We do let our employees do side work as long as they don't use our parts or our company things for it. We can not control what employees do on their own personal time. You are not a Precision Plumbing Solutions customer. We apologize that happened. But it out of our control what someone does on their personal time. If you would have scheduled through our company yes we do have a warranty and would have corrected any issues. We can not be liable for what an employee does on his personal time. However, we did recover parts that were purchased on our card for any side jobs. That is our right as a company. We would suggest you contact [redacted] and try to get some type of restitution. We did offer an extensive discount to replace the hose bibs through our company and you were not happy with that either. We have tried to help you out with your situation even though we are not obligated to and there is nothing else we can do.

On 8/1/2016: Tech went out to unclog backed up kitchen sink at [redacted] on 8/16/2016 tech cabled kitchen sink 40'...

removing all clogs from that drain. Kitchen sink was then draining properly. Tech coached tenant not to abuse drain with grease and food. Tenant was satisfied and happy with no back ups.Tech was dispatched out to [redacted] on 8/26/2016 for a clogged main drain (totally different issue). Not the kitchen stack. After doing some investigating outside to see if the main drain was clogged beyond the house the tech lcoated a 4" cleanout in the rock garden 6" below the gournd surface. Sure enough the main drain was full of rocks. A whole different issue. Tech then spoke to the land lord on the new issue giving diagnosis and prices. Landlord was not liking the cost of the repair and refused the tech to cable main drain and any other work. Giving the discovery of the rocks in the edrain this sewer needs to be pump ed out or even possibly replaced. It's unfortunate they refused to all us to help them or for them to pay for the work that needed done. This issue would have been resolved along time ago.

We had great service from a plumber named Josh. He was effective, workmanlike, personable, expressed a nice positive attitude throughout the time he worked, and did a very high quality job, went the "extra mile" to make sure the job was done well and thoroughly! A very good experience. Would call on him again to do future work. Thank you.

I am rejecting...

this response because: your response simply isn't factual.  Do you have a recording of the conversation?  The plumber told me that due to the cold weather, you were fielding 225-275 calls per day, or approximately 1,000 calls a week when the weather was so cold.  Are you claiming that you remember the conversation; 1 out of 1,000?  You took 1,000 calls.  I made one call.  My description of the call is accurate.Further, I did acknowledge that the cost would be $175, but at no time did you qualify me to see if I had an emergency, which I didn't, and offer a Monday appointment.  It wasn't until the plumber was here and told me there was nothing he could do that the Monday appointment was scheduled; and later cancelled due to your failure to address my concerns.  It's unfortunate that while most businesses give credence to the voice of their customers, your business practices dictate that the customer is lying.  My request was fair, a return of the difference between an emergency visit and a normally scheduled visit.  A difference of $107.  However, you continue to claim that I am lying.
Sincerely,

To begin, we started the job on 3/7/2016 and finished on 3/18/2016. We never said the job would take 4 days to do the job. It typically takes us about  1 1/2 - 2 weeks to complete this kind of job. I, Jesse Ray, sat down with [redacted] on the 14th and explained if she needed us to work around her...

