Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Job leads from fictional costumers is not only unacceptable but unexpected as the card they have on file expired in 2014, I did initiate signing up in 2014 and soon after stopped using Porch, the credit card they have on file is a card that expired in 2014, so when I signed back up I expected some sort of correspondence for a current credit card #, But much to my surprise I was shocked to find the funds already withdrawn from my account on an expired credit card, I've takin that mater up with my bank and have requested a new card, this mater is being investigated by UBS who holds my account. I expect A full refund of the entire amount of two hundred dollars and the still active account closed.
Sincerely,

We appreciate Mr. [redacted] reaching out to us and the time he spent with his account manager to build his profile. Porch serves up leads through multiple platforms, including phone and email. Mr. [redacted] received a total of 5 email leads from 06/15/2015-07/14/2015, all of them email. As Mr....
[redacted] was not happy with his level of service given he expected only phone leads, per his request we let him out of his 90 day commitment. While we are unable to issue a refund (as 1 month is not a true indication of the performance our service provides), we feel that by releasing him from his 90 day commitment we are able to address his concerns.
We received the pro’s email to unsubscribe yesterday at 9:26 am and have suppressed the profile and unsubscribed his email address from our mailing list. He will not be getting any more lead notifications to the email address [redacted]. If there are other email addresses we...
should unsubscribe, we are happy to accommodate this request. We hope to do future business together.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT email them at all! I called a number, and when they asked for my email, I said I did not give that out and did NOT want on any phone or other lists, and I NEVER gave them my email at all. THEY researched my private phone / address info, looked it up and SIGNED me up themselves.
TAKE responsibility and STOP the lying and fraud here. COmpanies with this type activity need shut down. This is absurd!Sincerely,[redacted]
Thank you for reaching out for help, Mr. [redacted]. Per your request, we have removed your profile from Porch.com. It will no longer be available in any Porch search. This automatically unsubscribes you from emails and notifications. Please allow some time for search engines to update...

Thanks for sending your feedback Mr. [redacted]. First and foremost, we absolutely care about our customers and strive to provide an excellent experience. There isn't a world where we want to take money from customers without providing a service and it is pains me to hear that you feel that way.I...
would love to add some clarity to your experience with us over the last several months. It sounds like you had encountered some leads that would be considered returnable and you don't believe that you've received that appropriate credits. There are and will be times when a lead might be returnable, maybe the phone number was entered in incorrectly, maybe the homeowner stated they wanted their kitchen repainted but really all they needed was the trim painted, etc. We allow contractors to credit themselves back for situations like this and the great news is it looks like you were able to give yourself credit for $496.20 worth of leads since you started in January. This detail can be found in your account dashboard under the heading "Transaction History". There it shows you the history of what you've spent and what credits you've received. This is also detailed in our lead credit guidelines that are published here: http://porch.com/pro/resources/lessons/frequently-asked-questions/Along with a video walkthrough on how to credit yourself here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4O46MNuo9iA_apERxxNzq2k8nET4RpnbI will look into what steps we can take to make this process easier and more clear but I am happy to see that you were able to receive the credits that you requested. I am very interested in working with you further, please contact [email protected] and ask for Matthew so that we can schedule a time to chat. I am looking forward to hearing from you.-Matthew B
