On 8/23/2017 *** promised Precision would refund me $300 for a faulty water heater. Never recievced it, when I call or text I only hear they are checking on it

Your employee, Robert *., of Precision Plumbing was absolutely outstanding in his assistance, friendliness, and coordination of activities involved in a Category 3 water blockage to my house. From the time he entered my house, and for the next 30 minutes or so, he was an outstanding calming influence on me.

The technician informed me about the probable cause of my pliumbing problem and what he would do to fix it . The blockage was successfully removed and the sink and bath tub were left spotless. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I am a repeat customer and the reason for the high rating is because I always get a professional work from this company, although their pricing is really on the high end.
The thing that puzzled me from todays experience is when I provided a coupon after he gave me the qoute, the technician told me that its either the "dispatch fee" or the coupon. Never heard that before. Isn't the "dispatch fee" deducted from my bill? That really made me wonder whether this was a tactic he was making up to maximize their profit. Thats probably why they dont give you a quote over the phone because it depends whether you have a coupon or not. The price might vary to offset the coupon (?).
The quality of work is no question and they always do a good job, but I dont think I would recommend them to friends/family mainly because they are over priced.
And because of todays "coupon" incident I will now think twice before hiring them again.
