He was very professional. He explained what was wrong and the options I had. I never felt pressured. I would recommend Precision Plumbers.

My contractor called Precision because I had a problem with my drain underground. They came out and from what they told me it was very extensive work, the estimate was $3100 and the said they would try to have it done by the end of the day. 2 1/2 hours later they were done, basically had to remove a drum trap and put in a boot and 2 1/2 to 3 feet of pipe, and it was still $3100. After talking to other contractors they told me I'd been ripped off. Basically I paid $ 1245.71 an hour for 2 people to do this job, Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Precision called me back promptly, told me what how long it would take for a plumber to arrive, and Paul arrived as expected. which is very nice. Paul inspected the problem and explained what had to be done and cost. Plumbing issue was fixed. and I was a happy camper. I will call Precision again.

It was a successful appt. fixing what had to be fixed. And then very helpful in making the decision to call for a replacement part for the bathroom faucet, which is less expensive to repair than a
new one. If the plumber said you need a whole new faucet I would of said okay. Very professional very positive and very helpful.

For the greater part their plumbers and H&AC specialist and their apprentices are reliable, persistent, and skilled at what they do. Everyone is not perfect, but if you are not happy with Precision, they are willing to work with you to gain your satisfaction and return business; you just need to call. In the 3 or 4 years that I have used them I had one complaint and was given immediate satisfaction. They are five star in my book!
