This place is a joke I tried to buy a 2014 Subaru Sti. The car cost 28,990 I gave them a $1000 deposit to get started. My girlfriend was the one with good credit as my credit is not established. She bought a new civic a few months ago so at first they said she needs to refinance though them to get a loan. we told them hell no. Then they ran my credit and my girlfriend became the cosigner. Now we get approved my down payment was 4k. I kept asking how much is apr and payments but they avoided my answer over and over they told me I need insurance on the car. I told them how did we get approved and your saying we need insurance I get mad then they tell me 25% apr 650 a month. so I walked out 5 min later they call me and say to come back they have a better rate. so my dumb @$$ return the this STEALERSHIP now they tell me I need 6k down $650 and apr is 15%. WTF I do the math now the total cost is over 36k thats the price of a brand new Sti but salesman named Dimitrus is telling me total is 32k after plates and taxes. I wasted two days dealing with their **. Mitsubishi remove their badge from this place. Diamond star turn to Blood Diamonds. Funny thing is car was hit before paint on bumper didnt match and was missing screws Dont believe me go check it out yourself Blue 2014 Sti VIN: [redacted] plus car had 2k more miles than advertised. BAD BAD WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I have reivewed your response and have found it to be unacceptable. First of all, there are no rodents that could have possibly damaged one of my sensors. There is no rodent problem in my neighborhood or on my block. NEVER, has a rodent caused damage to my other cars or those of my neighbors. There is no way you can determine that a rodent damaged one sensor while miraculously leaving the sensor that was covered under warranty untouched. YET, that sensor happened to break at the exact time that the "rodent damaged the other sensor." Isn't that convenient? Only my husband was present at the time that the dealer showed the damage, so your assertion that we were both present and consented to the assessment is blatantly false. In addition, I have been tremendously inconvenienced by this dealership. I went in for my inspection on 10/**/14. I was told that the parts had to be ordered and was advised to come in on 3 separate dates for the parts. I had to keep coming back because the dealership kept telling me that the part would be in, but failed to keep their promise. Meanwhile, I am driving around with a temporary inspection which will expire in a few days. This dealership needs to be held accountable and honor the warranty and the representations they made to me and my husband at the time of the sale of the vehicle.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

