They also handled all the hoops and hassels, like permits and working with my service provider, to make everything as easy as possible for their customer. The install crew showed on time on the day they were scheduled to be at my house and installed a very professional product. I was delighted to see the extra steps taken to having a safe job site, like wearing hardhats and safety glasses as well as using fall protection while working at heights and zoning/identifying the areas of work. The install crew and salesman as well as customer services communicated to me the steps that they would be handling and what I should expect and how long for each. The sales meeting was low key with no pressure. The rep took all of the time I needed to review all of my questions and concerns. The installers were very friendly and took great care to not damage my home with the install. They reviewed with me all of the mechanics of the install and asked for my approval before mounting or drilling any holes. I would recommend Power Home Solar to any one interested in this great product.
