful" experience or outcome. We were strongly encouraged to take the eBay course, dropshipping course, along with the website. They made us feel that if we take all of these courses we would be very successful. The Ignite web developer was very courteous, but my frustrations were frequently and strongly expressed. The 275+ contacts were excessive because I had to constantly contact them because the work was not getting done or done in a timely manner, they were not to my specifications, and the Ignite program used did not work properly at times and some issues were never able to get fix. When I was sold this website package, we were assured that the website would be "custom" built to "my satisfaction" and we were also given the impression the "3-month marketing package" is all that was needed for a successful business. I trusted PLI to take the burden of time in building a functional custom website so I could focus on my business. I spent countless hours into the morning figuring out logistics for my website, all because they didn't have an answer for me. That's what I hired them for!!!!!!I soon became very frustrated and unhappy when I discovered they were giving me a standard template with restricted functions and that I was wasting my time constantly monitoring them to make sure they did their job. Frustration grew when I felt I was put off. I wasted so much time trying to figure out if they were doing their job. Updates I made to the website was frequently not done in real time. Technical problems were frequent and, several times, I had to wait up to 4 days to get assistance because they didn't have a 24/7 tech department.I finally asked them to send me all the links they used for the "marketing" package. I sorted the links and checked over 50% of them. I found severe discrepancies in every link reviewed and found NONE legitimate. My reasonable conclusion is that 100% of the links were useless to my business. The links lead to sites that were in a Chinese language, fake accounts, or porn. I have not been provided any proof that the links were fixed. When I brought link issue to their attention, they offered to"upgrade" my account when I told them they linked me to a porn site. They should have made this offer much sooner when they knew I was having so many problems with the functionality of the site. They moved my website to a different platform and was about $30 a month cheaper, so I considered the move more of a "downgrade." This move would not fix my "marketing" issue because it did not include this "service." As much work and money we had put into it, I couldn't let it go. We felt we had no choice, so I agreed. When we found out PLI does not have a marketing department, we felt we had no choice but to consult with an outside web marketing agency to try to save the business. They basically told us the PLI "marketing plan" offered was not marketing and would bring minimal hits to my site, if any. In reviewing our website, the marketing company discovered that there was much needed information missing in the back end of the website. Apparently, this information is needed to draw hits to your site.PLI's coaching/training program was substandard and was NOT worth the money. Information received was inadequate. We did EVERYTHING that was recommended. I figured we were paying hundreds of dollars for each 10-30 minute call that was nothing more than an inspiration call. I could have learned the eBay process on my own and I could have built my own website in a shorter time that 8+ weeks as I have done before. We have been slammed with sales calls, which they told us we might get, and we still are. The number of calls received and the high pressure from these companies are horrible. One company claimed to be affiliated with PLI and that they knew Kevin T[redacted] personally. When we told them we were not interested in their services, they severely harassed us and threatened us that our business was going to fail. We have his threat on audio and we reported this to PLI. PLI said they would do an investigation. After 5 months of not hearing anything, I contacted PLI to see how the investigation was going. He said they decided they didn't have enough complaints against this company to take any action. We interpreted this as them not giving this complaint much thought and that they were not truly interested in whether or business failed... or they would have taken some type of action against them.We realized after several months of dealing with PLI, there wasn't going to be any solution to our situation. We realized that we lost thousands of dollars down the drain.. a complete waste of money. So we decided to take action against PLI. We made it clear that any contact is to be done in writing. But someone from their finance department called us anyway. We told them, again, to express their concerns in writing/email. We never heard back..... We did not refuse any attempts from PLI to resolve issues. Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I have just reviewed a copy of the contract and do not have any recall of the details noted in the contract.. I don't remember much of the contents noted including 3 day refund. I will have to ask my POA to review. I do know according to my notes that I requested a copy of the contract with manager I listed as Mike. My notes indicate that I asked for copyvas the link in my email would not link to the contract. As to the other information I don't have recall of ? Affiliate site. Is the company willing to provide assistance that I will require due to my illness with memory loss. I will have to have additional time and resources from the company per my MD in order to run any business. What type of commitment will be made to help me? This is why I asked for refund as I have difficulty with my ability to process and recall information and do not have anyone available to assist me on a day to day basis with this business. II need some type of response as to specific help that Wii me required in order to work if no refund is made. I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
