*** has NEVER contacted us in regards to a refund or a problem. We have had ZERO communication from her. We cannot fix a problem that we are not aware of. We do have a customer refund policy. She should have contacted us, but she choose not. Instead she filed a bogus complaint with the Revdex.com. We do have safety standards in place. All of our products are manufactured in the quality manufacturing facilities under strict GMP guidelines. False advertising in regards to what. What did we advertise that she considers false? We absolutely stand behind our products.

My experience with Prime My Body was not good. I would not recommend them. They do not stand behind their products and trying to get through to a live person for customer support has been impossible. After having a severe reaction to one of their products, I was told via email that I could not return it because it had been opened. Given that it cost $150, I decided to return the hemp oil unopened and received a 90% discount. Today I received my refund, but instead of receiving $144.00, they only refunded me $67.73.
I'd encourage people to look elsewhere before doing business with Prime My Body.

I love this company, their products have changed my life and thousands of people I know, the leader ship is very high integrity, incredibly respected in the Hemp and network marketing industry, I have met the families of all the leaders in our company, really incredible people, amazing training, very lucrative comp plan, I can't recommend this company highly enough it's absolutely been the greatest blessing that's ever come my way.

I was not made aware before purchase that the products are non-refundable unless they are not opened.
I was not warned that the products are non-refundable when opened. I was absolutely shocked at the price but felt under obligation to at least give them a try since this was an event held at someone's home who is quite a nice person, and she raves how these products have changed her life.
Unfortunately for me, the CALM keeps me awake at night. I tried different doses. Also, their miracle skin serum NOX turned me face bright red -and it stayed that way for days at a time. I tried it 3 times over the course of 3 weeks and had to give up.

When I contacted the sales rep she said they wouldn't give me a refund. WHAT????

the only saving grace is that the sales rep had given me some to take with me so I was able to send the products back completely un-opened. But here's the thing: I won't receive a full refund even though I am sending unopened products back. This is what they take: Eligible products will be subject to compliance with the 70 Percent Rule (see Policies and Procedures for
details). The return will be calculated at 90% of the original net cost to the Affiliate less shipping and handling along
with any commissions, rebates and bonuses paid to the associated Affiliate. All returns, refunds and cancellations are
subject to a 10% Merchant Fee. Any eligible refund will be refunded by Company Check.

I also want my $39 yearly membership fee back! This company is a total scam -thus the inability to actually reach anyone who works at the company, in addition to lack of listing on Google or Facebook -all so that people can't leave honest reviews because they know their products are overpriced and they don't accept refunds!

I want all of my money back! $347.57 is the complete amount I spent with this company.

Our refund policy very clearly states that the enrollment fee is non-refundable and that only unopened product may be returned for a refund or return. Tiffany's refund was processed per our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy and Policies and Procedures are posted on the front of our site. In addition our Policies and Procedures are posted in her back office, which she can review at any time. Upon enrollment Tiffany agrees to abide by our Policies and Procedures. An Affiliate cannot proceed without agreeing to the Policies and Procedures. Tiffany agreed and was allowed to continue with her purchase. She could also have printed a copy for her records or review from herr back office.
If Tiffany had read the Refund Policy she would very clearly have read that opened products are non-refundable. She was under no obligation to purchase the products, especially if she thought they were too expensive, that was a decision she made.
We have live Customer Support and the phone number is posted on the website. I am not sure why she states she is not able to reach anyone at the company.
It is incorrect to state that we do not accept returns, we do accept returns. Our refunds are subject to a 10% merchant processing fee, which again is very clearly stated in our policies and procedures.

I don't know how Customer Care used to be, but it's great now. Whenever I open a ticket with Support, they answer my question accurately and sufficiently. They are clear and quick. I've been an Affiliate with PrimeMyBody for about a year and love it. I help people feel better with these products. Dogs, cats, and horses too benefit from PrimeMyBody products.

Sadly, this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a seller and a user of Prime My Body hemp extract. I love their product. Due to a banking error by someone at Citibank, I have been trying to get my account in good standing with Prime My Body for over one month. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times only to be lied to and told they would call me back and never received a call. Warning to anyone considering working with Prime My Body, they have a great product but no customer service to support their customers. In my experience, this is a company you should stay away from. Very frustrating and disappointing!!!!

Their Recept product is an outstanding hemp oil! I have had pain due to what I assume is connected to my Rheumatoid arthritis and Recept plus diet change has completely gotten rid of the pain. 100%. It also relieves my back pain regularly. I have had zero problems so far with orders or needing customer service so far.

Placed two orders online for two bottles in each shipment. Both shipments were only shipped with 1 bottle each. Emailed them.

Paid for 4 bottles, only received 2 bottles. Sent complaints. Provided a resolution ticket number. And nothing else.