In Sum: I was misled and decieved by this dealership after traveling over 300 miles and spending well over $500 in gas, tolls, and mechanic fees (to assess the quality of the car). After speaking with their salespeople for over an hour and explaining every detail of my situation, I was led to believe that I would receive a deal upon arrival that simply didn't exist. Classic bait and switch, all potential car buyers beware. I will never get my time and money back, but maybe this review can help save you from falling victim to the same trap.
The Story:
This dealership listed a sale price of $10,990 for a used car and represented over the phone that this was the full sale price for a cash transaction. I traveled down to see the car with cash in hand from over 300 miles away after speaking personally to a sales rep named [redacted] for over an hour about the vehicle and the purchase price / process. I even hired a local mechanic to review the car upon arrival, who traveled over 30 minutes to meet me at the dealership.
After speaking with the salesperson for over 2 hours and studying every inch of the vehicle, I decided to make a purchase. I was then sat down and approached by a [redacted] who told me that the $10,990 price was ONLY if I financed the car for a full 5 years at an egregious interest rate, and that in reality the purchase price for a cash sale was well over $17,500.
With over $12,000 in cash in my pocket, and after hiring a mechanic and driving for hours on my only day off to see this vehicle, I fell victim for a classic bait and switch. The salespeople didn't even have the courage to look me in the eye, as they knew that they had misled and deceived an honest purchaser willing to buy the vehicle for the full listed price in cash in good faith.
I have been buying and selling cars for over 10 years, and never in my life have I felt so misled and deceived by a seller. This was a low blow, especially after spending over an hour on the phone with the salespeople the day prior, explaining every single nuance of my situation before making the long trip to Long Island.
I am now left covering the cost of gas and tolls for the trip and the mechanic fees. In addition, I lost 9 hours of life on my one day off in travel time and am left feeling horribly deceived by a dealership that stressed their "no gimmick" business model. Never, ever will I do business with anyone from Planet Mitsubishi, ever again.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When car was towed into Planet Mitsubishi we thought the problem was the a/c compressor they (Mitsubishi) did not check further to see what the actual problem was. They had the car long enough to do proper checking.… We removed our car and took it to a private shop for evaluation. The outcome… problem had occurred due to re-call work done on drive belt. The pulleys were not changed only the drive belt. We had re-call work done and paid for ourselves. We are now trying to get reimbursed for this work from Mitsubishi main head quarters. Mitsubishi requested copy of paid invoice and proof of work order from private shop as well as Planet Mitsubishi’s work order on re-call clearly stating pulleys were in good order that only the drive belt had to be changed. I have forwarded this information on December [redacted] so far I have not had any response… I currently have a call into them and do hope they will call me soon with their decision. Review: I was doing a cosigning for my son at this dealership. In the end, I was not in agreement with the price of the car. Even though I gave them persmission to run my credit, in the end I didn't want to cosign for the vehicle. When I told them that it was no deal, I requested a copy of the credit report they recieved. The financer, her name was [redacted] refused to give me the copy. They told me I had no right to a copy to my credit report. I know that its my right as per the Fair Credit Report Act, that I must be provided a copy, if I request one. I was then confronted by their [redacted], telling me that he pays for the credit report and he will not give me my copy. My son was refused a copy of his report as well. I felt belittled and pushed out, after refusing to pay for an over priced vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to return to the dealership and get those copies personally. The only way to resolve this is for me to get the paper work I requested.
Business
Response:
AS PER THE LAW, WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO GIVE OUT CREDIT REPORTS TO CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE ABLE TO GET THE REPORT THEMSELVES. WE WERE JUST FOLLOWING THE LAW. WE WERE VERY CORDIAL TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHY WE COULDN'T GIVE THEM THE CREDIT REPORT. WE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG.
Review: My fiance and I purchased a 2010 Acura MDX from Planet Mitsubshi on July **, 2015 and while signing the papers for this car, we inquired about the missing key fobs for the vechicle. Usif the finance manager said there weren't any but the company would provide us 1 key fob but we woudl have to have it programmed. He gave us the "WE OWE YOU" form and completed it with this information. We have called for every week now for 2 months and we have not gotten this matter resolved. Marvin, whom was our sales guy started avoiding our calls and saying that he wasn't at work, on break, wasn't there and etc when if fact he was there. We have spoken to the service guy whom said he would call us back once he spoke to Usif but we haven't gotten a call as of yet and it's now Sept **, 2015. We only want what was promised to us and per the contract. I feel like this is poor business and I would never ever suggest anyone do business with this company at all. They are the worst car dealership I have ever been to and I wish I had never waisted my time driving from NC to NY to purchase this vechile. The car has a strut issue and it's no point in even mentioning that b/c we can't even get a simple key fob issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the key fob from Acura to be purchased as it was stated so that we can get it programmed.

Review: Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. A "Buyer's Guide" was not provided and additional fees were charged that should not have been: Destination fee $795.00, Gas $37.00, Unknown fees of $1,100, tax on non-taxable items. Furthermore, I asked the sales person "Jose" if the dealership could please reimburse me for the reasonable cost of any repairs covered under the used car warranty since I live in northeast Connecticut and driving all the way back to the dealership in New York would not be practical. This was discussed prior to purchasing the vehicle and Jose indicated that it should not be a problem. When initially contacting this dealership I indicated that I wanted to pay cash. The dealership made me finance a portion of the cost of the vehicle and added all kinds of charges that I did not understand. They also have not given me a copy of the schedule of charges even after asking multiple times for it.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the $795 destination fee, the $37 gas, and the $1,961.46 in other fees that I do not know what they were for. I also want to be reimbursed for the reasonable cost to repair any items covered under the used car warranty (as set forth by the state of NY used car lemon law).

Review: Planet Mitsubishi preformed and replaced drive belt on Oct **,2014 due to re-call notice we received.. Nov [redacted] we returned car because check engine light was on. We waited at least 5 hour + before any service was done. Four days later Nov [redacted] check engine light was on again. We made another appt for Nov [redacted].only time we had to bring car back. While enroute to service Dept in [redacted] the car was making a loud noise and the steering wheel froze. We had the car towed to the service dept. We said car was okay until re-call procedure was done. They said a/c compressor was at fault not the work done for re-call. We had a/c compressor changed in Sept 2013 it is unlikely this is the cause of breakdown. they want us to pay for another a/c compress when it was clearly the work that was done concerning recall on drive belt. The car did not have any issues until re-call on drive belt was done.Desired Settlement: We want a/c compressor replaced by Mitsubishi at no cost to us.

