Poshmark approved a nefarious refund request based on color of itemClaiming my photo misleads the buyer of the colorI listed the colors as brown and tan they accepted a refund for the second time based on buyers ignoranceThis does not protect good sellers such as myself who do not mislead buyers and have a great selling record to prove itI lost and expensive pair of frye boots which were returned in mail to wrong address because the app doesn’t verify your return address and shipping address together in a transaction and the items were stolenI didn’t make the sale and I didn’t get back item to resellThey have no customer service So use with extreme cautionNow they take any and all refunds

I bought a pair of Tory Burch shoes from a seller for over $when the shoes arrived they were a size too smallI took pictures holding them up to another pair of the exact same shoes showing the size differenceI put in for a return and Poshmark has done nothingThe seller posted a comment to my return saying that she had previously bought the shoes on the site and they didnt fit her either but Poshmark wouldn't let her return them but instead said she had to resell them on their siteWhy this seller turned around a sold them knowing that they were the wrong size is another issue but the seller admitted that they were the wrong size and still Poshmark is holding on to my moneyThe return policy is horrible! Beware if you buy something on this site its next to impossible to return it and get your money back!

On September 26, Poshmark sent me an email and said they was sending my Louis Vitton bag back to me because the customer who purchased it didn’t like it so it’s been over months now and I have sent over emails asking where is my returned bagI told them over and over again that this is unacceptable and either own up to it and say you lost it and just pay me for it but they keep sending me these generic emails response which is annoying so I told them I’m taking the next step in filing a complaint
