Since I never received the service I paid for I filed a complaint with the bank, directly with the company Precise Leads, and with the Revdex.com. When Precise Leads had said they agreed with my complaint and it was resolved I...
thought they had agreed to crediting my account but now they are requesting that money back from the bank even though I never received what I paid for.

First, the amount due is $375.00 in cash not product.Second, Precise Medicare Advantage Leads delivered in the past were shown to lack proper quality control.Third, because of the past experience with a defective product I ask that Precise Leads provide a signedaddendum assuring any future product meet five basic quality control standards used by companies in the sameindustry. Or, provide a cash refund of the $375.00 due. Precise leads has failed to deliver either.

resolve. My complaint has not be resolved. The only appropriate response is to return at least $572 that was stolen from my credit card account. I got not As we see online, this company has done the same thing to others and should be put out of business. Just because Revdex.com gets money from them to be a member is no reason for Revdex.com to circle the wagon for them and lean toward their side.

Precise Leads stated that they have tried to contact me in regards to the complaint, but I have no missed calls or messages from them on my cell phone, nor was there any message left on my work voicemail or messages left with my 2 secretaries that are always here during normal business hours M-F. I do not believe that Precise Leads has may any effort to contact me on this manner or they would have at minimum left a message with one of my secretaries that they have been trying to get a hold me and need a call back.Thank You!Brent P[redacted]Mutual of Omaha[redacted]
