When I first came to Premier Solutions Servicing for help this past January, I was a confused mess! My loans had spiraled out of control and they seem to just be growing and growing every time I looked up my balance I simply could not afford the $payment they were requiring from me I spoke with my student loan adviser,*** and she was very patient in explaining my options to me I was a little skeptical at first because you made it so painless to actually get this taken care of I received my first bill for my new federal program and it is now $per month which is a lot more manageable I am so excited!!! Such a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
Jackie helped me with both mine and my wife's student loans under the forgiveness programsMoney has been tight, so getting payments adjusted to our current income is very helpfulWe understand that our payments will go up as our income does which will hopefully be soonUntil then, I haven't really seen much of the details that are being managed, so I assume they're doing a good job?? I know our current payments are lower than beforeIt's the start of my second year and since income is better, our payment increasedThis was annoying but expected, and fairI'd love to simply have the loans forgiven, but understand that's not how it worksIf you think so, than it's my opinion you're part of the problem
We'll probably end up paying them off completely because our income will go up, but if we don't after a certain time, we're doneIf we get to that point, I'll be curious if extra fees will be added on in the processHonestly, for the services provided, I think that'd be acceptable as long as they're reasonableI don't know why anyone wouldn't do this if there having a hard time making ends meet
