This company states on their app that my account is frozen due to incorrect payment info yet they took funds from my bank account. Funds were not supposed to me taken as account was in a frozen status.
Our customer's loan payments are considered late. We provide a 29 day grace period for everyone to update their payment dates. We understand life happens. Once the grace period is over, the payment will be considered late to the credit bureaus. We notified our customer in the app that their payments are considered late and we've helped them by updating their payment dates. We provided details about the payments and encouraged our customer to reach out if the dates didn't work for them. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back until a payment already got initiated. Per the customer's request, we have revoked ACH authorization and we will no longer transact with their account. They have been given instructions to send in money orders for their remaining payments to avoid further negative impact to their credit score.
This company put money in my account. I never signed up for their app. I'd never heard of them until the bank looked up who they were.
They're a credit repair company. I have no need to repair my credit.
The number the bank gave me to contact them connects to an automatic answering machine that diverts you to their web site. Their web site is only set up to help you if you have an account with them, which I do not.
I finally located their email address. That comes back with a response that directs you to the web site.
Does not seem to be a reputable company or one that can be easily contacted to resolve disputes.

I have had the same issue three times now where this company is having issues collecting their payment for the loan I have taken out which has now reflected nonpayment/missed payment on my credit, which has dropped over 150 points. I had spoke to someone the first time, she stated to me my bank flagged the transaction as fraud, (which never actually happened since I called my bank and confirmed this). So I ask the rep to reschedule my payments and she mentioned my account was all good to go, bank was verified, etc. BUT , I am dealing again with the same issue now making it even worse on my end with the credit situation. I have tried to call and email this company and still haven't heard back. I want this fixed due to the issues not being my fault and told it was all resolved when it appears its not and I'm dealing now with a drop in my credit. At this point I am irritated and disappointed in how my issue hasnt been handled and would appreciate if it can be turned around.
We apologize for the issue our customer experienced. Our team worked to get this issue resolved but it looks like there is still an issue with the customer's bank account. We will follow-up with our customer to get her loan paid off. Once the payments are complete, we will connect with our credit reporting team to make sure their credit report is updated.

Completely screwed my credit score, I made every payment in full and on time, never had any late payments and once I made my final payment on the loan the job my score 75 points and apparently there’s no reason as to which dropped “it just did” so they are no help and they completely destroyed my credit

Your credit score decreasing may be due to a variety of factors. The credit bureaus do not disclose how credit scores are calculated which makes it hard for us to predict how your credit will be impacted using our product.
This company has lied to me it's reporting to the credit bureaus that I'm at default with their payments when I have already made the payments more than 3 months ago and then they tell me I can't reapply for another because in their system they haven't update their information.

We are required to report accurately to the credit bureaus and if we find a mistake with this customer's reporting, we would be happy to amend the report.
I got a small loan and made 3 straight payments. I had changed my banking account and was never able to update my account on the app. I called the company and never get ahold of anybody. Been trying to make the last payment for the last 4 months with no success. Now they are putting negative remarks on the credit history. I mailed payment to their corporate office and still no update. Dont trust this company!!!!

I have been trying to reach this business for over two weeks regarding an issue with my payments not being accepted. They report to the credit bureaus but I cannot get a hold of anyone to resolve this so that they can be paid and not report negatively. I’ve called the number, and they direct me to a web based form, which I’ve filled out with no response back.
I need to get this resolved so my credit stays clear and they get their money.
We apologize for the frustration our customer experienced. it looks like we received an email from our customer on 9/22 and our team responded on 9/23 with specific instructions on how to proceed. We haven't heard back from the customer regarding their account so we will send a follow-up email to make sure they receive the necessary information.
I have tried contacting them via email several times but have not heard back from anyone. Also tried calling only to find out inoperable number. Constantly asking for i.d. thst was sent at least 6 times w/ no response.
We apologize for the delay our customer experienced during the loan application process. We received several emails from the customer on Monday, 9/23 and responded within the same business day. A member from our team reached out to let them know that we cannot accept the submitted ID photos because it didn't meet the requirements we've outlined in the app. The ID must be on a flat surface, all four corners must be visible, and the photo should be clear. We will have someone from our team reach out again via email and phone call to make sure the customer knows we're here to help.
I have been trying to reach possible financial for weeks, also have to submit and email to them. when calling the only number provided which is 206-202-5115 you can not reach a live Representative then asked by automated voice to email the company and will not take calls! This company has my bank account on file. I can not reach anyone to stop a payment that was already made and no one ever returns an email for help . They have also reported to the credit agencies that im late which I have no been and dropped my score over 30 points hurt my credit really bad

