David and Kenny are devout and honest professionalsBoth kept me totally in the loop on what to expect and work is impeccableQuality, timely, and definitely experts across multiple servicesSuper excited to have a committed service repair company to work with in the future!

Working with Dave *** was an incredibly comforting experience after years looking around for someone that can do just about any task imaginable, do it for a competitive price and with an attitude that is equally as noteworthy as his workmanship I own several rentals and had been looking for someone like Dave *** for about a decade when I met him His slogan, "Where Integrity Meets Quality" is no-exaggeration - in fact, it is an understatement He came through my house the first time I used him and not only did everything I asked of him, including impeccable drywall repairs, plumbing, roof-repairs, tile, electrical, cabinet installation and granite countertops in my bathrooms and an assortment of handyman projects He didn't just do the work (with his guys), but he solved problems for me that other contractors I had worked with either couldn't solve or couldn't perform Just talking to him on the phone the first time, I said to myself, "Wow! This guy is a goldmine." And the cherry on top is that he is honest I had two other bids to replace my disposal because it had stopped working Dave could have easily replaced the one I had and made some quick money Instead, he went out to his truck and grabbed a foot long monster screwdriver, positioned it into the disposal and forced the inner gear to start turning In short, it was stuck and he simply cleared it - he fixed something that he could have charged me $for and didn't charge me a penny All I can say is, people like this are few and far between If you need someone to work at your home or business, this is the guy to call I've been using him now for two years He stands behind his work too I had a faucet leaking about a year after he installed it and he replaced it for no charge He didn't have to do that Thanks a whole lot to Dave and his guys They've made owning rentals a lot easier for me

I called Dave after seeing the ad on Craigslist saying "if we cant fix it, it cant be fixed" What started as a search for some general repairs ended with awarding Dave the contract to paint the outside of our home in Goodyear I like to do a lot of research so I know how to interview tradespeople Dave has a really experienced crew and they pay attention to detail Very professional from the quote process through the jobsite cleanup There was no "nickel and diming" At the end of the job, we did a checklist walk through and the few minor misses were fixed immediatelyAs the job went on, I gained confidence that they could back up their claim to fix anything Dave found a screen door for my patio, installed a new hose bib on my leaky outdoor tap and made some repairs to my irrigation When they left, my front door finally closed properly and the baseboard around my island was finally done properlyAs for prices, I do my homework there too Protech is good value for your dollar I made sure to communicate what I wanted, agreed on a price and we had a good relationship I recommend that you do your negotiating before work starts, pay on time, and you'll have a great experienceIf you add things that take extra time and materials, be fair and Dave will be too Thanks Dave, Kenny and Dave J***

I had two lengthy conversations with you about this - and was dumbfounded to get the email from the Revdex.com last week in which I was encouraged to seek resolution with Mr. [redacted].  Frankly, when I read that, the only two words that came to mind were "administrative ineptness." How in heaven's name could you simply dismiss any hope for real justice by offering such an antaquated, anecdotal remedy which is utterly indifferent to truth? Does it matter to the Revdex.com one iota that Mr. [redacted] is outright lying, and simply using them as an extension with which to seek retribution for something totally unrelated to any work I did for him?  Mr. [redacted] was completely satisifed with my work...and, in fact, referred me out to two other potential customers - citing the quality of my work as his reason for recommending me.  I will be bringing those individuals to the arbitration meeting, because there is NO circumstance by which I will settle with Mr. [redacted].  Why would you even suggest I do something like that when it should be evident to the discerning eye that Mr. [redacted] is lying.  Ask yourself, why did he pay me cash for work that is so horrible?  Are you telling me that he couldn't see messed up drywall before he paid me?   Why would he refer me out?  And most importantly, why would he wait three months to file a complaint?  I'll tell you why...because I pulled the plug on a potential working relationship with him weeks after I did the work for him, so this is his way of getting even with me.  Take a minute and examine the reviews about my work...particularly, about my drywall work, and then ask yourself if Mr. [redacted] could possibly be talking about the same person you read about in my reviews on the Revdex.com website.  As for the photos he has sent (or wants to send) - call his bluff as another agency he has involved did, and ask him if you can come out to his house and see the 'damage' I did to his walls.  He'll deny you the opportunity because he is lying and the damage he claims to have experienced at my hand does not exist.   You need to employ some discernment here, [redacted].  I'm sorry if that offends...it really is not my intent, but emailing me and encouraging the turning of a blind eye to the truth by the embracing of some  half-cocked meaningless resolution is a mockery, and makes the Revdex.com an obsequious simpering sycophant to this man's agenda. Consider this my response.

