Their telephone associate and Nate who did the installation and repair at my home were both pleasant and very professional. I received an appointment immediately and Nate arrived on time, patiently checked my garage door and its mechanism and offered a solution to the problem. He completed all the work during his initial service call.

I called Precision in Myrtle Beach after a serious issue with my garage door and a technician was at my home within 30 minutes.. Matthew arrived and was a very professional and courteous and friendly young man..He explained everything that was needed and how we would proceed with the sales of a new door. Placed a call for service and within an hour had a service person Matt . Gave an estimate for repair but I needed to move some shelving and set an appointment to return 2 days later . Called on the way arrived on schedule and did great work . I highly recommend if in need of a garage door repair.