PMB is a great company. I have known the people for 10 yrs. PMB is a 4 year old company and selling Hemp oil for over 2.5 yrs. Customer support sends an emails out within 24 hours and keeps following up til the issue is resolved. I have had a few questions always resloved.
We have NEVER had telephone support, it wastes too much time because of chit chat and not related to business, most questions can be seen in the FAQ. The CEO Paul Rogers has been in the space for 20 yrs. We were just on NASDAQ dinner. We will have cyber token to pay affiliates faster .

This company is legit! The formulator is Dr. Christopher Shade who was an organic farmer and owner of Quick Silver Scientific...he knows his stuff! They have batch analysis on every bottle and you can find information on all products...details, and the delivery system on their webpage. I have looked at other companies and there is very little information on the webpage. They also have a Chief Medical Doctor, Dr, Ruan, who runs the 2nd largest integrative medicine clinic in the U.S. The company looks very transparent to me.

I am a new affiliate of Prime My Body. There was an error on an order so I called customer service (which they tout as "not a department...an attitude") The first two calls I was hung up on when I said that I was not able to get on my computer at that time. No questions were responded to responsibly. On the third call I asked for a supervisor and reported my previous experiences. When I could not understand the person on the phone I asked for a supervisor who spoke English. The response was something yelled I did not understand and then "did you understand that, ***!" and then he hung up on me. I have found that this company has no phone numbers available to the public and no avenue for handling problems that are caused in "customer service" . If there were minus-stars for a rating I would give them a -5 to start.

Prime My Body, is a SUBURB company with the HIGHEST GRADE PRODUCTS IN THE COUNTRY! These people are genuine people who care about their products AND AFFILIATES. People who have a complaint are 'whiners' who do NOT have a clue! If you research, PMB has a highly respected chemist, WORLD RENOWNED, and 'the best CEO and staff. Also, PMB has the highest grade product on the market that NO OTHER can touch! Please read and study before Ieaving negative comments.

initiated a chargeback with her credit card company and the credit card company refunded her in full. She is not owed a refund for her product purchase.

It is a violation of our Policies and Procedures and any Affiliate that initiates a chargeback is subject to termination. ***'s account was terminated and so consequently, she is locked out of her account.

Since ***'s account has been terminated she is no longer considered an Affiliate and has forfeited all of her commissions, which was only $57.00. *** is not owed $200 in commissions.

G. Chargebacks or Erroneous Charges:
Any PrimeMyBody Independent Affiliate that charges back to PrimeMyBody any credit card purchase, may be suspended or terminated. Please notify Affiliate Support of any erroneous charges on your credit card statement, before notifying your credit card company. All credit card disputes must be presented to PrimeMyBody Affiliate Support within 60 days of the transaction date. Thank you.

The refund referred to was for an incorrect double charge to my credit card due to an error in their system and products not delivered

I have photocopies of commission legally earn through enrolling other affiliates who received and used their products while having an active account with the company and need to be paid

My termination is an unjust way the company is using to avoid paying commissions to terminate me to silence my complaint - I have copies of all cheques received 3 days before they were due to expire to validate the amount requested- when I asked for reissue of cheques and sent other communications it has been ignored or deleted to cover their tracks

This company needs to be held accountable for their abuse of power to terminate my membership due to their error

I have screen shots of help desk tickets and proof of all emails and recorded conversation where the CEO knew about the incorrect double charge in April 2017 Paul *** personally recommended I contact bank to resolve this issue due to the company not wanting to deal with it, referring to it as the merchants problem

I am happy to send a copy of all files to prove my case if required - I am just one of many people left in this situation - I request an audit of my account prior to the company deleting my account - the truth will be uncovered

Please have *** send *** copies of her credit card statements and we will research her so called double charges. This is the first that we have heard of a double charge.Most of the time when someone says they were charged twice, they have forgotten that they used their card to pay for someone else's purchase.

We mailed ***'s commission checks to the address she had on file. We cannot be held responsible for who ever received her checks and the delay in getting those checks sent to her. She can mail the original checks back to us (PrimeMyBody *** XXXXX) and we will reissue them with a $35.00 per check re-issuing fee. We will ONLY re-mail her check to a US Address. Please have *** provide us with a US address.

Per our Policies and Procedures: F. Returned Checks/Re-issued Checks
Any permitted checks returned by an affiliate's bank for insufficient funds will be re-submitted for payment. A $35.00 returned check fee will be charged to the account of the Affiliate. Any outstanding balance owed to PrimeMyBody by an affiliate for NSF checks and returned check fees will be withheld from subsequent bonus and commission checks.
Any check that has been issued to an Affiliate for commissions generated that has not been received and has to be re-issued will be charged a fee of $35.00 per check. Any outstanding balance owed to PrimeMyBody by an Affiliate for re-issued check(s) will be withheld from subsequent bonus and commission checks.

