Customer has never been here since purchase and vehicle passed inspection. We can't fix something we aren't aware of. The Engine light is not on. Customer has appointment this Wednesday with our service department.
I think this customer has us confused with another Prestige. What was the last 6 numbers of the VIN? All three stores and can't find this customer.
