This is an excellent business, in a crowded field. There installation crew was very professional, talented, eager to please and explained everything that they were doing. Their Home Solar package had more then I expected: a hot water thermal blanket, blown in insulation, thermal barrier for attack stairs, a state of the art smart thermostat and LED bulbs.
My installation was a ground array with 22 panels. We requested that it be about 200+ feet from our home. They completed the installation looks good, not detracting from our house. There was 300 feet of trenching that was accomplished expertly. The installation was done during rainy conditions and there is some mud. They are coming back to pack the trenching areas next week at no charge. We are very impressed with Power Home Solar and If you interested in solar electric I highly recommend this company. We are now awaiting the county inspection and Duke power meter install.

My wife and I recently had solar panels installed on our home in eastern NC. From the beginning of the process all the way through the installation Power Home Solar has been great to work with. The sales rep who came out to initially meet us has been extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the process. When I had a couple of concerns regarding the proposed panel layout the design team quickly addressed those concerns and revised the design. The installation team was quick, efficient, and very professional. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend using this company if you are considering going solar.

I had a great experience with the company as a whole. The crew who did the install were very professional and personable. The representative was very knowledgeable and kind. All the people we dealt with were very respectful and helpful to our needs. That's hard to find.

Everything has gone very smoothly just as we were told. Had a little glitch when it came to communication issues between the electrical contractor and the inspection team. It was an issue of "he said he said", this issue has now been resolved. Just waiting for Duke Power to do the final step so we can enjoy using our Solar system.

Great experience from beginning to end. No problems contacting someone if I had a question. Issues were handled quickly. Install was started and completed on schedule The installers were friendly and efficient. I would recommend Power Home Solar to anyone interested in solar panels.
