I placed an order online April 19thand paid in full, the company stats your product will take 15 business days to complete or sooner. From the tracking part it's still at 50% production which is what it's been at since the day I placed my order. When I try to contact them it goes to music then hangs up, I tried their chat service and no response, I've tried to email and no response, I've even went to their*** page and seen multiple customer complaints about the same thing. Yet they're advertising if you ordered by April 27th you would get mothers day delivery and I ordered a little over a week before the 27th.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I either want my product in a timely matter that I've already paid for or I want a full refund, from my purchase and my shipping fee.

Been waiting for item for month and a half. Keep getting same excuse that it's in production.
I placed an order April 3rd for soon to be new mom . I am still waiting ! When I do finally get through to them I get the same two excuses, it's in production but they will have it expedited. That has been said to me for the last 3 weeks. I asked about canceling my order and they told me it would have a $25 fee. I would have NEVER ordered from this company if I knew it would have took this long and I would never recommend it to someone. Especially if it needed in a timely manner.

test My Mother DID receive the gift (although it was late)but it was not satisfactory to neither her or I. It came the size of a wash cloth with wash cloth material and not a blanket at all or mink like texture like I thought I was buying. It also came with the pictures crinkled and a big line down the middle where it was packaged incorrectly. (I have attached a picture as well) I was very disappointed as this was a gift for my Mother for Mother's day. She was gonna take it to the framer and get it framed since it was so small but the framer said it was not good enough quality to frame and would be a waste of money and not look good on the wall, in which I can agree. I am requesting a replacement which is a mink blanket, correct size and also with the pictures being in better shape and better quality and packaged better. If this cannot be done then please refund my money and I will be done with this company and fine one who values my time and money. Please ask yourself would this be good enough for your mother and would she be pleased if she got this in the mail>?

That is fine. I would have liked the product replaced with one in a better condition for my Mother but I will take what I can get at this point.

Have not received product been over 2 months since it was ordered. Cannot get a hold of customer service.
I placed an order on 3/10/2020, order ***. I purchased a*** for $33.99 and paid $23.99 for shipping and handling. I have tried to call customer service mutuple times with no response. I finally got a hold of someone and he said that my product was completed and shipping would be expedited. I never received and email confirmation of shipment and there was no change to the status online.

Ordered my item on 4/17 still not here email no response, call the number on the invoice it's says it is a UK number with a Florida area code and address, it think this is a scam

I purchased an item from them Feb 29, I still have not received. They do not respond to my inquiries.
In December, I bought a *** for Printerpix for a canvas collage print. The *** expired on March 2, 2020. On 2/29/20, before the expiration date, I ordered the collage print from this company. Order number***. I believe the company website states that it takes 15 days to complete the order. On April 22 or April 23, I still had not received the item. I went onto the website and it stated it was 50% in progress. I emailed printerpix support requesting information on when my order would be received my order. They gave me ticket number *** as an automated generated number. I did not speak to anyone. On their website it states that someone will get back to you in 2 business days. No one contacted me. On April 30, I tried to engage their chat system on their website. It started me in the queue at about number 42, when I got down to about 11, it disconnected me out of the queue. I then called the number listed on the website, it rang, connected and immediately played on-hold music. I was subsequently disconnected without anyone ever coming to the phone. I then tried to go back to the chat and was placed on the queue at maybe 56, I waited on chat for about one hour and 30 minutes. When I got to number 8 in the queue, it disconnected me again. I then wrote a letter to the customer service email and complained to them telling them if they did not respond to me by May 4. I was going to file a complaint. I also went on the *** website and wrote a negative review. After I wrote the review someone from printerpix told me to email support@printerpix and give them the specifics of my situation. I did that and I still have not heard from anyone.

I would like for my item to be finished ASAP, and EXPRESSED delivered at their cost.

My product was delivered and my shipping was refunded.

I placed my order on February 28, 2020. Over two months have passed and I have not received my order.

