I submitted a request to cancel my order less than 24 hours after placing it and asked for a full refund of my payment as the order had not shipped.
pThis company, Prime My Body, and it's "nano-enhanced hemp oil" was promoted to me via Facebook messenger by an affiliate of the company on July 31st and then repeatedly via Facebook messenger, text and phone through Friday, September 8th when I finally agreed to sign up as an affiliate and purchase a promo-pack of the oil. After talking to several people and researching the company online I became worried that it is a scam and decided to cancel my membership and order less that 24 hours later (the next morning) and requested a full refund by submitting a "ticket" through the company's online "solution" board since there is no phone number to call. 3 days later I received an email response from the company stating that the order had been sent to the fulfillment center for processing and that it was too late to cancel and that I could return the order once I received it. I replied that I had issued a stop payment with my bank as the payment had not yet posted to my account and that I would be filing complaints with the Revdex.com and the Federal Trade Commission. The day after I issued a stop payment, it went through anyway and my bank filed a claim to get my full payment back. 3 days after I sent this email, I received a response from the company stating that my order had been cancelled and that they would refund me 90% of the total amount charged for the product and that the $39 enrollment fee is nonrefundable. The order has not shipped yet the company is seeking to keep over $100 of my payment. I have since looked up the company's refund policy and found that it states that the company will refund at least 90% of RETURNED orders. Since this order NEVER SHIPPED I believe that I am entitled to a 100% refund. I believe that Prime My Body should not keep any of my money for an order I asked to cancel within 24 hours before the product shipped is UNETHICAL!!! I appreciate any help the Revdex.com can offer me in resolving this issue and helping me get a full refund for product and services not received!
A FULL REFUND of my order and enrollment fee since I requested cancellation within 24 hours of placing it.
Our refund policy very clearly states that all refunds / cancellations are subject to a 10% fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or refund or the time frame in which it was cancelled.
If *** has indeed initiated a chargeback with her credit card company, then they have already refunded her for her purchase so by her asking us for a refund that would be considered a double refund.
We will refund *** if she submits documentation notifying us that she has cancelled her chargeback with the company. If not, we will dispute her chargeback with her credit card company.
How is it that a company cannot have a valid phone number? The phone number listed on Revdex.com is bogus. I have yet to find any way too contact this company directly.
I never received my order and the company refuses to give me a full refund. I waited 2 months for the order.
I placed my order on June 9th and didn't receive an email from the company that my order had shipped until July 29th. I patiently waited for my order to arrive and then when I went to track it I found that it had been delivered back to the company. I never received notification that the order was at the post office or that a signature was required. I requested a refund and was told that a refund would be calculated at 90% of the total minus shipping and such. I responded that this is not acceptable to me and that I want a full refund. I have not received a response and have opened a dispute with my credit card company.
I want a full refund of the complete charge.
Prime My Body: I went to an affiliate recruitment meeting. It's a rally designed to mislead people. There's a valuable review about some shady facts they are pitching about the size of the Hemp CBD market and their business "opportunity", which talks about how they're misleading affiliates by combining market data for marijuana and hemp. Primemybody provided me return information then told me they will not refund me once I sent it back.
I place my order on March 31, 17. It finally shipped after 2+weeks. I purchased this product to help my daughter with an illness that causes a lot of nausea. I was told this was a good company to buy from. I was also told the taste is "citrus like". We both tried it and it was like gasoline burning in our mouth! I explained this to the company and they provided me a return authorization. I paid the shipping to return it and they responded by saying they would not refund me because it was opened. I was very clear when I explained why I was returning it and I was clear we tried it. They basically said, "Have a nice day".
I am seeking a Full refund
Our refund policy very clearly states the following.
(3) The product being returned must be in its original packaging, in a marketable condition, unopened, unaltered (no stickers or labels) and resalable.
The product *** returned to us was clearly used and not eligible for a refund.
Our refund policy is posted on our website, it is part of our Policies and Procedures and all Affiliates agree to abide by our Policies and Procedures upon enrolling with us.
