I placed an order from plumplazas for a *** that cost 209.99 and never received it, and water discovered it was a scam from multiple websites and when I couldn’t get anyone to contact me back, and I’m really hoping I could get a refund back for it

I ordered something and never sent it and site is been taken down and no way to contact and get money back scam site see they beem doing it for while. When looked for product I bought was first site popped up I figured ment was most popular ugg guess not

Ordered a *** vacuum for 118.00 couple of days ago had gotten a purchase recipt online and got no follow up. Went to the website and no longer there. Contacted their alleged customer service with no response.

On April 10, 2020, I placed an order with www.plumplazas.com for 2-Grobo Smart Indoor Garden. Paid a total of $277.98. I received an email confirmation for order number ***. Since that date, I have tried numerous times to reach this vendor for an update on my order. I called the number provided on the website on April 15, and left a voicemail. No one has yet to call. On the same day I sent an email; it has yet to be responded. On April 21, I attempted to go back on the website and reach out again, only to find that the website no longer existed. On that day I then reached out to ***, whose name was printed as associated on the bottom of my confirmation email. I explained the issue; today I received a response from *** stating while they may lease space to a company on their site, they take no responsibility for what a site sells or does.
I am NOT letting some company take my money and disappear from site and search engine. This is fraud.

I ordered from their website two days ago. Haven't heard anything back. Tried using the link they put in the confirmation email and it says website doesn't exist. There's no contact information. They took my money and now they're gone and ill never get the product I ordered!! Its a complete scam

SCAM SITE! Took my money and never sent anything. Currently being investigated by my bank for fraudulent activity.

I ordered a *** that does not exist. They are making false claims of products that they do not have and selling then at lower prices to make people buy them.

Just got scammed by plumplazas. com when I *** a gaming capture care ***, realized something wasn't right when the charge went to an ALLISON S! 120$!! It was gift for my son's birthday he now has to wait to get because my bank has to investigate the charges!! Had to immediately cancel my debit card and now have to wait for a new one! Pain in the as. Was just trying to surprise my son for his birthday amidst all this COVID19 scared. Thanks PLUMPLAZAS. COM or whatever your next name will be.

Same as everyone else no email no product. Had to call my bank and get a new card!

Website is still operational but the product line has changed. In addition, they are now using a Virginia Beach, VA address (which is a shopping mall and they are not listed in the mall directory) and a Bakersfield, CA phone#.

Spent over $50.00 and nothing! Emailed and no answer!

I ordered 2 bottles of cinnamon oil and charged my credit card and has been paid as of March 1st, 2020. I have never received the products and have not been able to get in contact with them. Today is the 16th of March.

I placed an order through PlumPlazas on January 6,2020. I’ve never received my order. I have tried emailing them and the person who was supposed to fulfill the order and have not received any reply. They took my money and never sent the product.

I placed an order on-line for *** Peanut protein bars and paid with my card. PlumPlazas sent the payment to ***!
I have emailed them 3 times and tried to call, but the listed number is a fax machine.
I also sent a letter by mail. No response whatsoever.
This appears to be a bogus company and your city/state need to be aware of them!!
Hopefully, their website can be taken down!

Scam artist that steal your money.. had to report to my bank as a fraud and change bank cards

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY USING OTHER COMPANIES TO HIDE THEIR FRAUD. Buyer beware!

I ordered OhYeah! Isolate Power from PlumPlazas, Order #*** in the amount of $22.99, plus $4.99 for shipping, for a total of $27.98. I never received a tracking number, the product, an answer on the telephone, or a reply email.

Exactly Same issue as everyone else here states! Took money No product delivery Or comfirmation of shipment email Phone # for contact = FAX Machine No response to emails from me! Fraudulent Company - For Sure!

This place is a total scam. They had a great price on an item I ordered and the website looked legit. My credit card showed I was billed by a power company and not this place. I knew at that point this was a scam. No communication and no product received. Do not order from this place. My credit card is investigating fraud case now. I should have researched before ordering from a place new to me. Never again!
