Set up an appointment. They sent an email confirmation. I took the day off work for the meeting. They never showed up or called. I called & spoe to a representative. She told me she would look into it and call me back within a few minutes. 45 minutes later, I called back & spoke with another representative. After another 15 minutes, she came back to tell me the salesperson was in training & was not goingto make it! Wanted to make another appointment. NO THANK YOU! I’ll find another solar company with better customer service!

I noticed on the original contract that the equipment agreed upon was not what the salesman and I agreed upon. I contacted them and a different salesman called and said there was a mistake on the price for the agreed upon equipment. They sent a new contract and raised the price 7,500 dollars more. The company installers then came and installed the wrong equipment. For the raised price and refuse to correct it.

If I could fill this in with no stars I would. I am paying 140.00 a month for something that still does not work. My system was installed in April. My power bill is no different and I can't get help fixing this. We were promised that Dominion Energy would put a meter on that ran backwards. In a three way conversation with Power Solar, Dominion and my husband, Dominion told them they do not. They were supposed to send us a check for the months the system didn't work of which the sent one check and it is still not working, I feel they have taken us to the bank for 25,000.00.

I have multiple issues and asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times yet no one has contacted me. First of all, I was told the solar panels would be installed in 6-10 weeks. It took over 12. Then I was told my first payment would not be due until after the panels were installed and collecting energy/saving me money on my electric bill. I am currently making payments on the panels and they aren’t even working correctly or collecting energy. Lastly, I was told the payments would be one price and they are actually higher. If someone would have called me back to try and resolve these issues, I wouldn’t be reporting the company. However, no one has even addressed my request to speak with a supervisor.

I ordered solar panels to be installed in January of 2018 they were not installed until May 2018 once they were installed the company never turned them on. So for 4 months I have been paying for solar panels that I thought were on and working but never were and then when I finally figured it out they told me it was my problem that once my panel box was installed I was suppose to call them to finish the installation however that was never told me or my husband who here the day they installed them. They told me they would be in contact to make sure everything was finished. One of the ladies on the phone about a month called asking however thing was going I told her I was not seeing any benefit on my electric bill and she had the nerve to tell me it would take a while to see a difference how would it take a while to see a difference on your electric bill that should be immediately!!! These people are is now they only want to give me 2 months back in premiums on payments when I have made 4 months of payments on something that has never been turned on!!!

Wonderful team of people. From sale to installation everything went smoothly.
