Not being able to talk to someone is frustratingOne item I purchased arrived, the other did not I’ve been back and forth trying to rectify the missing package I finally got them to send tracking number so I could deal with my local post office who ended up being in the wrong We get our mail at central postal areas for our section and evidently the substitute worker did not leave key in my box for parcel box and someone took and returned it to sender Right now it has been at the Cincinnati post office since the 9th I am trying to see if Poshmark can just have the seller resend it It is a Vera Bradley handbag in a discontinued style Very frustrating as it takes so long This was my first experience and probably my last Do better with eBay

Poshmark is doesn’t not take care of their customersI had mentioned to them that the seller had lied on their adTo make matters worse they responded with an automated responseThey have no communication available aside from an email they are “transitioning” or the phone that has a voicemail that has been “filled”

While using this app you are told to follow rules and guidelines, I was suspended permanently with no notice after another user threatened and harassed me endlessly and I have screen shots to probe she threatened to steal from meCustomer service is not available for this app except through email and you are not aware if other users are working for the company when they send threatening msgs that delete themselves within an hour on a system that doesn't allow it's users to delete their msgs or commentsThis is fraudulent

I purchased a baseball jersey via the website that was an obvious fakeI provided the site with information proving that the jersey was fraudulent and that the vendor was actively deceiving potential buyersPoshmark did refund my purchase but has lacked any level of enforcement against the seller who continues to operate on the website (even though he has been kicked off of other sites such as ***)The site either promotes or is ambivalent about fraudulent claims and actives that take place on its site

I purchased a bundle of pants from *** that were listed as free of flawsI received the items and two pairs clearly had stainsI filed a complaint and took pictures and got no response from poshmark seller was very rude and said the listing didn't state no stains! I washed the items to try to remove the stains - they did not come out and then poshmark said because the items had been washed they were not eligible for return! Very pissed about poshmarks lack of instruction, response, and customer service