Mr. [redacted]'s entire complaint is an outright deception - a fabrication designed to exact revenge because of the outcome of something totally unrelated! Here's what really happened....

Mr. [redacted] was very happy with our work. Follow me on this, and think about what I am about to say, and...

you'll have to agree with me. He claims to be 30 years in the construction trade, therefore he would know adequate from inadequate drywall work. With drywall, what you see is what you get when the job is complete. If it isn't done properly, that is apparent immediately. Yet he paid me cash for a job that wasn't done adequately? Why would he do that? And why would he wait months to file a complaint? And why did Mr. [redacted] allow me to use him as a reference twice after I did the work? I have two customers whom I can either have send a sworn affidavit, or bring to an arbitration hearing, who called Mr. [redacted] to inquire about our drywall work - to which he responded to both customers with a hearty thumb's up and gave us a good reference in both cases.

Mr. [redacted] is doing this to me because I didn't send him the side-work he asked me for during a conversation he and I had in his garage, in which he told me he was struggling financially. I had put one of my customers in touch with him, who reported back to me that they were not comfortable with the way Mr. [redacted] was interacting with them via email. So I told the customer not to do business with Mr. [redacted]. Since I tout my A+ rating proudly as an accredited member of the Revdex.com, he figured he'd go after my flawless, complaint-less history by filing a frivolous complaint after the fact.

As a footnote, read my reviews on our drywall work - his contention is completely out of step with every single bit of data contained in the more than fifteen reviews of my company on the Revdex.com website. As for my drywall work specifically, I am known in the Phoenix area as the go-to guy for drywall repairs - and have garnered a reputation as one who can do seemless, completely inconspicuous, invisible and undetectable drywall repairs. My repairs are flawless and perfect. As for several of the 'sub-complaints' within the general complaint...the "dirty water, using his ladder, arguing with him, et al, those are simply embellishments which Mr. [redacted] added in order to dress up the complaint and make us look utterly irresponsible. Again, I encourage whoever reads this response to go back through our history of reviews on our Revdex.com profile, and ask yourself if Mr. [redacted]'s allegations could be remotely true about our company? Such frivolous allegations are completely out of step with the consensus established by our customer as reflected in our reviews. Mr. [redacted] is lying.

If you add all of this up - the fact that he paid me cash for a job well done; the fact that its been nearly three months between the completion of the job and the complaint; the fact that he gave me solid references after the work was done; coupled with an analysis of my company reviews - all of which are positive about my work, and my specifically my drywall work, and it is both evident and irrefutable that Mr. [redacted] is being dishonest, and using the Revdex.com with which to exercise vengeance on his behalf. I am requesting that Mr. [redacted]'s complaint be set-aside as inappropriate and non-applicable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I would like to send photos of his repairs to who it may concern as proof. I do not want to work for him or any of his customers. I do not want to be associated with a FLAKE1 ( [redacted]) . I never gave him a reference at all , even though he contacted me 3 times to do so. I had a homeowner contact me weeks later regarding looking at some framing he wanted done from a reference from Mr. [redacted]. I spoke briefly with him; he told me that , "[redacted] was in New York and he wanted to wait until he came back to have me look at the work". I simply stated "ok". I had no intentions of doing or looking at the work and this was the best way to end the conversation and dismiss the whole thing. Mr. [redacted] needs to stick to the FACTS! . The photos and an inspection from anyone concerned is my evidence. My complaint is staying and I will not remove it. I will not even comment on any of his other statements. B[redacted]om line I paid him to get him out of my home. He needs to prove all of his statements. #1) I gave him references etc..

