I awoke one Sunday to find the house freezing. The heater had stopped running during the night, and I needed to have it fixed that day as temperatures were expected to continue to drop. I called Precision, and Lisa made arrangements to have someone there in the morning and kept me up to date regarding an estimated time of arrival. When Jeff arrived, he was professional and explained to me what was happening with the heater, providing me a quote prior to doing any finishing work. Jeff solved the problem, taking the appropriate amount of time to go over the details with me. He also provided some minor extra services including mentioning which filters to use on my old style furnace and doing some extra cleaning of the unit. All in all I am very satisfied with both Lisa and Jeff's work and professionalism.

I received my summer cheservice and the technician that was sent to my home was JeffThe service was performed in a very professional manner with everything that was happening explained to me in very clear termsJeff not only told me what he was doing but how my system was working and what if anything needed to be doneJeff was courteous and answered all of my questions with facts that I could understandWhen it was determined that we needed some work done with the outside unit Jeff took pictures and explained what I was looking at and his recommendations and why they would be a benefit to usWe agreed to have the work done in order to get the optimal performance of our unitJeff did a great job with a very friendly attitude! Our water heater needed replacementDan [redacted] came out to the house, arrived at the scheduled time, gave us a compete estimate and finished the work in a professional wayWe are very pleased with the work he did and would hire him and his company again for any plumbing work

I had my hot water tank go out on a Saturday afternoon about 3pm After about phone calls to various plumbers, my wife called Precision Plumbing Services, Inc My wife gave them the hot water tank information and was told they would have a plumber out within the hour The plumber, Jeff showed up within the hour, assessed the situation and explained our options and the one recommended(replacing the tank) We agreed with his recommendation and Jeff called a coworker and had him go to the shop to get the new tank In the meantime, Jeff prepared the old tank for removal It seemed like a monumental job, but Jeff and his coworker removed the old tank and placed the new tank in a manor as not to damage any surroundings His coworker then loaded the old tank onto his truck and hauled it away Jeff the completed the installation of the new tank in a timely fashion and we had hot water by 8:PM I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing Services, Incto anyone in need of a plumber

Manny did a very thorough job in the tune-up and cleaning of the furnace, explaining along the way the purpose of the steps he undertook. He told me what are the parts that need to be paid most attention to, and what could go wrong with them over time, as well as the ways to prevent that (when possible) or detect signs of performance deterioration. The only thing I would recommend for the company in the future is to skip the 'sales' pitch in the end of the call, it is really unnecessary, unless something comes up during the tuneup process that makes it a necessity.