Review: Problem description: Trip 1: Date of purchase (8.**.13) Signed off on purchase and bill of sale on the terms that the vehicle would be fixed to be in like-new condition that was indicative on a few promises that the car we be fixed by dealer. [redacted] promised a "wheel" note that listed the things to be fixed on the car in order to get me to sign. The list that was written and inspected by both me the buyer and salesman **. [redacted] from finance explained an associate dealer was going to take care of the work nearby my town in Long Island City. Drove off lot with promises on fixing the following: - Magazine holders were broken. - Passenger side front window did not work. Broken regulator. - headlight buffering - rear window molding - Gas cap broken. - No floor mats. I myself had to pick them out of another bmw on the lot that had a beige interior. - Car didn't have gas, cooling fluid, etc. In addition, car was not detailed or washed and stock number remained on windshield Upon closer inspection the next day I had to spend on emergency $573.00 dollars to a local mechanic shop to replace brake pads and get an oil change. None of this was covered by the warranty and paid cash for my own safety. This was all to be done by their recommended associate dealer in long island city. I tried setting up an appointment to get work done and I was denied service. They suggested I return back to Planet Mitusubishi's service department. Problems remained to be fixed and we're not done by the associate dealer. I later that week visited on a Friday before holiday weekend to the service department and only the following was fixed: - Window regulator replaced - Headlights buffered clean - A/C settings fixed Trip 3: Tried returning car and was told I was going to lose the money in taxes in the near amount of $2000 I originally put down for down payment. In the interest of being able to fix the car and meet promises we ended with a promise to take care of car by Friday / Saturday by 3pm from Sales [redacted]. Dealer did not pick up the car on time. Original time was 10am stated by [redacted]. Sales person ** arrived at my place to pick up the car at 3:00pm that afternoon on September *, 2013 . No follow up call was done. I called the dealer for updates multiple times and barely got anyone on the phone. Dealer made no attempt to let me know how the car updates were going at all. After a weekend of inconvenience, excuses and broken promises in not having my car up to par as promised I remain completely frustrated. I was not provided a loaner and plus they requested I go pick up my car in Long Island on September [redacted]. After not having my car during the entire weekend and not getting any updates the end result after my wait was that the problems continued to remain. The car remained as it was originally since handing it off last Friday the [redacted]! Magazine holders remained broken, floor mats were not replaced as promised and more importantly my rear window windshield molding remained unfixed. They mentioned all of these things were to be done before I received car back on Monday. Again, nothing was done. I refuse to pay for this car and want out of this deal.Desired Settlement: Return car, refund on down payment plus service costs for brakes change and fluid change. Kill sale. I want nothing to do with this dealership no more.

Review: I went to buy a car, they were initially very negotiable; however [redacted] insisted we needed to leave a deposit on Sunday evening so he could release the car from the computer system, and let the finance department work on it Monday. We were in the dealership Sunday evening before close. We questioned why we needed to leave a deposit so early in the process when financing had yet to be arranged and we're assured that it was necessary to move the car out of the system and into finances hands. We wrote up a deal with a few added options, mitsu and a tentative order for a navi. After sleeping on it, we decided we didn't want nor were willing to add the expense of a car payment to our personal finances. We contacted the dealer Monday and advised we no longer wanted the car. [redacted] the sales rep indicated we had to pay for the wheels since they were an add on. We immediately wend down to the dealer, apologized, offered to pay a restocking fee (a customary 10% should suffice); and we're told by [redacted] that he would have to Cann the shop and get us a number. He indicated he would call me Tuesday am. Tuesday am turned to Tuesday pm, I made 2 calls to the dealership and [redacted] was unavailable but would call me back each time. I went down to the dealership again, and [redacted] offered to let me lease the car but hadn't worked out anything in terms of the restocking fee for the return of the rims which they say they ordered. after I declined to buy the car Monday, declined to lease the car Tuesday, [redacted] than begin to insist I would have to pay in full for the wheels, and would send me an invoice wednesday. Wednesday is now over, I called, sent emails, gave 3 opertunities to resolve the situation amicably however they are unresponsive. Upon review of my sales order, the salesman needs managers approval and signature on all orders per the deal we worked out. My order has no managers approval on it. The dealer is holding my $2425 deposit ransom and is suddenly unresponsive to calls and emails and repeated requests for refund and cordial closure of this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund in full since we do not have so much as a managers approved cobtract. I was rushed to leave a deposit I am now told will not be returned.