I am rejecting this response because you are unable to dispute the reporting to the credit bureaus of late payment history! The representative did confirm that this was the company’s fault not mine but this matter has to be reported to the credit bureau by the company and change the status of my payment history to on time never late!

We cannot file a dispute on our customer's behalf. We recommend our customer to file a dispute with the credit bureaus if they believe there has been erroneous reporting. Once the dispute has been filed, our credit reporting team will have permission to look into the customer's case.
They are reporting to the credit agencies that I'm 60 days late on a loan and matter of fact this loan has been paid off for some time.
We apologize for the negative impact our loan had on our customer. It is never our intention to do more harm than good. We're always available to help our customers reschedule their payments. However, we can only delay payments up to 30 days before it's considered late per credit reporting laws. We have encouraged them to file a dispute with the credit bureaus if they believe there has been erroneous reporting. This will grant our credit reporting team permission to further look into their case.
I have paid this loan months back and now for the last 4 times I have requested a letterhead statement of the loan apid in full. I have called emailed and no response. its frustrating that you have nobody live to speak with
We received this customer's request for an invoice of their paid off loan. A member from our team let them know that we will need to verify the last 4 digits of their SSN before we can release any personal information. We have not received a response from them and we have sent a follow-up email today. We will be able to send an invoice once we confirm their identity.
They can’t seem to send money to the correct account and when you need to reach out to them you only have the option of emailing. I applied for a loan on 7/25 and was approved to have money deposited on the same day within 60 minutes it’s now 7/29 and I still have not received the money this company is taking forever to respond. It is nearly a week and my issue is not resolved and the money has not been sent to me. But on their app it has the audacity to say I owe them money. So I can owe money on a loan I never received the funds .
Our team has been in contact with the customer to resolve this issue and we apologize for the delay in their arrival of money. We're working on being able to support more debit cards soon so we can eliminate these issues.
They take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to your requests. It took nearly a week to hear back from them. They keep saying the issue is resolved when it actually isn’t. There seems to keep being issues with them sending money to my bank. I’ve contacted my bank and they say it’s not being caused on their end. Their phone number goes directly to a voicemail box and you never receive a call back. Their app still shows I owe them payments on the loan. The loan that I’ve never received.

We have rescheduled their payment dates accordingly. Because of the delay with their arrival of money, we will be happy to refund their loan fees. I have a small loan with possible finance and I have scheduled payments to pay off the loan. When setting up my bank account info everything processed and showed as connected to my bank account. When my first payment was scheduled on 7/15/19 it did not process because they said I needed to verify my social security number again. I did this and set up the payment to go through. It still did not because they froze my account saying my bank account now needed to be verified again. I did so and it said everything was in the clear again and at this point it is one day past my scheduled payment. Next day on 7/16 my payment didn’t go through again. Again my bank account needed to be verified. I did it for the third time and again my payment is showing as late. I don’t know what the problem is and why they can’t verify my account to process my payment but they have been sending me texts saying account is now in default. I have sent several emails trying to resolve the issue and I haven’t gotten a response. I responded to the texts stating the issue at hand and no response except saying my payment is late. Then I went on their website for their contact number since there isn’t one in their app and the number is an automated message referring you back to the app for help. I also have screenshots of all my emails and texts where I have been trying to get a hold of someone and zero responses. I am very worried this is going to affect my credit health negatively. I would like to be contacted my the business and a correction to my credit report to resolve this issue.
We have contacted the customer and have resolved the issue directly with her in a timely manner.

I loved this app! I trust it with all the I go I provide them they’ve helped me out a ton, helping my score go up more then 50 points with one loan being payed off! I recommend this loan app to a lot of people I come across that need help! Yes it may ask for a lot of info and sensitive as well but it is all worth it in the end when you get approved and see your credit score go up ????
