CLA Safflower natural dietary supplement product offered online for a special price, limited time only, with recommendations from Dr. Oz website (direct link to a Dr. Oz episode endorsing CLA Safflower) and Rachael Ray testimony of weight loss after using the product herself. After receiving the product, the next day I called customer support number about returning the product as unsatisfactory. The only customer service response was "you signed off on your rights related to product order" and no return address was provided. The only address on the product bottle was Platinum Herbal Wellness, LLC, Los Angeles, CA 91316. I later found that CLA Safflower is offered elsewhere for less than half the price. This was a rip-off scam, and I contacted my credit card company to stop payment.
I also figured out this was a scam. Someone hacked into a friend's email and sent me a pitch
for this product. The email said she had great success with the product. I ordered online, charging it to my credit card. After another post, I noticed "they" used my friend's name on the email, but a different code following her name. I called the company that shipped my order and was told that they were only the mailing company,not a representative of Platinum LLC. My credit card company reimbursed me for $150. I still receive emails using other friends' names, who have never heard of this outfit. I mark them as SPAM and delete.
