The customer agreed that the deal was subject to us having the [redacted] dealer inspect vehicle, which the customer already had done and tried to trade in the vehicle needing an engine, since then the deal was cancelled and vehicle was returned
Manny has agreed to buff the scratches on the car. That is all he is offering at this time and we did nothing wrong 23 complaints and we have served over 15,000 customers.
[redacted] explained that we were going to check out the vehicle and you agreed, I now this to be true because I was standing 10 feet away and ensured that it was clear, this is a blatant attempt by you to commit fraud as the rep from the dealer told us that you had your vehicle there and were given the same information as we received , that you needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $12000.

Per the laws of MA, they are not in compliance of the U.C.C implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. That fact that they are stating they comply with the laws of the state is out right laughable. When I bought the car, the car had the issue, prestige kept trying to push me out of my warranty, the same issue still stands to this day, it is immaterial the date. The timeline begins the day the issue(s) arose. I informed the manager that the line was recorded and that my bank was on the phone, if Revdex.com would like to hear the abusive recording please let me know. Where the gm states we can do this the " nice way, or he can do what he wants and there is nothing I can do about it" .

Just by viewing the complaint and her email address , [redacted], tells a lot . Customer complains that her experience was the worst ever and then brings her daughter to the same salesman weeks later, that in itself show her lack of integrity. Our advertising is that we guarantee...
credit or the car is free, that would be for her daughter to dispute since she clearly states we didn't provide credit to her daughter, which is also untrue She was approved but needed to cover her taxes and fees, instead she opted for a cosigner , so should wouldn't need a money up front. The $450 down payment she refers to was agreed to be paid in 30 days, which they never did so we cashed the check, as we discussed with her in the office, we have cameras in the offices to record these transactions. This entire complaint is based on the fact that she is trying to avoid paying the $450, which the only reason she was given it back by the owner is because she begged and pleaded for help. If anything we should be the one going after her for the $450 down payment Thanks [redacted]
We at Prestige will always follow the Massachusetts State laws however the customer waited 8 months to contact us, possibly further damaging the original issue.
The item were removed from the car by the salesman and when I called they said they have them in the office. They have my address and my phone number and they should have somithing better than putting them in trash. I need my item. I think they sold my item and thats why you responded and never did an investigation. You should be held accountable cause it was not in the car , but it was locked by one of you in the office. This customer came in on our internet special price and was shown the disclaimer, willfully signed all documents and negotiated the deal. They were given $2000 for their trade and the salesman said their vehicle would be paid off from the loan proceeds. The customer however thought that meant...
we were giving them $2000 and $835 for their payoff. We also gave them $1000 more on the trade in allowance, the actual cash value of said trade was only $1000. The customers interest rate is soley based on their credit score, and they knew that when they sign the contract. Prestige did nothing wrong on this deal.
