I found this company from a Facebook post last month. I was struggling to pay my $670/month in student loans so I gave them a call. Of course I was very cautious because I was afraid of getting ripped off, but my advisor patiently answered all of my questions. I went through premier student loan center and they helped me get into a forgiveness program at much a lower rate than I had previously. I worked directly with Nathan. I just spoke to Josh an hour ago. He was very rude and didn't want to explain how the company works. He was very pushy like a sales person and he scolded me for filing bankruptcy. He never told me he was looking up my credit report or that he was changing my password on my student aid website. So this company has been reported to the fraud division at the Federal Student loan agency. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Josh ignored me and ask me over and over again if I want to do the program with him or not. I have never spoke to someone with that much disrespect in my life. Then he hung up on me. When I called back he answered the phone I asked to speak to someone else and he told me to reapply in 12 months. This company just lost a customer because Josh didn't have decent customer service and he didn't want me to get help from someone else. I don't trust him and he has my information. I messaged the student loan forgiveness site and they said they would let someone know of my experience. When I asked them for more information on who I can speak with they didn't respond. So I think Josh is on the message board or they have really rude employees.

I had great service and help from the agent Nathan. It was a quickly and easy process to get me enrolled in the forgiveness program. I'm very grateful.
