I hired Premier Quality Home Improvements & Repairs to do some repairs to my mother's house in Smyrna, TN. The repairs were expertly done, and my mother is thrilled with the results. Many thanks to [redacted] and his assistant! The office staff was not as competent, but we finally got to the point where we could arrange for the work to be done.

I was more than pleased with Premier Quality. The company was prompt regarding my needs and their pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely
use them again with any improvements my home may need in the future.

He did what he said he was going to do and His employees were very clean and conscientious about the job they were doing. It was only a small job, under $1000. but because of his business ethics and quality of work, he'll be the first I call. Premier Quality Home Improvements, [redacted] Smyrna, TN 37167, performed work on my house earlier this month. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of customer service and workmanship that we received from their company. I received their name from your Revdex.com.org website and chose their company along with two others. Premier Quality was the only company who responded and they responded immediately. I advised them that the work we needed done was urgent so that we would be able to have our homeowner's insurance renewed by the middle of this month. The owner assured me that he could get it done before the deadline and he did just that! The workmanship was superb and the meetings that we had with the owner were very professional and we will keep this company in our phone contacts for any other home improvement that may become necessary. Of course, we highly recommend Premier Quality Home Improvements for any small or large job and rate them as A+++! They were a blessing to us!

I had a cigarette post catch fire on my front porch. It damaged both my vinyl siding and the trim. I had reservations about contacting a contractor because of all the scams out there these days, so I put it off until my insurance insisted I get it repaired. Out of the contractors I contacted, one didn't show up for the appointment, another one never returned my call, and two gave me outrageous quotes, one almost twice my insurance estimate which was fair. Luis with Premier responded to me promptly, made an appointment and kept it, was courteous and professional, and provided me a quote that was actually a little less than my insurance estimate. On first speaking with him, I felt he was honest and sincere. Upon hiring his company, he provided me with a signed quote and information packet. He kept me updated by text and email at every step. Within a week and a half the repairs were finished. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations because he had managed to perfectly match my siding and trim even though it was 20 years old. They left the repair area clean and organized. My bill was the amount he had quoted me to the penny. I give this company an A++ rating and I won't hesitate to use them again. In fact I'll be contacting him next for some roof repairs around my chimney. Thanks to Luis I have fewer reservations about contractors going forward and have already recommended him to others.
