Had Solar panels installed in January. Had issues with the dc inverter getting overloaded. Power home had somebody come out and replace the 7.6kw inverter with a 10 kw inverter. The only reason I knew this was because the app stopped working. Had to figire out how to get that working again on my own. Inverter continued to shutdown and havrhad many phone calls with many different people. If I dont stay in touch nothing gets resolved. Currenetly Power home is too busy to fix the issue and are trying to sub contract the work. Two days ago the company that was sub contracted out came over and had no odea what they were there for. After I *** to explain everything the resolution was something that was already planned in the beginning but power home cheaped out on and said we didnt need to do. Now they are cheaping out and don't want to pay what was quoted for the job. It almost May now and I am sick and tired of the run around. They have record of all the calls because I was rudely reminded by on of the customer service reps. My system is wasting and dumping energy to ground and as my power bill has decreased my setup is not workimg at its full potential. I asked to be compensated for this but have not yet. My back drive is tore up from all the service trucks that have been through. Sent pictures to them about that also. Please help