We have had to refund all Affiliates in ***'s downline. When we refund them we pull back the commissions and reward points that were originally paid out.

Per our Policies and Procedures:
G. Resignation Returns
An affiliate who terminates his or her business relationship with PrimeMyBody has the right to return for repurchase currently marketable, unopened and not used inventory, in possession of the Affiliate and purchased by the Affiliate for resale. You may only return product inventory that you personally purchased from PrimeMyBody for resale. The Affiliate may return unused, resalable inventory purchased within the previous 90 days, based on the Seventy Percent (70%) Resale Rule guidelines. The refund shall be in the amount of no less than ninety percent (90%) of the Affiliate's original net cost less, shipping / handling costs, appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any. In addition, for purposes of this section, products shall not be considered "currently marketable" if returned for repurchase after the product's commercially reasonable usable or shelf life period has passed; nor shall products be considered "currently marketable" if the Company clearly discloses to the Affiliates prior to purchase that the products are seasonal, discontinued, or special promotional products and are not subject to the repurchase obligation.
PrimeMyBody will consider any request for refund as the resignation of the Independent Affiliate and their position with PrimeMyBody.
Promotional materials, marketing materials, sales aids and kits can only be returned for a resignation refund if purchased within the previous forty-five (45) days. All PrimeMyBody Independent Affiliates need to follow the following guidelines to receive a refund from PrimeMyBody.
(1) Notify Affiliate Support by sending an email to *** requesting a resignation refund for products purchased within the previous 90 days. No exceptions. A copy of the original sales receipt will be required with the return shipment. Please state the reason for your resignation.
(2) Notify Affiliate support what products are being returned and include an order number and date. The RMA number must be written on the exterior of each carton returned. RMAs are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue.
(3) The product being returned must be in its original packaging, in a marketable condition, unopened, unaltered (no stickers or labels) and resalable.
(4) Return the product and the completed and signed RMA form to PrimeMyBody at the address found on the RMA form. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned. PrimeMyBody will not refund any product that is delivered damaged or not in a marketable condition. All returns must be shipped to the address found on the RMA form. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Independent Affiliate returning the product. PrimeMyBody will refuse any return shipments sent shipping collect or COD. It is recommended that you chose a shipping method that allows tracking and delivery confirmation. PrimeMyBody is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. It is the responsibility of the Independent Affiliate to trace, insure or otherwise confirm that PrimeMyBody has received the shipment. PrimeMyBody will not accept any returns without a RMA number on the exterior of the package.
(5) All procedures and requirements listed here and on the RMA form need to be followed in order to receive a resignation refund. Refunds will be issued by Company check. If original order was placed using cash, refunds will be issued by Company check, please allow thirty (30) days for processing of all refunds, credit cards or cash.
(6) Refunds issued do not include shipping and handling costs. Refunds are based on the purchase price of the product.
(7) PrimeMyBody will recoup any commissions or other compensation paid when the product that generated that compensation is returned. In order to do so, we will deduct the outstanding amount prior to paying you any further commissions. If your commission check is insufficient to allow us to recover the compensation through a deduction, PrimeMyBody will deduct the compensation amount from the refund amount owed to you.
(8) Any product returned to PrimeMyBody that does not meet these requirements will not be refunded. PrimeMyBody will hold said product for thirty (30) days before disposing of. It is the responsibility of the Independent Affiliate to make arrangements for the return of said product. PrimeMyBody will not pay any return shipping charges, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the Affiliate.
(9) Upon receipt of unused, resalable items, PrimeMyBody will reimburse you ninety percent (90%) of the net cost of the last purchase price or as otherwise required by law.
(10) If the order was placed and processed through the merchant account and NOT shipped, then PrimeMyBody will cancel the order per customers request. The refund shall be in the amount of no less than ninety percent (90%) of the Customer's cost and appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any.
(11) The enrollment fee of $39 is non-refundable.

I request a FULL audit of my account and all my help desk tickets to be reviewed by an independent party

PMB have ignored my help desk tickets and incorrectly cancelled my membership to avoid responsibility.

