Immediately approved, but I paid off my loan a week after getting it. Will this even help my credit if I just pay it off? Or should I do it over time?

Thanks love the app and how easy it is to use!

Possible Finance Response • Mar 13, 2020

We appreciate the kind feedback. That's a great question and we will make sure someone from our team follows up with you for more details.

Took out a loan with possible finance. Changed bank account b number for last two payments. They do not pick up the phone e at all and also have submitted several request for them to contact me with no success. This is affecting my credit score and I would like to pay it off but have no way to reach them.

Possible Finance Response • Mar 10, 2020

We have contacted the customer to help them get their loan paid off.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for several weeks now and no one will return my emails. I took out a loan for $500. It was on an automatic payments and now that the loan is paid off they won’t stop taking money out of my account, what was suppose to be a 4 payments of $135.77 has turned into 7 payment taken out of my account... a company that handles people’s money should have a phone number that THEIR CUSTOMERS can call and actually get issues fixed. So not impressed!!

Possible Finance Response • Mar 13, 2020

We're sorry about the issue you experienced. Someone from our team has reached out and we are waiting to hear back so we can get this taken care of. This is certainly not the ideal customer experience we want to provide and we will work to get the issue resolved.

Customer Response • Mar 19, 2020

No one has tried to contact me and ANOTHER PAYMENT HAS JUST COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! I have gone to my bank and had them shut it down but now I’m out hundreds of dollars...

Beware. Seems good to have access to borrow money with a reasonable bad credit interest rate. Unfortunately, when you have an issue they don't have a working customer service number and only email you back. The emails are somewhat generic; which happens often when you aren't talking directly to someone. I've wanted to pay off my defaulted loan for months now. I get emails telling me to do so in app and the suggestions aren't working.Don't deal with any company that doesn't have a customer service number

Possible Finance Response • Mar 13, 2020

We understand your concerns and appreciate the feedback. We're a small team and we don't have the capacity to offer live phone support but we're exploring other options. Someone from our team is working on your case and we will make sure your issue gets resolved.

I have been trying to pay back my loan. I set up a new bank account in Possible Finances system but they keep charging my old bank account. My loan is now in default because of this system issue that they won't resolve. It's going to negatively effect my credit when I have done everything possible to pay them their money. They don't offer customer service via telephone and you can only contact them via email. They then don't respond to your emails sometimes days or even weeks later.

Possible Finance Response • Mar 05, 2020

We have reached out to our customer about the repayment issue so we can process their final payment and get the loan paid off.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely

I'm having the same problem everyone else is having, I have the money and literally just want to pay my bill and guess what? No way to get ahold of anyone, no contact from them after my three help requests, and my payment keeps getting declined, I keep putting in my account information and it doesn't work, I truly don't know how this scam works as you want your customers to pay, they'd make sooo much less selling the debts to collections l, but geuss who has negative remarks on their credit? Hint: not them

Possible Finance Response • Feb 25, 2020

Someone from our team is working with our customer to resolve the payment issue. They are still within their 29 day grace period to make payments without it being considered late to the credit bureaus.

I have tried several times to apply for a loan with this company. The first time I tried they asked that I give them a different bank account to link my loan to because they needed to see payday deposits. Ok no problem. I went back on their app to link a different bank account, but the app continuously states that I am putting in the wrong email address or password. I am NOT putting in the wrong email address or password. I even verified this by going onto my banks app, logging out and logging back into my account with the same email address and password I'm using on Possible Finances app to link my account. I contacted them twice and the only response I get is a confirmation email stating that they received my request. I then receive an email stating my loan application has expired and I needed to reapply. I tried to reapply today and I'm getting the same error message that I'm using the wrong email address or password when trying to link my account. I sent yet another message to them today and received the confirmation email that they received it, but I'm very frustrated at this point. All companies should have a phone number they can call and speak to an actual representative. There's absolutely no reason a consumer should only be able to contact a company, especially a loan company, by email or a contact us form on their website.

