was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to our house (was at our house within 30 min. from my chat online). He found the problem right away. He installed a new door motor, springs, sensors and an outside keypad. The new motor and springs (I only had one and my door was not balanced, now I have two) made it almost silent when using. I hated that I had to have the repair but I am very satisfied with the result. No more rattle or jumping. I also like that the door slows down just before fully open and closed. *** called before he came as previously agreed upon. He did the inspection and advised as to the condition of some of the parts that were so worn and why when the door opened and closed was so noisy.