I paid the money out to my downline Adele Boughey due to the zero response to help desk tickets submitted and financial hardship so she signed her 2 cheques over to me -

The $35 per cheque for 5 cheques , plus my bank will charge to cash each seperate cheque is unnecessary expense and further loss for me

I wish for the full amount owing to be issued as one cheque to reduce further loss - A large corporation like PMB should take some duty of care to their members for miscommunication and unnecessary delays

The amount requested is nothing to them to it will be simple to issue one cheque for the full amount as a good will gesture to close this matter

Please promptly send the cheque to *** - ***C XXXXX contact number XXXXXXXXXX - he leave for Australia in 2 weeks

Greg is leaving the states on 22 Feb 2018 and he can bring the reissued cheques with him - I have been without payment for over 12 month and believe I should be paid in full and promptly to finalise this matter so Greg can bring my cheques with him

Purchase made and then canceled within 24 hours. No product received on my end. No refund issued.
I purchased the product from a Naturopathic doctor on 10/10/17 who was unable to run my credit card while at dinner. Instead, she took it over the phone when she arrived home. She created an online profile for me and did not go through it in detail so I did not know exactly what I had signed up for. I decided to cancel my order within 24 hours on the morning of 10/11/17 and was told to file a ticket online. I did and did not hear from the company until 11/24/17 stating they sent the product to my PO Box and it was a confirmed delivery. They also stated that I had checked off their boxes when ordering, to agree to their 90% refund policy, and their Mexico bank merchant. I had done neither because their affiliate had signed me up and neglected to inform me of their policies. I immediately filed a complaint with my bank and my bank has not received a response from this company. The company stated that they'd refund me ONLY if I return their product. However, I do not have their product. They have not called me and do not answer or return voicemails left on their "customer service" line. I believe this is a scam company and they are involved in fraudulent practices including sales and advertising. I also believe they *** have difficulty with retaining a US bank merchant because after some research, it *** be illegal for them to ship their product over state lines.

Immediate refund for the amount of $311.50 and removal of my information from their database.

Not sure why she is asking for a refund, when she has already received one. She was notified of her refund and she was sent a refund receipt.

Not only did we refund her, but the product had been delivered to her and it was never returned to us.

Very unethical for her to say she had not received a refund when indeed she had prior to making her compliant.

According to the USPS tracking this order was delivered on October 7th. *** received an email with her tracking number so that she could track her own package and know when to expect delivery. In addition, USPS offers a free service to everyone to track any and all packages being delivered to you. This free service tells you where your package is at every step of the delivery, when it should arrive, when it is on the truck for delivery and when to expect this package.

We do not file claims with the USPS for packages that show delivered.

Product was returned to merchant exactly as specified by refund department, but no refund issued and merchant has not responded to email or voicemail.
I purchased a hemp oil product from Prime My Body on 8/31/17, order ***, but needed to return it for various reasons. Customer care at Prime My Body emailed me specific instructions to return product and receive my refund, I was given RMA# *** by a nameless customer service rep. I complied exactly as specified and product was returned by USPS on 9/12/17 in perfect sealed condition. I have followed up with no less than four emails and phonecalls after returned product was delivered, but have received no further responses or communication from Prime My Body, and no refund.

I ordered product, never received it and they will not give me a refund.
I went to a meeting on Sept. 17th to purchase Hemp Oil from Prime My Body to relieve chronic pain. I had to pay $125.00 to Erin S *** to include an affiliate membership to get the product at wholesale pricing. Later that day, I ordered a promotional package to include 12 bottles for the price of $1190.00. When the receipt came, it stated the price was $1353.39 to include another affiliate charge plus shipping and taxes. Which were never on the originally stated prices. When I tried to contact the business (10 times), I only received an automated email response. When I called Erin @ ***, she said to fill out a support ticket and they will be in touch. I filled out 10 support tickets because there is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact this company. She directed me to Liz Love for help (***) @ ***-*** who is her manager. I called Liz and she said the company is very busy and to submit a support ticket. Here is the bottom line. They took my credit card number, charged me and now there is no product. I cannot get a refund because no one answers my support tickers and there is no live customer support team available to talk with. On my account order transaction, it says that the product has never been shipped, so it should be easy to cancel this order and refund my money...but no one will respond to me.

Cindy's order was delivered to her on 9/25 please see attached tracking. Not only was this delivered but it was signed for by a L. G someone in her household.

No refund is due to her since she has taken possession of this order.

The transaction between her and Erin S is between them, that did not process through our system. And it does not appear as if Erin "overcharged" her or made her pay for the enrollment fee. A single bottle of oil costs $119 for an Affiliate (has to pay the enrollment fee) or $149.00 for a retail customer. The amounts I am quoting do NOT include shipping and handling or sales tax.

When Cindy made her purchase she knew she was enrolling as an Affiliate and would be charged the enrollment fee, it is part of the enrollment process. If she did not want to become an Affiliate then she could have chosen to not be an Affiliate and just buy the oil, but she would have had to pay a higher price for each bottle of oil. I do not think she paid attention to the information on the screen when she enrolled.

The company finally mailed me the product...But never responded to any of my attempts to straighten this out until you got involved. I will never do business with them again. Thank you very much for your help.