Possible Finance Response • Feb 25, 2020

Someone from our team has been in contact with the customer about the bank linking issue. We will notify our engineering team to see what we can do to help get the customer's bank account connected.

I applied and was approved for a loan a week ago and opted for the instant debit card deposit option. A few hours later, after noticing that the funds were not deposited, I opened the app back up to find that I received a message on the app saying that they were unable to process the deposit and to follow the email instructions so that they could retry ASAP. There was never an email with instructions sent to me. I have reached out to the company over 4 times with no email response. I have called the only number provided only to be answered by a machine telling me that they are not accepting calls. Possible finance has scheduled payments to be withdrawn from my account to pay back the loan that never received and the customer service team seems to be ignoring all requests to fix the issue.

Possible Finance Response • Feb 25, 2020

We apologize for the negative experience our customer had. Someone from our team has been in contact with the customer to provide details on why we weren't able to send the money to the debit card on file. We have resent the money via direct deposit and it has arrived in our customer's account.

I'm trying to pay the loan balance but possible finance is making it possible to make a payment.

Possible Finance Response • Feb 18, 2020

Someone from our team is currently in contact with our customer to help resolve this issue. We will keep working with the customer via email to make sure his loan gets paid off.

2/12/2020 I applied for my 4th loan I was accepted I signed everything I needed to sign . I waited hrs for the funds until I went on app and seen big red messages saying UH OH MONEY WAS UNABLE TO SEND TO CHECK EMAIL FOR INSTIONS ! But I never received an email. It’s no number to called I’ve sent out plenty emails and got no response! If I don’t receive money ASAP I will be filing a fraud claim

Possible Finance Response • Feb 14, 2020

We apologize for the confusion the messaging in the app caused. Someone from our team responded to the customer and we were able to resend the money. Our customer has confirmed that the money was received.

I was approved for a loan that I desperately needed. Entered All the correct Info but my funds still haven't arrived. I've Sent 4 different email with the same response and no help. I don't need the loan to be cancelled. I need the loan to be sent to my account.

Possible Finance Response • Feb 11, 2020

We apologize for the delay. Our payment partner routinely reviews transactions for security measures and the review took longer than normal this week. Our team has reached out to the customer and the money has arrived in their account.

I have gotten two loans from possible finance in the past without any problems I recently reapplied for a loan and was approved. I never received the money now they are saying that they are having problems linking to my bank account and that my first payment (for a loan I never received) is due on Monday! There is no one you can contact you can NEVER speak to a person or call them so I dont know how to get out of this loan. Please do not use this app find another place or you will be stuck like I am ??

Possible Finance Response • Feb 25, 2020

We understand our customer's frustration. We're a small team and we don't offer live phone support but our customers have the option to request a phone call. A team member has been in contact with the customer to help resolve the issue.

I have a loan through them. I need to change my financial institution on file and am unable to do so through the app (only way to do so). I have reached out to them THREE times via email (only way through app to reach customer service) asking for assistance but nobody will respond to my requests for help. Meanwhile I am getting negative marks on my credit and I am MORE THAN WILLING and ABLE to make a payment if someone would just reply to me with assistance!

Possible Finance Response • Jan 27, 2020

We apologize for the delay in our response time. Someone from our team has reached out to this customer and we will work with them to get their issue resolved. We will also make sure to amend their credit report.

Customer Response • Jan 31, 2020

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from someone telling me what to do so I went online to do it and it did not work I reached out to them again letting them know that and I continue to hear nothing. They refused to have a phone conversation with me and I’ve gotten one email response to about 10 emails initiated from me. I continue to be unable to pay them back which I am perfectly capable of doing except for the fact that their app won’t allow me to link a bank so that I can make the payment. So now my loan is increasing in the amount I owe them and my credit is being affected and it is simply because a human won’t talk to me and take care of this and theyve only Replied one time when I have reached out to them excessively

Sincerely

Possible Finance Response • Feb 03, 2020

Someone from our team has reached out to resolve this issue. We will wait to hear back from the customer about next steps and we will do what we can to make it right. We will also be happy to schedule a phone call this week.