I spoke to numerous customer service representatives and they all told me different stories.The following are some of the stories I've been told. One customer service rep told me the work has been completed and I will receive the shipment confirmation by the close of business day. That was three weeks ago. Another customer rep told me there were production issues with my order but the work has been done and will be sent out by the end of the week. That did not happen. After that another customer service rep told me they will have a manager call me within two business days. I never received the call. This morning I spoke with customer service rep David T who reassured me that his manager, Derrick F would call me back within the hour. That never happened. I am frustrated. The customer service reps make up say whatever they can to get you off the phone. I have never experienced this before from a company and I will never order from this company again. I am not surprised that so many others have experienced this issue. I am surprised that this company is still in business.

I simply want the order that I paid for. It's been over two months.

I received the order in good condition today, May 20, 2020. It's been a worrisome three months since I placed the order on February 28, 2020, but I'm glad this matter has finally resolved. Thank You.

Refusing to honor their *** terms purchased. *** price specifically states that shipping is free. The website wants 129.90***x10 bks/12.99x1 bk.
Purchased *** on Feb 1, 2020, said it expires in 90 days. I went to complete my purchases on May 1 (1 day before expiration) after working for 2 weeks to create 11 books. *** code worked for the books, but shipping tried to charge me 12.99 per book.
I called multiple times and their service hung up before I could talk to anyone. Then finally got thru to someone. He (did not disclose his name at the beginning of the call, but I was just so happy to hear a voice!) told me: 1) That I couldn't use more than 1 code at a time; my response was "I am sorry, let me delete the extra code/book." We did that and resubmitted and it still didn't work. 2) After placing me on hold he told me he could offer me a deal of 49.99 to ship all of my books. I said that would normally be a great deal if I hadn't already paid for shipping in my ***. ***Their website says to ship 10 books amount it would actually cost 46.79 so he was technically overcharging on their rate*** 3) After being placed on hold again, the gentleman told me that my *** would have expired in 30 days from purchase and since I purchased in Feb. that it was not valid. I told him that I was looking directly at the *** website and it says their offer would expire 90 days after purchase. I said I specifically still had 1 full day to submit my order for it to be processed. He placed me on hold again. 4) After coming back from hold, he asked if I would give him the *** codes I was trying to use and he would manually check me out. I gave him the one for the purchase not currently in my cart and then said he had the one for the 10 books in my cart. 3 minutes into this hold the audio for the phone said I had been disconnected from the conference call and hung up on me. I have been trying to call multiple times since and it has only hung up on me at different times throughout the waiting process online.
At the times I was on the phone trying to work with their customer service (over an hour of phone calls), I was trying to get in touch with someone online. I got all the way up to the 1 spot in their computer generated que, and have been in the same place the entire time. They essentially stopped working on calls/complaints even though their online chat still says they have people available to chat. I will try again, but I am not sure that this company is worth trying to work with and reason with, and I worry that since I have been calling them on their mispractices, that after I try and start production of the books, that they will become delayed/missplaced, etc.
Also, Printerpix has violated the Vendor's code of conduct that they agree to when offering services/goods thru ***. They are not treating their customers honestly or fairly (offering special deals or honoring their own offers). See the attached for the pictures of the *** offers and the website screenshots of the online checkout process.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $ back from the original purchases.

I would give 0 if I could. This company is fraudulent. I ordered 4 canvas pictures on 3/21. I still don't have them. They still show "in production". I have contacted through email (no reply), live chat, and phone calls. They promise a manager will call, never happens. State my product will be shipped and an email will be sent, never happens. I left a review on trust pilot and they replied I would be contacted my a manager and shipping costs refunded for my trouble. They refunded shipping costs, but I can't get a refund on my product since I paid through ***. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I never received my order.
I placed an order on 12/15/19 and never received it. I have called customer service multiple times and they always say my order is being expedited and shipped the following week. They don't respond to my emails and the 24/7 chat does not respond. I just want my order. The order number is ***.

Customer service rude and unwilling to help.
I tried to call on 4-27 to have the shipping address corrected and to see if I could pay extra to have the item shipped to me in time for mothers day. When I call, the number is a new jersey number, I thought they were in Florida, and everyone kept placing me on hold, no one would help me. I asked to speak with a manager, they would not let me, they said someone would call me back. Never asked my name or my number, just hung up. I sent a few emails and only got an automated message that my message had been received. I don't understand why this is so hard. I just want to fix my address, and give them more money...