Review: I went to Planet Mitsubishi in Hempstead, NY on Saturday February *, 2014 to purchase a 2007 BMW 525i. I have no complaints with our salesperson or the actual vehicle. During our visit, I decided to trade-in my 2012 Mazda 6 and make another purchase for a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE. We were at the dealership from 10am until 6pm working out the details of pricing for both vehicles, for the sale of my trade-in and financing. There were some issues during the financing as far as negative equity on the 2012 Mazda 6 trade-in and downpayments for the other 2 vehicles however after the number of hours in the dealership we signed the paperwork. I was assured that Planet Mitsubishi would take care of issuing the check to payoff my 2012 Mazda 6. My payment was due February **, 2014 on the 2012 Mazda 6 and I ensured that I called on that day to see if payment was received. No payment was. I contacted Planet Mitsubishi on Friday February **, 2014 and was assured the check was going out that day. Needless to say it is March *, 2014 and payment to my 2012 Mazda 6 still has not been received. Planet Mitsubishi sold my trade-in within 2 weeks. I have made several phone calls to Planet Mitsubisi and even took a trip from Islip to Hempstead to talk with the [redacted]. I was assured again that everything will be looked into and taken care of. I am absolutely appalled that after 1 month my trade-in still had not been paid, I cannot get a straight answer and was hung up on. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership for their tactics are unethical.Desired Settlement: Finish the Job

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have made several attempts to speak with the dealership regarding the payment. I was advised not to worry however it is my credit that will be affected. If there was an issue with the payment, I could have been advised of that on my many phone calls and or in-person trip to the dealership. I would have verified their information. I also contacted Chase and a representative stated no calls or requests for payoff were attempted until March *, 2014.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On February *, 2014 I went to Planet Mitsubishi in Hempstead, NY. We went to purchase a 2007 BMW 525i. The advertised price was $18,995.00 with $1,995.00 down. While with our salesman, we decided to trade-in my 2012 Mazda 6 for a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander. The [redacted], [redacted] stated that due to the negative equity in my car I would need to put some money down. I told him I could only put down $250.00 as we were already putting $2,000.00 on the BMW. I had asked if they did any financing with Bethpage Federal Credit Union as part of a GrooveCar Dealer. I was advised no and would need to utilize who they can get financing from. I know my credit is in good standing and have handled many auto loans. I received a rate of 4%+. To close the deal after spending 8 hours in the dealership, I signed the paperwork and knew I would refinance through Bethpage Federal Credit Union once I got the titles. I have filed a complaint before due to when I purchased the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander it took 30 days for the dealership to payoff my 2012 Mazda 6 with Chase. The dealership sold my 2012 Mazda 6 approximately 2 weeks later but did not payoff my loan in order to collect interest in their account. We have on numerous occassions contacted the dealer and even brought back our paperwork to express our dissatifaction with their practices. We spoke w/[redacted] the woman who puts the contracts through the financial instutions and [redacted] the [redacted]. What the dealership did was take the down payment away from the 2007 BMW and put it on the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander to make up for the negative equity, then upcharge the price of the 2007 BMW because we didn't put down the amount needed to reduce the price. We stated to [redacted] that that was wrong to do and we almost walked when signing the paperwork. He stated he would speak with his superiors to see what can be done. To date no action in our favor has been given. We still attempt to contact the dealership and are hung up on and receive rude service. I work for Bethpage Federal Credit Union and was inform that Planet Mitsubishi was kicked off the GrooveCar registry due to numerous customer complaint and bad practices. Planet Mitsubisi was not kicked off the list until April **, 2014. So at the time of my deals in February when I asked I should have been put through were I, the customer would receive a better deal for my not what was best by the dealership. They put through my deals at instutions where they will receive a high kick-back precentage.
Refund, I would like to receive my down payment of $2,250.00 + $1,386.00 (3 monthly payment paid on the Mitsubishi) + $842.00 (2 monthly payments paid on the BMW) = $4,478.00. I am refinancing the 2013 Mitsubishi but cannot refinance the BMW due to the LTV. The refund listed above will allow me to pay towards the principal where I can refinance and receive a better rate comparable to my credit performance.