schedule or anything like that we would and she said she just wanted it done. We bid this job originally on 9/25/2014 so it wasn't like they were waiting on us to finish the job because we were holding them up. I explained that the concrete was harder than normal but the dirt was even harder so it was going to take alot longer.I didn't say (like alot of other contractors do) that it was alot harder so we are going to need more money. We had 89 hours total on this job because we had 3 guys there multiple days trying to get it done faster.  It's odd [redacted] said I refused to fix the issues when on of their main issues what that the original concrete that we broke out was wavy, even though I explained that if they were going to tile typically tile guys float the concrete on a basement but I said I would be happy to rent  a concrete sander and sand the concrete at no extra charge. Which I had a guy do for 8 hours but not at all surprising [redacted] was still not happy.  The next issue she has was the dust and concrete splatter got on some things which I understand even even though we tried and covered some things we let them know concrete dust could get everywhere and if they had anything of value to move it so they move it 4 foot away from the walls where we were working on. We we assumed they were not worried about the dust but when I spoke to her husband I explained I would pay for a cleaning person to clean their whole basement but he wanted me to credit him $150.00, which I took it off of the bill. The next problem is water, there is a basement full and I mean full of stuff and the basement leaks water and when we used the concrete sander and got a little on a couple of things. But we didn't flood the basement. Last I saw theres a pool pump in the basement with water still running across the basement. I also explained to Jim ([redacted]'s Husband)  that I would be willing to credit some money back for things that were wet, even though their basement leaked.  We did rough in a bathroom underground which I personally checked the measurements before and after the concrete and were perfect. As fas as us quitting I never quit. [redacted] just decided even though I was doing everything possible and I was diligently working with her husband to fix everything they were not even though it cost me more money. We all wanted to quit, it wasn't a good atmosphere we were so uncomfortable from being yelled and cussed at about coming in and out of the door to get stuff. So we set a ladder up and just used a window in the basement to come in and out of. She even mentioned once where we were lucky no on was shot because she has her ccw. So I guess you have both sides here now. I'm still willing to work this out if it is reasonable. About the Marines, she never mentioned that to us because typically we would also give a military discount. Most of my family, my father who started this business were in the military and we have even lost some family in the Marines. The original bid was $5,140.00 and the only this we did not finish was the4 battery back up sump  pump which they told us not to do it so we billed $4,640.00The original bathroom bid which included breaking concrete roughing in a bathroom and doing all the waterlines and drain the only thing we didn't do was run PEX waterlines and stub the sink drain over the customer was going to do all the rest we bid it for $2,750.00 we billed $1,150.00 which was super fair because all that is left is waterlines and one drain.

That day when we sent the plumber out we said on the phone that we have emergency service available that evening. That it would be $175.00. Our next available would be on the following Monday which was four days away from then. We stated it was emergency service.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The response from the company is not honest and not based on the facts.  1, We had the service from them on Aug. 4th, 2016 not Aug 16th as the response claimed (the credit card payment shown the date), and they do not know what they are talking about; 2, After we called them about the same problem came back in the middle of the Aug. 2016 and the Tech [redacted] stopped by (not Aug. 26, 2016 as response claimed)  and said we need to run the camera through the sewer system which we refused .  3, We had another sewer company came on Aug. 26, 2016 and the tech solved the same problem without run camera through the sewer system (credit card payment as a evidence).  we will send you all supporting documents if required.  Thus, we paid for the service which did not solved the problem and again the company tried to get us unnecessary service and charge more.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We definitely did not take that many calls in one day. I spoke with you personally and do remember our conversation because I also spoke with you the following day. We offer emergency service and if you do not want emergency service you can definitely let us know. Emergency service for any company is a higher rate. I apologize that you upset about our service fee. But we tell every customer what the emergency fee is up front.

When we cable a sewer and it immediately we would not recommend a camer unless we see a problem. When there are rocks visable in someone's sewer (as we saw in yours) it has to be camerad to find out what the problem is and how to fix it. This problem will not end until the rocks are removed or broken pipe is fixed which we will not know how to fix without a camera. So now that another company has came out more than likely it will back up again until the rock or break is addressed. We are sorry you don't under stand but your will after this keeps happening. Also we were going to cable for free and only charge for cabling. That is fair.

First, [redacted] did work for our company but was terminated. [redacted] called the day he was terminated and let us know that [redacted] was a friend of hers and she contacted him directly to do a side job for her back in July and was having issues with the work that he did. We stated that he no longer...

works for us and the call was not ran through the company so we have no part in it. Employees can use the company van to do side work but they are required to ask the office. This was not done at all. He Used our company card to purchase parts for this job on 7/18/2017 to go and do 2 side jobs that we knew nothing about. The parts he purchased for these jobs were $167.00 so we deducted the parts and mileage out of his check and [redacted] had no complaint upon his release because he knew he was in the wrong. It is not the companies fault he id a side job for almost the cost of the parts which apparently he charged $200.0 for the job that he possibly did wrong or the hoses were left on which caused them to freeze and break. We did give [redacted] a bid with our exact prices we charge which is $279.00 per hose faucet and even gave a discount of 25% which we didn't have to do but wanted to try to help her out.  We take care of all of our customers and she was not our customer. She wrote the check directly to [redacted] personally so he was paid for this work he performed. We have been more than helpful to [redacted] and can not do more than what we have already offered and honestly we don't not want to ever work with her. She doesn't even have an invoice from us because we didn't do the work. We wish her the best of luck trying to get a refund from [redacted]. Attached is the deductions from the check, the invoice where he  made an UN-authorized purchase of her hose faucets on the company credit card, the estimate for the hose faucets, and our standard book pricing.
