Louie and his staff are amazing! I had a contractor to remove carpet from my kitchen and hallway He bid the job and kept putting me off all the while knowing we wanted the job done before the 4th of July because we had company coming for the holiday He bid the job the end of May and would not give me an install date After missing two appointments on the 19th and 20th of June he refused to do the job I called Premier on Monday the 22nd Louie came over that evening and looked at the job On Wednesday I had the quote and his crew showed up on Friday morning to start the tear out and install His crew was professional and knew exacting what they were doing They were on time finished the install and hauled away the old carpet My floor looks awesome and my party went off without a hitch I cannot praise Louie and his team enough! I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project and will definitely use them again God Bless them!

After reviewing several contractors, I chose Premier in November, They came out within a reasonable amount of time and completed as promised However, when my son, upstairs, turned on the heat, he noticed an order "Carbon Monoxide" Thank goodness he is a fireman and knew the smell It is terrible to think of the the possible outcome, if he had not realized the smell The vent belonging to the HVAC system, upstairs, was broken off I called my HVAC company who said they have seen this before when a roof was replaced I immediately contacted Premier and told them of my concern and I was upset that this had happened and what the results could have been! They asked me a couple of questionsI sent pictures where it was off and then sent the bill from the HVAC repair I have not heard back from themI feel, at least they should pay for the repair and be thankful the outcome was not what it could have been I also talked with another contractor who said this can happen and they always checked before they completed the job to be sure it was not disturbed when replacing a roof

*** and the guys preformed a varied project for me including house addition, hand built real rock fire place, kitchen tiling and concrete and gutter work all of which I am very satified to date
Small job as well they have been right out to assist me They had suggestion but allowed me to complete my project as I desired
Give them a call they are couteous and have genuine desire to please

Louis was great to work with and went above and beyond for my family and I for several mischome repairs prior to the selling of our first home Work was done so well the home sold in days and the inspection found no issues to resolve at all as part of the sale Would recommend and will use again

I/my Husband was very pleased with their workmanship. We couldn't even tell the contractors had been in our home. They prepped everywhere...just to make sure they made no mess. We met with Mr. [redacted] for a proposal for some work we needed completed here at the [redacted] He was a consummate professional. The proposal he prepared for us was extensive, outlining all work to be completed, with a list of materials to be used. His crew arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, and the work was exemplary. Hired Premier to fix drywall celing repair from a previous incorrectly done fix that began cracking and discoloring. Priemier was ON TIME and the owner was very much involved. He didn't just explain what needed to be done but why. Would most definitiely recommend them and will be using them again.

Premier Quality Home Improvements did a concrete extension & built a stone woodburning fireplace on our back patio. They built the fireplace from the ground up & did exactly what we asked them to do. Louis was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them.

We were very well pleased with the work which included installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, hanging front and back doors and storm doors, steps and railing, commodes, mirrors, vanities, windows, and ceramic tile. Premier was the only contractor willing to remove hot water heater and install ceramic tile and then reinstall hot water heater. Other contractors only wanted to put ceramic tile up to the hot water heater. All products removed from house were hauled away.

We experienced water damage to our kitchen ceiling due to the recent ice storm. I called Premier Quality Home Improvements to come by and give us an estimate. We were impressed with their representative and the estimate for repairs. The job was awarded to them. They arrived on the appointment time and made the repairs in less then 1/2 day. The workmanship was excellent and so were the repair men. I will contact Premier for any future home repairs or improvements. Would rate this company as a 5 Star concern.

Louie and his crew are very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen and adding on my sunroom. I plan to continue to use them for jobs that come up for me!

Awesome company. I recently found a leak in my ceiling and happened upon this company when I googled top roofing companies in Nashville. I watched their online ad and decided to try them. The contractor [redacted] was very professional and nice. He explained what he saw during the inspection and said I would need a new roof. After my insurance company came and inspected they agreed I had enough damage and needed a new roof. Mr. [redacted] walked me through what would happen during the repairs to the roof and ceiling. He suggested a different color and pattern of shingle for my home (that would cost extra) as well as putting in extra vents and their function. He emailed me in a timely manner the price of the upgraded shingles and vents. What I found most important and impressive was that he made it clear it was my decision. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I took his advice and love the results. Very impressed with roofing job, clean up and drywall repair. Plan to use them again in the future for other repairs.