I placed my order on 3/31 and still don't have my order or an answer on where it is at.
I placed an order for 4 canvases on 3/31. Was told that I would have the order in 3 weeks time with updates tracked on their website. I reached out to them on 4/20 asking if there was an update on my order or if I was scammed out of my money. I was told that I would have a tracking number by weeks end and they were expediting my order. 10 days later I still don't have a tracking number, their site still says that my items are in production, and I tried 8 times over the course of 2 days to get some answers. Was hung up on 3 times, had my chat "ended" 4 times and the last time the phone just wouldn't ring. At this point, I would just like my money back, but I don't see that happening. As much as I would love my 4 canvases (2 of my wedding and 2 of my newborn son), I don't have any faith in ever seeing them.

I understand the pandemic is going on, but no one has been able to give me an answer to when I will be receiving my items. I would like my money back! I am highly disappointed. Please do not use CO-VID 19 as your excuse, as you clearly believe you can get Mother's Day items to customers on time.

never received order
I ordered 2 dog blankets for Christmas. One small, 1 medium. The small went through fine and I received it. The medium would not go through with the code given. I contacted them. They kept asking for information which I sent to them. After over 40 emails and now 4 months I still do not have my blanket or a refund. Their last 2 emails said for me to reorder and send payment and they would have my order out to me! I have already paid them! Desired Outcome

I will take a refund but I wanted the dog blanket. It's for my granddaughter. I have the small blanket for her small dog but I can't give it to her without the other blanket for her other dog. She's 5 she wouldn't understand.

They did call and apologize. They offered to send me the blanket if I went online and made the order again and then call them to let them know it was done. Of course I couldn't do that. When you go online it wants you to pay before making the blanket! So I had to call them back. When I did the man I talked to this time actually found my order from 4 months ago, the others kept telling me that nothing was there! So he says the blanket is on its way. We will see!!

I placed an order with Printer Pix in December 2019 in the amount of $48.97. It is now April 14, 2020 and the order was never received.
I placed an order with Printer Pix on December 25, 2019 for two personalized photo blankets in the amount of $48.97. The order number assigned to my purchase was #***. I believe that I chose and paid for expedited shipping. This was supposed to be a late Christmas gift for my mother-in-law who had just lost her son to cancer. After a week had gone by, I called to inquire about the order but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I also inquired using the live chat feature that is on the order confirmation sent to me from the company by email ([email protected]). I received an email back saying that my order had been printed and dispactched and was on it's way. Each time that I inquired using the live chat option in the months following (January, February, March), I got the same response. I called the company last Thursday, April 9, 2020 and again today April 14, 2020 during their business hours only to get a recording that states that they aren't open and to call back during business hours. This doesn't make sense because each time that I've called it's been during their business hours. The number that I called was 407-324-4816.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the full amount for my order in the amount of $48.97.

I like the product...WHEN I GET IT. Its been A MONTH and NO WORD.

They messed up my order and customer service completely ignored me.
I ordered 2 photo canvases, when I got them, they stapled the canvas to the board crooked so my text and pictures were off of the board, so it was hard to read. I emailed and called them and they just kept saying they were reviewing my orders. I asked for a refund and got a response that they would replace only 1 of my canvases when I strictly only wanted a refund. I replied and have not heard from any of the customer service representatives. I emailed them multiple times and have been completley ignored.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund of my money. It was only $27 and some change. I do not want a replacement because I do not trust this site more support it in any way.

Where is my product??? Customer service issues and still no word where my order is.
I placed my order on 1/20/2020 and was told that I should expect my product in roughly two weeks. That being said, over a month and a half later, countless emails, MULTIPLE attempts of calling them (and being put on hold for 30+ minutes), I still have no word where my product is. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, then it was late. Then it was supposed to be a valentines day gift, but it was late!! All I am receiving from this company is auto-generated emails as well as "we promise to rush this" -- but why has it not been rushed.
The service I have received has been horrid and all I want is my product to be delivered finally.

Desired Outcome

I want my order, I want my money back, and it would be nice if I could speak to an actual human being instead of auto-generated emails.
