One of the most unethical businesses I've delt with. Signed a contract with them, however they did not nor could they hold up thier end of the contract. I tried to cancel, but they told me I could not get a refund but rather had to buy leads at a higher price than what we originally agreed too. Since cancelling, I have not received one lead. I've called, emailed and left VM repeatedly but no one has the decency of calling me back. Now, thier website has been taken down off the internet and no one picks up thier customer service line. Run from them, they steal money and do not deliver.

representative from Precise Leads named Tom B***, explained to him that I had ordered leads on Oct*, for the Medicare Supplement open enrollment period from Oct**, until December *, 2015, as of todays date Dec**, I have received no leads from this companyAs I told MrB***, the open enrollment period has now passed and I have received no leads and they need to credit my credit card the $for leads I purchased and never receivedSince this has been going on now for over two months, it seems quite clear to me Precise Leads has no intention of resolving this mater or they would have done so by nowI would certainly not recommend doing business with these folks since the take your money and give you nothing in return!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, They did contact me but would not give us our money back. I agreed to finish out the service with leads,
only because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and just want to get it over with. I would never do business with the company and would suggest that others beware. We still had leads that they refused to accept and give us credit for. They are not easy to deal with and I am not happy about their response and resolution but it is not worth my time to fight with them over less than $100. They clearly don't care if their customers are happy or not.
