I'm a bit confused here - The items that are being asked do not exist. The substance and nature of my complaint are unwanted phone calls from Premier Student Loan Center

I was well please with the service that was provided for me through Nathan Ca rep at Premier Student Loan CenterI am so grateful through word of month that I was introduced to Nathan at PSLC Thank God for people like him and Morgan P Most of my Loan has been forgiven and remaining at a monthly payment I can afford

Up until this point I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer I received from Premier Student Loan CenterI would recommend that you try themNathan was very helpful

Talked with a super cool dude, ChristianHe was very informative and helpfulHe got me signed up without a hitch!

The staff is quite professional which is simply a net to trap you inYou are dealt with in a calm and concise mannerMost if not all of your questions and concerns will be answered in a direct wayYou are told you can save money through loan forgiveness on your college loans and only need to make easy payments for plus 20$ / month for months (saving yousay 10,000$ on your loans, etc.)This almost seems surreal but they seem professional enough that you might just buy itWhat you don't realize is that these guys are making money based off of commission and just want your $Your loans will not change; they are simply a consolidation company, they will not make your loans magically somehow go from a month to 20$ a monthPlease do not fall for this absolute fraud/scamThank you

I would not recommend this companyThey sale you a dream and totally mislead youI was told that some of my loans would be forgiving, FalseI was told that they would lower my payment, falseThey tell you to pay them and they are not paying your debtThey are taking this money as processing fees, for something that you can do for free and not telling youI called to discuss this mater and I had the not so pleasure to speak to Albert KTotally rude and did not understand that I was misled to were my money was actually goingHe told there was nothing he could doI requested that they review the recording of my initial call but this did not happenHe noted that he would look into my situation, I even followed up with an emailNo ResponseThey take your money and runThe worst part about it, your new loan carrier is not aware of anything going on, but they are looking for payments from youOn top of this, they purposely filed an inaccurate application with the federal department of educationMy income was incorrect, household members… total dishonestyI know that people are doing this but not communicating with the new loan carrierBut one of the first things they tell you when you start the application process …Is to forward any information with the new loan carrier to Premier because you will mess things upThis is very shady and I wish I would of not called this companyI will continue to write review and share this information with others until I get a response from this company and my issues are resolved

I was introduced to the SLF program by Nathan C over the phoneIt was a very professional transaction and he was knowledgeable about getting me started and set upNow I only have two payments left before I start my dollars a month, awesome sauce!

I contacted Premier student loan center last week and I was a little hesitate at firstBut after talking to *** *** and he was very professional and informative of all the questions I had I decided to move forwardI am very happy I didI was able to get approved for $payment with a lot forgiveness and get my self caught up on my loansI would recommend any one who is looking for help to contact this companyI will be referring family, friend and co-workers

This client called in to get some help with her student loansWe began the application but before we could enroll her she decided to cancel our servicesWe deleted all of her personal information and cancelled her application as requestedShe called in and emailed with her concerns and it does

I recently decided to pay Premier Student Loan Center $(BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE)! If you google student loan forgiveness, various loan centers offer loan consolidation for FREE!!!!! When I brought this to the attention the company the customer service representatives were VERY RUDE! Zach H was very unprofessional and I have the screenshots of the email he sent me once I told him how I thought this company was a scam for falsifying my information on the student loan application by raising my dependents to FOUR! Not only did they lie about how much my loan payment would be, my monthly payments would go directly to them each month rather than to Great LakesPlease do not believe any of their lies to sway you into giving them your card information and socialPlease learn from me, I have reported them to my bank as well as the Police Department! Albert k offered me $to not post this review and offered others $in gift cards and some even moreI will NOT take my review down for a $gift cardThis company is shady, don't give one person something and then not do the rest for the othersPeople work hard for their money and then this company comes along & scams you out of it! The previous reviews on here that are positive are ridiculous and all lies

Aaron helped me put multiple student loans to get me back on the right trackHe was very helpfulNow I am able to pay my student loan on time every month
