The work crew did a nice job installing seemed knowledgeable on what they were doing. Outside cleanup was very good, inside not so much. They worked in the rain to get me installed great crew. Answered all my questions. The office side was ok. Not real big on communication with us. Emails were sketchy on weather they received them. But once u got ahold of someone they were great professional and helpful.

One star is too much for this company. It has been nothing but excuses through this whole experience. We have been waiting 6 months to get it installed and hooked up. We have been promised by numerous people that we would hear from someone or it will be fixed. We never hear back and most of the time each person we have had to call and talk to didn’t know anything. We heard a lot of I’m sorry which doesn’t mean anything to us. The crew that installed the panels took 2 of our drills, batteries and charger. When we noticed they were gone a week later we called them and their boss said they took them by accident. When they were returned they admitted they had been using them and they were filthy. If we had not noticed we would have never got them back. They installed the panels without an electrical permit stating they did not know they needed one. Yeah right we are not the first in Michigan to get these. We are still waiting for a call from corporate which we were promised would come almost a week ago and still nothing. We were told that if the solar was not installed and going by the time our first payment was due they would pay them until it was working. Again we were told they do not do that but they would cover the first payment but not second even though we cannot use our solar. This company is a big joke and I would not use them at all!