On Monday, January 6, 2020 I downloaded the App Possible Finance. I submitted my application for a personal loan (linking my bank account and providing my social security number). On Jan 9th, I received notice that my application was approved and my funds would be deposited into my account the following business day (Jan 10th). On Jan 10th, I logged into the app and saw a large red message stating "Uh Oh! We are unable to send your money. Please check your email for further instructions so we can resend it ASAP!".
I received no email at all on the 10th. So I sent a message via the Possible App. Never recieved a response. Continue to send a message every day between the 10th and 14th. I finally received a reply from Leeza @ Possible:

Leeza (Possible Finance)

Hi ***,
Sorry for the confusion!
It looks like our payment partner is having a hard time verifying your bank connection so they cancelled the transaction. It appears they were able to reprocess the transaction and your funds are expected to arrive in 1 business day.
Best,
Leeza? from Possible Finance

The above email was not the case, I still have not received my funds. I have replied to this email and send other messages through the app asking for them to cancel the loan.

Now it still shows that they are going to charge my bank account on 1/24 for $157.44, even though I never received the loan in the first place.

I am worried that since they gained access and I signed an agreement with them that they are going to take this money from me and I have no way of cancelling the loan that was never funded.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 22, 2020

We apologize for the frustration this issue caused. Someone from our team has responded and canceled the loan per the customer's request.

I have payments set up to be deducted from my personal debit card. At times, I will transfer money into my Credit Union account as it is local to me and I will use my funds from that account to draft any payments owed. I contacted Possible Finance via email on 01/07 to assist with me adding my debit card. The app has MAJOR bugs, and when you attempt to add a debit card, or have a payment debited it will malfunction and advise you to contact a rep for further assistance. The problem is is takes 4+ business days to receive a response back! This is a credit reporting entity, and it appears that they systematically are allowing reports to be distributed under false pretense. A payment then becomes late because you can not A) reach anyone ever and have to wait a lengthy time period for a response back. B) the app glitches constantly and prevents you from any self serve/help actions.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 17, 2020

We appreciate the feedback our customer has provided about their experience with the app. We will have someone on our team reach out to the customer to better understand what happened. We will make sure we help the customer get their loan paid off and discuss how we can make it right.

I scheduled a payment for 1/2/2020 and it has not come out of my bank account. I would like to pay by debit card if necessary as to not affect my credit score. I have scheduled another payment for 1/9/2020, but I would like a phone call. My bank had no problems accepting the money and therefore, should have no problems paying out the money.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 13, 2020

We appreciate our customer taking the time to reach out about the issue. Our payment partner had a hard time verifying our customer's information but this has been resolved. Our customer's payments will get processed as scheduled and this issue will not impact their credit report. Someone on our team will reach out to see if the customer would still like a phone call about the issue.

Revdex.com:

This company is HORRIBLE. So they allow you to deferred payment if needed, but does not inform you that you would be considered late and uses the words defer and grace period. When you use those words WE the consumer would not consider our payment late. I have had several loans from them all the language has been the same. IF you would consider a payment LATE please DO NOT ALLOW your customer to defer payment. I log in the app on 11/25 (which is the day they said my payment was due) to make a payment but there were not clear way to PAY NOW so I kept my deferred date thinking I was ok. You literally have to search HIGH and LOW. Just recently after I made the complaint to their customer service as well as my credit bureaus is when I notice the HERE IS WHERE YOU CAN PAY NOW. REALLY???? When I called to make a complaint Their phone service gave me the message that "WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CALLS AT THIS TIME" When I sent an email it took 3 days for them to respond. I believe this is all horrible customer support, misinformation and that my credit report should be updated and the late payment REMOVED!. I will never use this company again, 1 for the miscommunication, 2 for the horrible customer support, and 3 the lack of options to make a payment. STAY AWAY, I will never give them my business.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 13, 2020

We appreciate the feedback our customer provided about our repayment process. Our goal is to provide a flexible repayment option because we understand life happens. We provide a grace period for our customers to update their payment dates before it's considered late to the credit bureaus. Once it's considered late, we warn our customers in the app about the impact it may have on their credit scores. Someone from our team will reach out to our customer to schedule a phone call to help resolve the issue.