Handler I have attached copy of my respose.Customer was clearly explained and all details provided.I think the confusion is the vehicle traded in .If you owe more than your car is worth than the diffrence is added to the new loan.Any down payment gets deducted from the gross total and the balance is financed.
Thank you
Review: on October**/2014 I brought my 2011 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER SPORT for an inspection renewal and was told that a part needed to be replaced in order for the car to pass the inspection. tHE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE WITH MY CAR. I waited until today 11/**/2014 for the part to be installedand was then told that it needed a second part but this time I need to pay for the part because it is not under the warranty because it had been ruined by a force of nature(raccoons/squirrels etc) . My car is always parked in my driveway as have all my cars for the past twenty years I have never had this type of problem. I feel that they are unjustly trying to charge me for a part that should be covered under the warranty.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE CAR PART REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AT NO COST TO ME AS LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH AN ACTIVE WARRANTY .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] did not buy this vehicle from us. She brought this vehicle for repair because we are a Authorized Mitsubishi service dept. She came to us to get her check engine light fixed under Mitsubishi factory warranty and also get [redacted] state inspection paid by customer. We replaced 1 sensor under factory warranty and proceeded to get her inspection passed but we noticed her wires were chewed by a rodent and in order to pass inspection it required to get the wires fixed and install a sensor. We asked Mitsubishi to pay for it and they refused to pay because such repairs are not covered under factory warranty. We communicated with the customer and asked them to pay for repairs but customer has declined to pay. Our service dept has to get paid for repairs either by customer or the factory warranty. We do not work for free. I think at this point customer should get a second opinion and take their car to some other Mitsubishi service dept and get there car repaired.sincerely

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#[redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The response provided by the Mitsubishi service department, again, is filled with inaccuracies. First, I did not bring the car in for repair. I brought the car there for an inspection ONLY. At that time, I was told that the two sensor lights were broken. Second, the service department stated that they "proceeded to get her inspection passed." That is a gross misstatement of the facts. Rather, the service department REFUSED to pass my inspection but gave me a temporary inspection until the sensor was fixed. Since, I got this report from the service department, I visited a mechanic who examined my car and the circumstances in which I keep my car and he SAID that it is impossible for a rodent to have caused such damage. Only a car that is left untouched for several months would have this damage. I use this car every day. I plan on calling my credit card company to dispute this charge and potentilally file a claim in small claims court.

Review: When I went for the test drive the breaks were squeeking advised the sales person that it had to be fixed before I purchased. The salesperson promised me it would be fixed. Purchased the car drove it home and the breaks were squeeking
I texted the salesman immediatly and called him and he advised that I need to drive it some more. Waited until monday and it was still squeeking. The salesperson advised that I would have to male an appt with the service dept which I did. That wed I told it they informed me they chsnged the rotors but didnt provide me with a work order. Lefy
left and the breaks was still sqeeking this was wed called the and I was advised to continue to drive I did. I called them friday to make another appt. Came back thenext week they informed me they were ordering the parts from audi that hd were changing everything this time all break they were changing the rotors breakpads and sensors. Went back they said they changed everything. Still they didnt pfovide me with a work order the breaks were squeeking more
I this time called the dealership to inform the manager i.was told by.the receptionsist I would have to call the salesperson. I asked her how did she know what i.was calling about she informed me this I what she was told to tell me. So i.wrote all the problems I emailed a letter and text the sales person and requested the work order. I informed the salesperson since they cant fix the problem that I was going to take the car to the audi dealer as this car is an audi.and I would like dor them to pay whatever the problem is. The sales guy said to go ahead. Audi informed me that they used after market breaks and they are not the specs or standard of audi thats why the breaks are aqueeking
so the next day I called the salesperson to advised him the problem and u would like him to pay as we discussed he advised me to speak to the salesmanager or 3 of his bosses. Called the sales manager and he told me thar how he has been working on audis forever and I told him I was told they were using audi parts he said I was misinformed as they were waiting on audi parts thar day but not for my car I asked him how did he know what day he then got rude and told me if I wanted audi parts I shoulf of paid 10000 more and purchased a car from audi. I thdn called the mangers at the dealership was told one was off one was with a customer on didnt come in until after 12. Called the sales guy he said he would look into this and get back to me as he doesnt go to.work until 11am. Called after 11 no.answer on his cell the the manger I was told they.were with customers. I then.recievwd a text from the salesperson that if I wanted audi parts I would have to pay half I asked why must I pay half I received no response. I have now took.the car to a mechanic who used audi parts and the car is no longer squeeking
I would like my money for the diagnostic from audi.and the amount of money I paid to get the breaks fixedDesired Settlement: Would like a refund of the audi diagnostic charges and the repair of the breaks and the 7 hours of money I lost at work waiting for them to repair

There is stil an issue I would like my funds and the car now has engine problems after 23 days of having the car. Basically we are at a disagreement. One issue has nothing to do with the other.

