On behalf of my elderly widow next door neighbor, I called precision plumbing to fix a leaking shower head Ed met me at the neighbors house and I showed him the problemThere was a language barrier, so I described to Ed what my neighbor needed repaired About an hour later Ed knocked on my door and said, "thank you, She wants things repaired in her home." Ed did not give me any other details A while later, Ed drove off and returnedHe was at the neighbors home for over hours, into the night The next day I went over to ask how the repair wentI was shocked to see that Precision Plumbing had charged this elderly widow with no income, $for repairs that any other legitimate plumbing company would charge $300-$$for Simple faucet and toilet flapper replacement., normally $for parts and labor for perhaps hours of workRIDICULOUS! UNFAIR! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SITUATION WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON, AND A LANGUAGE ISSUE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ALLEVIATED WITH A NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR---WHO INITIATED THE CALL!!! this woman needs to be refunded at least half of the $she was charged...IMMEDIATELY!!! I have made three calls to the plumbing company, and the customer has been included I have spoken to Robbie, Chris, and Brianna, and no resolution has been made in three day!!! WE NEED ACTION NOW!!! Not another sales pitch

Dan Mis a technician who had been to my home previously Although he was not working on Sat Feb27th he still called me at home to find out what my problems were, offered some advice & possible solutions, and lastly assured me that he would make sure that a competent tech came to my home when he was not able to Who does that on their day of! I was surprised, and touched by his concern and caring

My situation involves layers of issues to rectify the problem of water leaking from an upstairs shower down into the kitchen ceiling I needed a knowledgeable plumber which over the years, yes years, I have dealt with continued leakage Don't get me wrong, I have had other plumbers, contractors, and handymen out to evaluate my problem without resolution! But, I sure of spent unnecessary money until Ethan came to my home and gave me a very thorough assessment of all the issues involved He gave me detailed explanations of the problems that were obvious to him and told me of the potential issues that could not be 100% determined until further exploration into the walls of the shower He showed me on-line photos of products and the rationale for their use He also told me the other "Trades" that needed to be involved with this project such as water/ mold detection company and a company to retile the shower which may uncover other issues He took photo's of all the issues he found on day # I would without a doubt recommend this company to others The cost, well I have spent plenty of money already and have not gotten anywhere, I hope their prices are justified in the end

Kyle from Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling was courteous and diagonsed the issues with my furnace quickly He gave several options to resolve the issues It was a positive experience

Had a sewage ejector pump fail and was slammed on time and $ but Precsion had it fixed in hrs and for a reasonable priceTheir products are priced high but If you talk to them and ask plenty of questions they will work with you to achieve a satisfactory result as was in our caseI would recommend this company to anyone, understanding that every plumbing situation is and will be different...I want to give credit to Brent who did the work, he worked in a very professional manner, thumbs up!!!

We hired Precision Plumbing to come out and fix a busted hot water heater I made the phone call and they had someone out to my house within hours on a Friday afternoon No small feat these days The Plumbing technician's name was Paul D He was outstanding I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing requirements after this He was efficient, courteous, informative and I didn't feel like I was getting gouged by someone

I am very satisfied with the excellent job done by Jeff M Upon assessing the water leak in my furnace he told me that the drain line is clogged and explain to me what he will do to clear the problemHe even go through an extra mile in cleaning the drain system and offered good informations on preventative maintenance to avoid this problem to occur in the near futureAfter the work is done he cleaned up the furnace and the floor very good I would recommend Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling to my relatives, friends, and neighbors who needs professional, knowledgeable,and reliable services

I have had Precision Plumbing Services as my a/c and furnace provider for several years I signfor their No Worry program which gives me annual check-ups and for which I pay in small monthly payments all year instead of a large lump sum payment twice a year They call me to remind me when it is time for the checkup of my a/c each spring and my furnace each fall I feel confident in the ability of technician I have had to keep me informed of current corrections that need to be made as well as warning me of possible upcoming repair needs

Today I had Billy [redacted] from Precision Plumbing Services to my home My sump pump was making a loud noise when it went off and actually vibrated my 1st floor, wooden floor He found that I did need a new sump pump because it didn't work everytime it was suppose to I had the line flushed also to clear out any debris Bill was extremely nice and friendly and explained in layman's terms, exactly what was my problem He was very approachable and I would have him back again if I needed any work done Good job Bill

hours of hard labor, But over for a days work? for one man?? THIS IS WHY PLIMBERS HAVE A BAD RAPI don't think this plumber makes a week, let alone for day95% labor, 5% materialsThe work was done to expectations, good service manbut way TOO EXPENSIVE

Cleaned the part that was causing the problem instead of trying to sell me a new part

Called this company to come out and look at blocked drain in a rental unit we own The Tech was personable and knowledgeable (Bob J)I will not bore anyone with too many details but he spent the time needed to get the job done and a very fair priceWe will use this company again as well as recommend them to friends Thank you for a job well done

The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and knew his AC units like the back of his hand Unfortunately I was under the impression a "Tune Up" meant they were actually going to clean the unit and then advise me on any issues found The flyer I received in the mail specifically said Tune Up of your AC Unit for a certain price before a certain date The company did charge this price, but that was not my issue It was assumed by me that there would be a cleaning of the unit then the extra charges would come out of issues found In my case over $ When I called the company to ask if a cleaning was to be done they said "they will dust if they see dust but nothing more than that." So I basically paid for a hour estimate I just want to warn anyone to make sure you are actually getting a service prior to booking an appointment with this company Like I said, very knowledgeable staff and they were right on time but the ad was deceiving

We have used Precision Plumbing previously and they continue to meet our expectations and provide great service Rick Hwas our technician this time around and was able to quickly determine we need to have our sewer rodded because the water level was at the top Before doing the rodding, Rick explained what he was going to do and followed up with a camera inspection when the job was completed so that we could see that the tree roots that were causing the blockage had been removed Rick also did a great job with the clewhen he was done

When Jeff M arrived (end of the day), he was still courteous and cheerfulHe answered any questions that I had politelyHe checked my air conditioner and gave me an update on its running condition Jeff M was supposed to arrive some time in the morning, but was running late Twice someone from Precision Plumbing called and let me know when he would get hereGreat communication between Jeff and the administrative staff I appreciated that very much
