I am rejecting this response because:I emailed them back asking them to issue a check for the diagnostic fee which is $149 and a cash value of $288 for their 1 year service, a total of $437 instead of the $500 initially requested. they came up with a $288 as a final offer from their instead stating that they can not cash their service offer. Initially, when they came to diagnose the problem they told me it is going to be $149 inspection fee, which I accepted. After diagnose was done, the technician notified me that the thermostat is not functioning properly and need to be replaced. I have asked him :"is it gonna take too long, or do you need to go and come another day?"  he replied that he has it in the service car and should not take more than 30 minutes to fix because it is not  major. I was under the impression that it is going to be only the part that I need to pay in addition to the diagnose fee. after half an hour, he wrote me a bill of $864.85, which included $149.00 for the diagnostic (inspection) of the system and $715.85 for installation/labor. I did not want to pay because he did not mention that there will be any extra charges for connecting the thermostat which is basically hooking two small wires and attached to the wall.but he said that he has to charge me that much and if I have any complaints that I should contact the office.have I known that installing the thermostat would cost me $715.85, I would hire any technician which their hourly rate is $110 to install it plus the $56 replacement part; which they need only half an hour to install.till this day they have not break down the charges of $695. I do not know how much they charged for parts and how much is for the installation.I am requesting to be refunded the amount of $600 for not giving me a quote for how much it is going to cost me ahead of time and then I would have to decide whether I should go with it or not.Thank you

Customer is happy with completed job and we can refund customer $200.00 out of good faith and customer satisfaction.