Review: I brought my car to planet Mitsubishi on June **, 2014. The car had a problem idling. I brought it to the dealership of which I purchased it from of last May 13'. It has been over three months that ive been out of my car. when I call to get information regarding the status I get told they will contact me later and never follow up. When I am able to get a hold of a service representative they respond with "it will be done next week, the latest". they have said that every week for the past 5 weeks.Desired Settlement: I would want the car to be detailed since they have had my car for a period of time and had likely been sitting for over 3 months and if they could deliver the vehicle because I have no other way of receiving without a car.

The car came back with a few issue. $173 for test $800 for Induction service paid out of pocket. see paper work. I asked for my money back was denied

I did so. was without the car from the [redacted]. on Friday the [redacted] I was told that all the work was done to the car except for the rims because it takes two days to be sent out. No paperwork was given from Mitsibishi telling what work they did. I told them I will bring the car back monday the ** so it can sit for those two days. I had a family emergancy so I wasnt able to go monday I fugured the rims were no big deal. on Friday Nov ** I took the car to BMW bayshore just to make sure the work was done except for the rims. Another $173 was spent and result was all they did was change the breaks it still had same issure see paper work. I asked for my money back a second time was denied. On the ** of nov I went Back to Planet Mitsubisi and spoke to the [redacted] and asked him for my money back. He said what if he makes sure that [redacted] the service manage fixes everything on that list to a T. I said I do not trust you guys you have lied to me and the car still has the same issues. He beg I finally said ok he told me he will stay on top of [redacted]. I brought the car back to Mitsubishi on 11/** where it sat until 12/*/14 is when I picked it back up and again no paperwork was provided by [redacted] showing what was done.
12/**/14 I took the car back to BMW of Bayshore where another $173 was spent to check it out because I do not trust Mitsubishi word at this point. Only half the work was done car still had some of same issues and was returned with a brand (see paper work)new engine problem

This car is becoming a lemon and ive barely been able to drive it. I brouhgt the car back to [redacted] at planet and asked for my money back because his service department keeps doing half jobs and lying and I am scared to continue to do business with them. He the promised me to have the car brought up to the specs of a Certified pre owned car for all the trouble ive been through. He told me he will allow my BMW of Bayshore to fix it and bring it to the spec of a cpo and he will extend my warranty to 100,000 miles. I told him no I want my money he said what will happen it will go to the boss and I will end up just getting bare minimum so please leave it in his hand he garuntees this to be dont for me I have a witness [redacted].
On 12/**/14 I took the car to BMW of bayshore for the quote of what wass needed to bring car up to date (see paper work of 12/*/14)
once I showed him the paper work he said that to much money they work with BMW of Manhattan and will have them do the work for a cheaper price. Mitsubishi said they will give BMW of Manhattan the paper work and have then do the work. I dropped it off on 12/* they said it was going the next day to Manhattan ended up not going until 12/** 7 days. once it was in manhattan I called Manhattan they receive no paperwork from Mitsubishi and wasn't authorized to do work on the car. Two days go by and Planet Mitsubishi pick my car up I called Manhatten and asked what work was done to the car they told me nothing. I called Mitsubishi and asked who worked on my car they said a German Dealer not BMW I said where the paper work I am still waiting for that. So no work was done to my car and I still have the same issues and wasted agony and time. took it to BMW of Hutington on 12/**/14 after planet gave me car back it still has all the same isssue. they telling me they did work I have proof showing they did no work after having my car all that time. I put 11 thousand on this car I just want my money back. I am being lied to and car is a lemon

* $865 on diagnostics alone
* Didn't receive copy of Contract until 30days after I brought car they held contract from me
* $800 induction service
* 24 dayng s without having the car due to all the back and forth
* car still isnt fixed and has same issues
* they have lied and manipulated this relationship
* They did not do anything they said
* offered me 8 500 of my money back. when I put 11,300 down so they can sell this car again
also I came back to get my money the owner [redacted] put me into a 2008 cl 550, he let me drive it for a few days while he put my bmw that I still owned back on the market.