Customer Response • Jan 15, 2020

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: There was no warning on the app that I saw or I would have not deferred. I have never been late on any of my payments to any cards/installment loans I make it a priority to pay things on time. When I was offered the grace period I had assumed the payment would still be on time. I did log in the app on the 25th of November to attempt to make a payment. But I did not know how. Since I did not know if would be considered late I kept the deferred date. I sent another email prior to submitting this Revdex.com complaint and STILL have not received a response. I still believe that this is an error of miscommunication and lack thereof of a pay now option on their app and my credit report late payment should be removed. I feel using the language GRACE period is deceiving. Even though they said they would reach out I have not been contacted. I just want my late payment removed as error in Possible Finance fault.

Sincerely

Possible Finance Response • Jan 17, 2020

We apologize for the experience our customer had with the app. Someone from our team has reached out to the customer over the phone and we were able to resolve this issue. Our credit reporting team has been notified to fix their credit report. The changes will be reflected in February.

This company shows that I have a loan with them on my Credit report. Also received an email about paying back this loan that I NEVER RECEIVED from them in my bank account. I have sent 2 emails to no response and I have also tried calling this company. If this isn't removed from my credit report within 5 days. I WILL FILE A CLAIM IN COURT. I take my credit seriously. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A LOAN.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 06, 2020

We apologize for the arrival of money. Our team has reached out to this customer about the issue and we will work with them to get it resolved. We would never expect our customer to pay back a loan they never received. If we're unable to resend the money, we will make sure to cancel the loan.

This company reported a late payment of 30 days to my credit report for 12/2019. The loan was paid off fully within that month. They changed my payoff method from bank account to debit card for no reason and the payments were cancelled and dates changed. I logged in and rescheduled payments. The payments were scheduled within the days they set forth as acceptable payment dates and were taken from my debit card on time. This has caused my credit score to drop 30 points. All payment were scheduled within their parameters and the fact that they reported me late constitutes deceitful lending practices. I was never told my payments would be considered late and I scheduled them on dates provided by their application. I would like this resolved immediately and my credit report updated with the late payment removed and the account reported as paid off immediately. If action is not taken to rectify the matter I will be reporting them to the AG for unclear and deceitful practices and I will seek legal action through my family attorney. This is unfair and this company needs to update their practices.

Possible Finance Response • Jan 06, 2020

We apologize for our customer's experience. We provide the option for our customers to update their payment dates in the app. There's a 29 day grace period for our customers to update their payment dates. Once it's past the grace period, it will be considered late to the credit bureaus. We make our customers aware of this in the app if they decide to update their payment date past the grace period. We did not find an error on our end that prevented our customer from making their payments on time. If they believe there was still an error, we encourage them to file a credit dispute with the credit bureaus. This service is usually provided for free by most credit bureaus.

Possible Finance Response • Feb 25, 2020

We have contacted *** on behalf of our customer and we are going to resubmit the changes. We have notified our customer about this and the changes will be reflected with *** soon.

Revdex.com:

My credit report was updated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely

I'm trying to close on a house, but I can't now because my credit score has dropped 115 points . Why? Because I took a loan with Possible and a payment issue followed. It took them 3 months to get around to responding correctly to my issue, which put me behind on my payments as they were reflected on all three credit reports. There is no customer service phone number, so when I e-mailed, the response didn't even address the problem. Once the problem was addressed and the loan was paid off, it remains open on my credit report as a negative item, causing 155% credit utilization on my credit report and denial of closure on my home.

Possible Finance Response • Dec 13, 2019

We apologize for the experience our customer had with making their payments. We didn't have an updated debit card on file which caused the payments to get returned. Our team has contacted the customer and we've email them a pay off letter to reflect their credit has been paid off. We will also connect to our credit reporting team to fix their credit report.
