Placed an order for nutritional supplements on January 10, 2020 and have never received the order even though the funds had been drafted from my bank account and I've received confirmation of the order from Plumplazas. Numerous emails and phone calls requesting resolution of this matter remain unanswered.

Ordered a rug for my sons room on April 18, 2020 and have not received anything yet!! I wrote many emails to them with no response!! Scam!! Why doesn't someone do something about companies like this????? Really a "0" star!!

SCAM. Do not order from them or orders @ ***, You will never get your $$ back, nor will you ever see your product.

Purchased a microphone. Website was different, name was different, no tracking, no response. Couldn't contact this business regarding my order.

A payment was taken from my bank account for an order that I have never received. I have tried to contact the company to avail and of course have not received any notification of when I would receive my product.

Ordered a piece of electronic equipment for $70...got email receipt but never sent. CC charge was under a different merchant name. Had to call my CC company to dispute.

I made a purchase from a seemingly legitimate website (plumplazas.com), through the intermediary ***. I received an invoice, but never received a shipping confirmation. I waited about a week or two (as the website informed me that shipping would take up to 18 days), but never received the item I purchased, nor a shipping confirmation. I went to the website, only to find it had been shut down. After checking the Revdex.com profile for Plumplazas.com, I found that the same thing had happened to other people. I contacted ***'s Risk Operations Support Team on May 5th, and was responded to by a Support Tech named ***. She said they would investigate, but they did not offer any retribution, nor the ability to update me on said investigation. I haven't heard anything from *** since then, and have no way of contacting the owners of plumplazas.com (as all business was done through ***). While I authorized the transaction intially, it was under quite false pretenses, and the purchase was not honored by the merchant.

This had to have been a bogus website. About six months ago I placed an order for raw cacao powder, received an order confirmation, and nothing further. I emailed several times to ask for a tracking number but never received a response. Calling the CS number got a fax line, so there was no way to contact them. I finally had to involve my bank, which after checking into everything and receiving no information, issued me a refund. I noticed recently that their website is no longer listed.

Same as everyone else on this site. Submitted an order on April 17th and paid with a cc and have not gotten the product. Cannot find their PlumPlazas website. Has to be a scam. I would give 0 stars but this site wont let me submit my review unless I choose at least 1 star

Never received my karapke machine. They charged me for it thoughandnow the wensite is down

I purchased a vitamin supplement item from this on-line merchant on 02/11-2020. I have never received the merchandise. I've sent numerous emails of delivery inquiry and have never received a response. I am reporting this to hopefully prevent other consumers from doing business with this merchant. This is not a business. It is a scam. They advertise a wide variety of products for sale, accept payment for an order, and then do not deliver anything. I suggest that this business be treated as a fraud.

Same as other customers of this bogus business! Used my debit card to buy $55.99 item only to never receive it and no receipt only to find all of these complaints on Revdex.com! Calling now to do a FRAUD report and get a new card! BAD, EVIL PEOPLE! Errrrr

I purchased a *** from this site online for 209.99 never received the product and found out the site is a scam. I have also tried disputing the claim with my card holder which is a *** debit card however I was denied bc they dont handle deliver or merchandise issues I also cannot contact amyone do to covid-19.

I ordered a French press from them. Got the email that said they received my order, but I still have not received my French press. Like everybody says here, I think it's a scam.??
