Purchased a Primo water dispenser years ago have had problems with it all along! now it's not working at all and the company will not do anything about it! Do they only make these things to last just yearsThe last water dispenser I had lasted me years.I am assuming they have not mastered the bottom loader yet! But at our expense we lose because it made it to the year mark! I would not recommend this water dispenser Model #***Thought this was a good company.They definitely do not stand by their productI'm leaving star because it won't let me leave the review without leaving at least

I have complained about times in the past years to Primo and *** with hardly any resultsI have been going to the *** on Redbud BLVD,in Mckinney, Texas (store number 206) for water every week since it openedI have been complaining about the Primo Water dispenser not working properly and not being inspected since they took over the water dispenserI have complained to *** also and Primo by email and phone calls to Primo and personal complaints to the manager on dutyI complained about a month ago that the stem is not working and it wobbles so bad it feels like it could tip overThe machine that is more than years old and has always had a very bad wobbleThe machine was originally a Culligan machine and Primo just put their stickers over the Culligan stickersPrimo had told me about years now they would fix the wobble and never did, to this day after dozens of complaints by meI have gone to the store many times and found the machine out of orderPrimo h

Nice to still see in The Representatives that I spoke with when our business started having issues with our water dispenser (purchased from ***) after daily use for almost yr after purchaseI called it was still under the manufactures warrantyI spoke with Kelly she put all my information inI did the trouble shooting discussed as well as the cleaning of the unitI unplugged the unit and it, started working for day and out againI called back a few weeks later, spoke with RoxanaShe picked the conversation right where I left off, they both were great and easy to communicate withRoxana said Primo will be sending us out a new unit, we will receive it in day'sShe offered us water service but unfortunately, it's not available in our areaI have been instructed that the old warranty will be expired and the new machine will be shipped to our business and a new warranty will be startingWe will definitely be recommending them!

I purchase bottle of water for dollar each,and got tickets back from the return machineAlso I have empty bottles left at this momentBottles were refundable at that timeNow customer service told me the dollar worth ticket is worth dollar for refund, this isn't right

In reviewing our records we do not show a logged consumer complaint from the *** ***Our program details are logged on our display our recycle center as well
as the exchange ticket states the ticket has no cash value. If the store advised *** *** he would get a deposit back after the purchase then we believe this would an issue with the store and not our program. We train the stores about our program when the store is installed and they are responsible to train all store personnel

If you a consumer is no longer interested in using Primo Water Exchange, we offer a bottle credit programIn this program we do offer to buy back the bottle for $per bottle plus postage. We offer this program to assist in keeping bottles out of landfills. If *** *** wishes he may access the program at *** for additional information
We believe this is fair and reasonable

***, and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to meI do want the unit replaced, however I am unable to return it to the store as I don't have a vehicle large enough to put the unit inI ordered the unit online and it was delivered to meI want for the company to arrange for pick up of the defective unit and delivery of the new unit.

I purchase the Primo Water Dispenser (model #601144) on July 15, The dispenser is currently not functioning( is does not dispense hot water at all, the cold water is not cooling, and the indicator to change the water continuously flashes red) I contacted the company after following the troubleshooting measures within the enclosed product pamphlet, their remedy was to walk me through another set of troubleshooting measures over the phone which required me to disassemble the unitI recently had knee surgery and am not able to execute those steps They then told me I could return the unit to the store of purchaseI am currently unable to drive

I called to see if my warranty with the machine was still good because the hot water has stopped workingI called asking what I could do and was told that the warranty was out BUT that I was still able to get a new machine because I was still under the grace periodThe young lady, Amber, got my address and told me that a new unit would be sent out in seven to ten business daysAfter two weeks I called back and spoke to a young man named Bryan who had an attitudeHe told me there was no order for a new machineI asked to speak to a manager, got the voicemail and left a message for a callback, I don't know if the message was really left as I believe Bryan was still on the lineI called back the next week and asked for a manager againAfter a long hold, I was transferred and the phone rang and rang, then hung upI no longer want to associate with this business at this pointAll the associate had to tell me was that my machine was out of warranty and left it at thatInstead, she

I am rejecting this response because:
I was charged a deposit for the bottle and 6 others that I bought that day.  I do not shop at walmart any more.  And this is one more reason why
I buy my water from another supplier.

I am rejecting this response because it is a bad business practice to price gouge, however small the amount.It also seems that Primo Water Corporation has taken retaliatory action resulting from my complaint by effectively raising the price even further. Instead of lowering the price to $1.50 to conform to most of the other locations within a 5-mile radius, Primo has increased their 5-gallons refill price to $2.00. Now a 25% increase compared to other locations in the area.Effectively immediately, I will no longer shop at any Publix locations because of its association with unethical businesses like the Primo Water Corporation.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. They dont have any explanation what could have caused this problem. If it is a defective/faulty part or product then they should do something to rectify the issue regardless of warranty coverage/expiration:2: Other Consumers should be made aware that this specific primo water dispenser has this kind of problem so that consumers will be fully aware of the low quality of this product. I dont think it is fair for the consumers to waste their $240 for this dispenser that will only last for 2 years. I would also contact/inform walmart for this defective dispenser.