Regards,

My experience with Pro-Tech was wonderful. The crew was dependable, trustworthy and flexible. Daily reports on the status of the project reassured me work was moving forward and would be completed on time.

I would highly recommend Pro-Tech.

Excellent work. Good quality of product. Will definately use them again!

Called numerous plumbers for bids and Pro-Tech Home Services under bid them all and to top it off had the best communication, and customer service I could ask for. Worked with me on my time frame from work and my kids practice. Cleaned up his work area, tested everything out and was on his way. I couldn't ask for better service, communication and reliability.

My experience with Pro Tech is interesting. I own a few rental houses which are in need of repairs on occasion, particularly when tenants move out. The first time I called and talked to Dave Pantele, who owns the company, was about two years ago, after a tenant had moved out and left my rental trashed. I negotiated with him unsuccessfully and was actually angered by his unwillingness to match the other bids I had received from other companies. I remember specifically Dave saying to me that cheaper is not always better. At the time, I thought that was a rather snarky response and I didn't like it. As it turns out, I called him again a couple of months ago after seeing one of their ads in a local publication. At the time, I had two houses I needed to get back on the rental market quickly, and I needed both of the houses worked on simultaneously, not consecutively. So I considered hiring Pro Tech to do a bunch of things at one of my rentals while the other companies I had been using worked on the the first house. I asked him this time if he could give me a break from the price he quoted me, expecting the same response. This time he said that he would be willing to enter into an agreement with me that if I wasn't convinced his service was worth the little bit of extra money I would be paying Pro Tech as over against the other discount services I had been used to working with, that he would take less money on a one time basis, but that he wouldn't do it a second time. His confidence level was re-assuring, so I agreed to the terms and hired Pro Tech. All I can say now is, "Wow!" What a difference! Pro Tech gave new meaning to the phrase, "you get what you pay for..." In the end, I ended up spending only about ten percent more with them than the other companies I use, but the difference in workmanship and customer service was tangible and definitely worth the difference in cost - which, when compared to the added value, was an insignificant amount. I paid Mr. Pantele what he wanted and he actually insisted on extending a small discount as a token of gratitude for entrusting my investment to his company. The other advantage to Pro Tech was that I didn't have to call several companies to handle all of my needs. They handled my drywall repairs, tile repairs, roofing repairs, irrigation repairs and were even able to fix a couple of leaky faucets and saved me the expense of replacing them. They also did an excellent job painting the place - and they did everything in one week. I have recommended Pro Tech to my sister, who is going to have them install cabinets and granite in her kitchens and bath. Two thumbs up for Pro Tech.

I am more than satisfied with Pro-Tech Home Services. They installed new carpet and a new kitchen granite counter plus took care of a lot of other small jobs in helping me prepare to sell my house - all a very good price. This world would be a far better place if everyone was as thorough as they are. For example, they took lots of pictures and even videos of their work both before and after. I was out of state when the work was being done, so this was invaluable to me. They went the extra yard with everything they did including the granite, the carpet, lots of little repairs, and even a deep cleaning of the place. I can't say enough about how happy I am with them - I obviously highly recommend them!

David and Kenny are devout and honest professionals. Both kept me totally in the loop on what to expect and work is impeccable. Quality, timely, and definitely experts across multiple services. Super excited to have a committed service repair company to work with in the future!

My husband and I used Pro-Tech home services on some repairs that needed to be done to complete the sale of our house in Laveen. These guys were great. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. I couldn't be more happy. They definitely come highly recommended by my husband and I.
