I am rejecting this response because: I was charged a deposit for the bottle and others that I bought that day I do not shop at walmart any more And this is one more reason why I buy my water from another supplier Regards, [redacted] *
The bottom load water dispenser I purchased that was delivered yesterday, does not workI visited the website, watched the videos for fixes (which I shouldn't have to do with a brand new product) and it stop does not dispense water I called the customer service department only to find out they were already closedThey close at 5pm on FridaysI assume this is EST as I'm in CA and it's only 2:27pmEST is not referenced on their website, product brochure, or on their after hours messageFor a company that has customers in different time zones, clearly stating the hours of operation, to include the time zone, is just common sense customer service; Primo clearly lacks this I was looking forward to trying out the dispenser and enjoying cold water, but now I have to wait days before I can attempt to call customer service again I am extremely disappointed I chose a Primo dispenser The model # of the product is [redacted] The product needs to be fixed or picked up
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
Thank you for reaching out to Primo Water We have been in contact with the Customer and working on making sure everything is resolved Primo Water Corporation
Purchased a Primo water dispenser years ago have had problems with it all along! now it's not working at all and the company will not do anything about it! Do they only make these things to last just yearsThe last water dispenser I had lasted me years.I am assuming they have not mastered the bottom loader yet! But at our expense we lose because it made it to the year mark! I would not recommend this water dispenser Model # [redacted] Thought this was a good company. They definitely do not stand by their productI'm leaving star because it won't let me leave the review without leaving at least
I bought primo water dispenser from walmart Canada in Novit is a primo heavier use bottom loading dispenserI have been meticulously careful with the dispenser hoping it willl last longBut around second week February, it suddenly stopped working(no water comming out from the cold and hot spout)I did all the remedies suggested in their videos from their website and still did not workWhen I checked the water reservoir, I noticed that the water has turned into ice hence no water comes out from the waterI called their customer service twice and I was told that there will no longer be any remedy and needs a complete replacement I requested to speak to their manager but its already been a week and [redacted] has not returned my callThis is a complete poor customer service Though it is out of the years warranty,I requested for any gift card/discount card because it is a completely a manufacture defect/problemRead their reviews and you will see that other custome
I regularly purchased five-gallon jugs of Primo water from the *** located at Brooklawn St, Knoxville, TN If you are not familiar, the price of water is seven dollars with a seven dollar bottle deposit on your first purchaseSubsequent purchases are reduced to just the water cost when a plastic jug is returnedYour vendor - Primo - has a water display and return cage in the cashier areaWhen you insert an empty jug, a coupon for the deposit fee is ejectedThis coupon can only be used toward the purchase of another jug of water
This system is the issue since it assumes that the customer will remain in a perpetual water jug purchase/return loop

Extensive Damage due to a leaking Primo water bottle 4gal of water leaked on and under my recently refinished oak floor, warping the oak boards and damaging the under flooring It has been almost a year since the damage occurred to my flooringAfter four months of very little response to my calls and Emails, and having an agent of Primo conning me out of the defective five gallon bottle and refusing to let me have a copy of their testing, a mgrfurther pushed out the resolution by telling me to have my insurance company call themI have tried to contact them more then times to get this resolved from Augto December.Primo has made no effort to correct the extensive damage to my oak flooring caused by their defective BottleAlso this company was using old stressed bottles which is also a health hazard
On or about Jun my wife and I purchased three gallon bottles of PRIMO water from the *** store at *** *** Highway 50, O'Fallon, IL *** We opened the first bottle and found black "string-like" substances and other opaque substances floating in the water We notified the store manager then contacted the ** *** County Public Health Environmental Health department They indicated they attempted to obtain an explanation from PRIMO Water but were not able to get a return phone call from the company
I tried on four occasions to obtain a response or an explanation of the photos we sent to both the County and in a separate email to PRIMO WATER As of this date I have not heard anything from PRIMO Water Our concern is if there was anything harmful in the gallon bottle(s) that would require any preventive action The county was again contacted on July and informed about the current status and asked to reach out to PRIMO Water for a response We were
Purchased water from primo, had to pay additional dollars for bottlethrew using primo and have bottles, tried to turn in for refund, was told no refund....called primo, explained that if I mail coupons in at my own expense, they will pay me dollars apiece for bottlesThey said I had purchased the bottle, no where in display does it say your purchasing bottleClearly marked on side of bottle....property of primo waterWhy would I want bottle after I have no other use for itThe rep at primo was very rude, I believe it should be marked your buying bottle, and no refund on bottleIf I had know this I wouldn't of purchased Primo water, I have used several other companies in the past without refund problems....Wish I could sell bottles for five dollars and buy back a one dollar
Primo Water is not a deposit program (nor does the retailer show on their reciept or take a deposit from the consumer)The signage explains much of the steps to enter the Exchange portion of our business.
1)Purchase your or gallon bottle of water
2), Enjoy clean,
wonderful tasting water3)Bring back your bottle (in the recycle bin) receive a ticket for a discount on your next bottle
We will certainly honor the bottle return through our website at $per bottle, up to 10. This is a very rare occurrence that the consumer does not understand the program
Primo Water Corporation owns and manages 35,multi-gallon water vending machines across the countryIn Florida, almost every Publix location has a machinePrimo is price gouging based on locationWhile it is understood that general blanket pricing will occur over certain geographies, they are overcharging customers at my nearest locationThe general price to vend 5-gallons in Melbourne, FL is $In Orlando, $Yet at the closet location to my residence, it's $
While Primo will state that they "aggressively manage our costs so we are able to keep pricing as low as possible", the truth of the matter is that they are charging more because at two locations simply because the communities are of greater affluencePrimo claims that, "all pricing is managed at the local level based on competitive pressures and operational items (things like distance from point of service, cost of labor, etc…)."
I researched the seven closest locations to my residence within a 5-mile
I have sent this complaint over to our Claims department and will work to find a resolution. We will contact the consumer directly for additional information. I believe this occurred back in October of so it maytake a few days to gather the details. We will do everything we
can to resolve the issue but need additional information from Claims and the consumer. Thank you,Primo Water
We will be happy to replace the unit. Within days, you can also return the unit to the store which it was purchased.

Primo Water is not a deposit program. We are an Exchange program. You purchase your first bottle of water and exchange it for a discount on your next purchase. This information is on the signage at the stores and also on our website. No deposit was ever collected.
Thanks for writing and I hope this helps to understand our program.Primo Water
